This beautiful apartment was perfect for our stay. We loved the location as we could walk everywhere or get a quick taxi right out front. Great restaurants close by and good shopping too. We enjoyed having the kitchen to prepare some meals at home. We loved having cava on the rooftop overlooking the amazing city of Barcelona. We will definitely return and stay at Picasso Suites!

The apartment is in a fantastic location — right in the heart of Barcelona, which is gorgeous, safe, and full of incredible spots and friendly people. The apartment itself is minimal and a bit sterile, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Damien runs a very organized Airbnb operation, and the management and cleaning team are lovely. The highlight (besides the location) is the rooftop, with an amazing view of the cathedral — perfect for hanging out or working remotely. The Wi-Fi was strong and even reached the roof. Overall, a great stay if you value location and rooftop views!

We were 6 people in this place, which was clean and tidy, complied with the features described in the listing and had everything needed (although I think it's fine for 4 or 5 people for comfort). The home is in a very strategic area, very close to supermarkets and tourist sites. Complimentary breakfast tickets and drinks are highly valued, thank you so much. Damien was always attentive to our requirements, that is also highly valued. It has been an excellent 4 days in Barcelona and I think our stay at this place collaborated in this good feeling. During my stay in Barcelona from February 10 to 16, I stayed in this apartment that exceeded all my expectations. Its central location made it easy to access the city's main attractions and services. The space was spacious and comfortable, equipped with an elevator, terrace, and two double beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. I want to highlight the attention of the host and his team; they were truly attentive and cared for our well-being at all times. In addition, they showed a flexibility that made our departure much more comfortable, a detail that I greatly appreciated. If I could give them 7 stars, I would do it without hesitation. Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay in Barcelona

We had a great stay at Damien’s apartment! The place was clean and was just like the photos. One thing to note is that the bed is pretty squeaky and there is some traffic noise in the larger bedroom. A crib and highchair was provided upon request. We also appreciated that Damien allowed us to check in early! We would recommend to others.

Great neighborhood, nickel apartment, spacious and very functional. Only downside: one of the rooms overlooked the street, very busy (cars); I am quite sensitive to noise and couldn't sleep, my girlfriend didn't have a problem. The other bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard is very quiet. [for the little story, I was in another apartment with a single room overlooking the street and the next morning after not sleeping all night, Damien was immediately able to change my apartment - and I found myself in this one for which I leave a review. I thank Damien for his responsiveness!]

The location is great, close to Paseo de Gracia. The apartment is completely clean. The comfort of your rooms too. Breakfast included. We went with a large group and rented two apartments. Nice apartment in a great location. The self-check in process is really simple and there is always staff in the building who can help if you need anything. The apartment is well equipped, in a modern building, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and even a huge market within short walking distance. It was a lovely stay and we recommend it!

Overall the place is great. Communication with Damien was very fluid and fast. He also let us in before the scheduled time without any problem. Access to the apartment was very effective and fast. If I had to mention something to improve, the cover was quite dirty, the coffee maker did not work either and we could not have breakfast on Sunday in the bar where breakfast was booked because it was closed (now due to the alarm situation they close on weekends, which is very understandable) In any case, they do not tarnish the stay at all. A highly recommended and very well located place.

Excellent location, especially for Gaudi fans. We didn’t know Barcelona well, and it was only once we were there that we realized how amazing the location really is! Maybe we’re fast walkers, but Sagrada Familia is less than 15 minutes walk away, Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are maybe a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The space is spacious, with large windows opening onto the beautiful streets. There was some city noise, we slept right through it. The apartment was spacious, all of the amenities worked, the market next door is so convenient, we had fresh baked goods, pasta, cheese, and produce daily. Metro station is close, a taxi stand is nearby, and Cabify is a great alternative for Uber. It’s near equidistant from the gothic quarter and the beaches as from Park Guell in the mountains. Great energy. Would definitely stay there again.

