The check in, stay and check out were all smooth and great. Damien and his colleagues were always available at the lobby in case we needed anything (although we didn’t - the apartment was great and had everything we could think of). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had a luxurious feeling to them. There was a convenient living room which we hanged out at as well. Overall I was very happy and would definitely come back again.

Picasso Suites was a great place to stay. There is plenty of public transportation nearby and most attractions in Barcelona are within 15 to 30 minutes walking. The neighborhood is safe with lots of restaurants to choose from. The host is backed up by a professional, polite and helpful team who are all very responsive. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the views. The apartment was spotless and all of the amenities worked well. There were also several unexpected perks which were quite nice. I highly recommend this host and location.

Damien is a great host - very responsive, helpful and accommodating. They were flexible with check in/out which was greatly appreciated. The flat is in a great location and brilliant for exploring the city. The only draw back was that the furnishings were a little tired - the flat would benefit from a few upgrades. Considering the price you are paying, if the kettle takes 2 or 3 mintures to boil a small amount of water it tends to make you wonder if you are getting your money's worth! But these are small issues and overall it's a nice flat and I'll probably be back.

The location of the accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood and a safe apartment. It was convenient to have a market right next to it, and the breakfast service was also useful. This is a smart key, convenient, and luxurious accommodation.

Had a very good stay. Rooftop terrace was great to sit and enjoy the sky at night. Damien and his staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We appreciated the fact that our transport from the airport was arranged and that we were able to store our baggage on the property while we spent time in the city after our check out time.

Great host with speedy communication. Location was brilliant with local supermarkets, pharmacy’s and brunch spots on your door step. A little out of the main hustle and bustle of the centre of the city which was good as it was not as noisy. The roof terrace is fab with great views of the city. Beds are super comfortable and all memory foam. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Damien’s place! The area was beautiful, with a lovely market next door and many attractions within walking distance, with the trains nearby as well. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and the roof area, lockbox and breakfast were all great amenities. We would definitely come back!

The room is large, it seems that a company is running, just outside is the vegetable market, the flower market, and the supermarket is opposite.In addition to the poor sound insulation, the street is relatively noisy at night. The street is very echoed at night. Everything else is fine.

Everything was amazing. I would stay here again. The location is great and walkable to many things! I gave a 5 star for everything. Tip: if you are a light sleeper, 2 bedrooms face the street and things can get a little loud early in the morning. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Clean, spacious apartment. Damien and his team were absolutely welcoming, and they work hard to make you feel comfortable. A small breakfast is offered in the bar/bakery next door and even if it's simple, it's such a gesture! We loved it. The apartment slept 5 of us very comfortably. Location is quite nice, close to lots of restaurants and life. Would definitely recommend and come back at a next opportunity!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this very functional and rather well located apartment. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace which, even if it is shared, is a real plus! The only complaints we could make is that it is a bit noisy for the rooms on the street side and that the sofa bed is not very practical.

Comfortable and convenient, we had a great stay. While it's not the Ritz, it doesn't purport to be such. It's the equivalent of a Marriott Courtyard or AC hotel chain, if you're familiar with either. Hits all the basics well, and was clean and the staff was amazingly professional (Damien and crew). A few small nits with cleanliness in the bathrooms (could have been cleaned better before our arrival), but nothing that would stop us from staying again. We had a group of three (business colleagues) and there was both personal space and group space that worked for both purposes. One other thing: the street outside is quite noisy during the day due to road traffic (Carrer de Valencia), but quiets down at night. We also had some upstairs neighbors who were a wee too enthusiastic about a football match (at least, I presume that's what it was since they kept yelling "gol!"). It went on for hours, long past the normal 90 minutes for a match. Still, would I stay again? Yes.

We felt very welcome. The appartment is spacious and tidy. A big bonus is the roof terrace with a view at the Sagrada Familia in the distance. 15 minutes walk to the centre and near the metro. Breakfast is one drink and one very small baquette. But extra's are not very exspensive.

A fine apartment that enabled a good sleep in a great neighborhood and Barcelona location. Damien was also an excellent host who worked to ensure a comfortable stay. We didn't stay indoors long enough to take full advantage of the amenities, and the rooftop terrace, but I'd stay there again.

Damien is an amazing host. He is courteous and very accommodating. The staff at the picasso suites are also very kind and friendly. They tried to make our stay perfect.The apartment is clean and true to the pictures. Unfortunately we needed the wifi to be reliable and efficient for work purposes and meeting deadlines was difficult and time consuming. If wifi is only needed for recreational and occasional use it is fine. We traveled during a heat wave in July and it was extremely hot in the apartment since the AC is only in the lounge. We were provided fans, but with the heat wave it was not enough. Everything else was good. The breakfast and upstairs terrace are amazing and a huge added bonus. The location is excellent. The market next door for daily fresh fruit and vegetables was great. Felt safe and secure at all times. I would stay here again if traveling another time of the year and without work obligations.

Damien's apartment is very convenient, inside the apartment got everything we need, there is a supermarket just next to the building which is an advantage for those will cook in the apartment. I stayed there for 4 nights and my family really like it. Highly recommend to everyone who going to Barcelona.

I visited this apartment in Barcelona with 2 friends. The apartment was the perfect size - we each had a double bed which was so comfortable, and having two bathrooms were great. The whole place was so clean too. Highly recommend this apartment. We had one issue when we arrived - we wanted to use the roof terrace but the key hadn't been left however we called one of the contact numbers sent to us before our stay and a few hours later we had it. It was very good service. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby but it's also walking distance to all the main sites in the city. Hard to fault it.

Very good contact with Damien by email who responded to any questions we may have had. The neighborhood is very nice and the apartment is located next to a beautiful market. But when we arrived no keys in the box and we waited 20 minutes to get them. There are 3 bedrooms but 2 have beds that are too small for our taste and we expected luxurious services according to the description but no the apartment is okay no more and for the terrace you have to go up to the 6th floor and it belongs to the whole building, which we had not understood. We had a pleasant stay but we are a little disappointed with the high price.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location (not very crowded but near metro stations). We had an issue with the A/C but Damien and his team were quick to help us. They even gifted us some flowers and chocolates for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had such a great stay here! The place was bigger than needed for the two of us but it was wonderful! When we arrived, there was a last minute reservation and they left within minutes of our arrival so the flat wasn't cleaned yet. Damien and his team made sure to get on it immediately so we just went and grabbed some food and came back to a spotless place and a free bottle of wine for the trouble :) The flat is very modern, in a great neighborhood that is a close enough walk to the main areas (10-15 min) but far enough away that we were surrounded by locals. Our washing machine also broke during our stay (the door wouldn't open) and they immediately called warranty and had it fixed that day. Damien was quick to respond to any questions I had and Karolina was always friendly and the doorman is the sweetest! It really made our stay in Barcelona that much better and at the end of the night, it always felt like we were going "home." The bed is very comfortable too!

We did not have a deal with Damien, directly with the people who work with him but the communication was effective and quick to respond. The bright floor, the beds were very comfortable. The apartment does not resemble 100% the pictures. We had a problem with the showers in the two bathrooms but they quickly put a solution. Professional and comfortable.