Damien and his team are great hosts that did everything on a high professional level. The location of the apartment is mazing as you are close to majority of the POI. Check in process is very smooth and all the instructions provided beforehand are really helpful. The place itself was spacious, light and very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Close to cafes, restaurants and everything else you need. Apartment is clean and has a spacious living room. The only issue is noise entering the bedroom at night so if you're a light sleeper you might want to be careful (or bring some ear plugs!).

Amazing location. I can't stress this enough. There are tons of nice restaurants in the Eixample neighborhood and the apartment is walking distance to all public transportation options (bus, metro). Damien and his onsite staff were awesome. The few times we need assistance (early check-in, extra towels, tips for local travel etc.), they were prompt with sharing feedback. My family was comfortable in the apartment and I wont hesitate to book the same apartment again in the future.

Damien provides outstanding service. We had a very late and very short notice request to rent the apartment and he and his team could not have been more obliging and super efficient. The apartment is beautifully clean, modern with all amenities and even a bottle of wine in the fridge with coupons provided for breakfast in a great little cafe downstairs (the owners are lovely). Maria was helpful providing information on local restaurants. Try de Tapa Madre which is less than a five minute walk - great food. Only slight downside is street noise at peak hours but not major and if you close the sliding shutters it helps. Definitely would stay again - fantastic location.

To anyone considering renting with Damien, don’t hesitate, just do it. You will find a fabulous place. What a great way to spend time in Barcelona. What an outstanding visit. The place is absolutely wonderful and excellent location. The elevators were great for moving luggage. The local markets nearby will also provide you with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back! The staff is excellent and very responsive. The apartment was well kept, clean, and the shampoos and soaps were a nice touch. We had plenty of towels, the washer and dishwasher worked great, the temperature was easy to set, loved having coffee in the apartment when we wanted a little cafe on the terrace, and the breakfast was great! For either a long or short stay, this was defiantly a home away from home.

The place is spotless! Damien supplies you with a bottle of cava and water waiting for you in the fridge to celebrate your arrival. In addition, FREE BREAKFAST EVERYDAY OF YOUR STAY AT THE CAFE DOWNSTAIRS!!! Plenty of huge plush towels, great location, the place is amazing. DO NOT MISS THE VIEWS FROM THE AMAZING ROOF TOP TERRACE. The air conditioning is only in the living room, you will have to leave your bedroom doors open to cool the rooms down, he does supply a fan. Not a problem in the cooler months. Something to consider in the summer. Great place! I would stay again & recommend it to family & friends.

very clean spacious, functional apartment, extremely well located, comfortable bedding. impeccable welcome, in French what's more. We were allowed to check in earlier than scheduled and a checkout later, thank you again for that. the big problem with this apartment is the lack of double glazing so the room overlooking the street is very, very noisy... and I think it necessary for the listing to specify that the terrace is certainly very pleasant on the roof and common to the whole building....

The apartment is centrally located, next to a mercado and several very nice stores. It is easy to catch a cab, and the apartment was very comfortable and centrally located .We had a late flight and we were able to store our bags which was a wonderful courtesy extended to us. everything was as pictured, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

I really liked it! The location is wonderful, everything is clean and comfortable, but in life the apartment is smaller than in the photos. There is a safe. In the kitchen, in addition to the stove and oven - toaster and coffee maker (sorry not capsule) , fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Nearby is a market where you can buy fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits. There is a terrace and a shower on the roof, where you can sunbathe. We were met and checked in earlier at 12. There was a bottle of cava waiting in the fridge. Free breakfasts in Bracafe are delicious: they took a cappuccino and a toasted bun with jamon. I recommend

Fabulous, well equipped 2 bed apartment with very helpful staff, especially Karolina, and a free breakfast was included every day of our stay. We found a welcome bottle of local Cava and water in the fridge was a lovely touch. The roof terrace was a great place to relax after a full-on day of sight-seeing, as the sun set. If however, you are not used to traffic noise bring some earplugs to aid sleep. Overall, we would highly recommend these apartments.

The apartment is very spacious and just as you can see in the photos. The bathroom was clean and the shower works perfectly. Check-in/out is very easy. I had a 7 pm flight and was able to coordinate a late checkout without any inconvenience. We did not try the sofa bed but the beds in the rooms were very conodas

We enjoyed our stay at Damien's place! Check-in was amazing! It's so easy and convenient. Apartment was spotless. The cava and water were a nice touch. Near several coffee shops. Restaurant next door - 9Nine was great. Easy to get to Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia where you can take a nice afternoon stroll or do some shopping. Karolina answered all our questions quickly. Our room was off the street so be ready for street noise. I noticed when trying to fall asleep but other than that not a problem. Would recommend - it's a great value.

I had never been to Barcelona before and was concerned about the location. There is no reason to be concerned. Excellent location that is walkable to great restaurants and attractions. Easy subway trip to the Gothic section, beach or Montjuic. The apartment is clean and recently renovated with A/C, elevator and just enough room for my family to feel comfortable. Staff was accessible if there were any problems (but we had no problems). I'd definitely stay here again.

Damien is an EXCELLENT host. He and his team will do everything in their power to meet your needs and do so quickly. He responded within two minutes whenever I messaged him with a question or request and always found a way to meet my requests for printing or changing my driving arrangements. The driver he arranged to pick us up waited an hour and fifteen minutes for us because the baggage claim belt broke. He also offered friendly advice on what to do around the city. I loved how spacious the apartment felt and loved the rooftop terrace for suntanning. The provided breakfast at BraCafe was an awesome luxury as well! Great pastries and sandwiches and helpful staff at the cafe! The only constructive criticism I have is that more towels could have been provided for our three day stay and he wifi was relatively poor in our room. Two out of three of us could not connect. All in all, a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend staying here.

Damien's apartment was great for my wife and I while visiting Barcelona. The apartment was very close to the metro and bus stops. Many resturants and shops to be found close by. The market next door was great for getting fresh fruit & delicious fresh juices. There was also an organic shop and small grocery store which were convenient. Our stay included daily breakfast at BraCafe just around the corner, big plus. Damien and his team were very professional, organized and attentive to our needs. Communication between us and the hospitality staff was very timely as well as effecient. We booked picasso apartment 4.1 but there was an error in the booking and we were contacted immediately to be informed. Damien was very apologetic and had another apartment to offer us in the same building. We were moved into a 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and had all the amentities we needed. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well decorated apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood - there's a view of La Sagrada Familia from the roof terrace, a great restaurant and a brilliant market just next door. We'd recommend ear plugs for sensitive people sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, but otherwise this was a perfect stay.

Our stay at Picasso Suites 4.1 and 4.2 was amazing! We were two families traveling together, and having our own two wonderful apartments next door to eachother, plus access to the gorgeous rooftop patio made our stay in Barcelona perfect. Damian and his team were super accessible, located downstairs in the lobby, for any questions and guidance on Barcelona. They also communicated leading up to, during and after our stay via email. The entire experience could not have been easier or more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Damian and Picasso Suites to anyone traveling to the fabulous city of Barcelona!

Picasso Suites was exactly as pictured - and so very welcoming. From the moment we booked, Damien, Karolina, and co. were all very easy to reach and attentive. The space was large and well-appointed, the kitchen was easy to use, and we were so happy to have a washing machine and an air-conditioner when it was so hot out. It was just two of us using the apartment, but I think it would also be comfortable with four. We loved being located near Passeig de Gracia, though the walk there was a little dark late at night though the street seemed like a pretty main thoroughfare. The breakfast was great - sometimes you just want a croissant to start your day, and it was lovely to sit on the roof with coffee and breakfast before we got going. Huge perk! Also the elevator was shockingly fast - huge change from where we'd stayed previously. A couple minor frustrations - the wireless wasn't as reliable as I would've liked, and we heard some construction a few of the mornings we were there. Otherwise, the place was wonderful - and I'd definitely stay there again.

Great host. Super responsive and everything fit the description. I would get a response from Damien within 15min of writing him and be sent various emails with info before the trip to make sure I had everything I needed. I would happily recommend Damien.

As per last year the apartment was perfect - the location is spot on close to everything but also far enough away from the Ramblas! Very convenient for the train. Karolina made us feel welcome again and the check in process was quick and easy! We look forward to returning soon!!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I have to say, this place is literally like a hotel, and 4 star quality at that. We were issued key cards just like hotels, and were given enough for all of our guests. They had people at a front desk who helped us with various things, and they even had housekeeping who dropped off extra items when we needed them. We really didn't have to meet anyone to check in, (which I kind of like best, no need to wait for anyone to help us)....and the best part of the trip, the beds were memory foam and gave us the best sleep out of any city we visited. There's no doubt we will be back. Two minor issues, the wifi was a little spotty and there was a minor ant problem, but I know that Damien and his team will fix both, because they maintain exceptional quality. Thanks again. Pro Tip: If this one is all booked up, search "Picasso" in Barcelona and others will pop up. This is what I did, when 5.1 was all booked up, and this one popped up. Happy I did.

I had a perfect stay thanks to Damien and his team ! We could arrive a bit before official chack in which was good. And same thing for checkout, which was good for last shopping :-) 1) Easy and fast answer before the reservation. Our questions were answered accurately and very fast each time we needed during our stay. 2) Appartment is as described, very clean and modern. Great terrasse, that we used to benefit from sun even it was late december :-) Great firm matresses Very secured access Even if you have everything you need in the kitchen, the complementary breakfast in the can60 restaurant is very good to begin the day 3) Pefect location, between Girona and passeig Gracia stations, lots of bars and restaurant, a market at 5m and supermarkets over the street. And also 24/7 small shops at 50m : flowers, groceries... And calm neighborhood 4) Easy check out Don't hesitate, it's worth the value and i'll choose it again if i come back to Barcelona.

the apartment matches the listing photos. It's clean, clear, and convenient. The terrace on the roof of the building is very pleasant to take a jar in the evening and the view is really nice. The wifi doesn't really work, it's very slow with a lot of interruptions: big frustration!... Damien's team is very easy to reach and very responsive. We were able to park our car in the parking lot of the building (50 euros/3 days), but the passage is very narrow and not suitable for a large car. We were 2 adults and 2 children and did all our trips on foot or by taxi (about 6 euros to go to Les Ramblas). The apartment is located next to a very nice covered walk where we were able to buy iberic ham. We only had our breakfast once at Can 60 at the bottom of the apartment and preferred to explore other places.

Great place and great team. I felt like a modern upscale resident in a great area near one of the best streets in Barcelona. Everything was wonderful. Would stay there again.

Property was very nice and clean in a good location. Barcelona is a great city and this property was walking distance of Sagrada and other Gaudi works. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Really good instructions given on how to get keys etc. Met Karolina in the CAN60 coffee shop and she was very helpful with ideas of what to see. Wifi could be a little more consistent.

You can easily have a late checkin thanks to the electronic key, which is a great thing. The apartment is nice but nothing fancy. The breakfast included with the apartment was correct and people in the restaurant was very nice with us. We had hardly no internet connexion during our stay which was a problem. We would have appreciated that someone can fix it...

My wife and I stayed at the Picasso Suites for 3 nights and loved it. The location was great and we very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The customer service that Damien and his team gave us was exceptional. They were reachable at all times, in person or by text (using whats app) and very helpful in all their suggestions. I would highly recommend these hosts without a doubt.

Nice 2 bedroom appartment. Everything from check-in to check out went smooth. Karolina, who managed the property was easy and quick to reach via email. Internet was a bit slow, which was the only little downside. Otherwise the appartment is like advertised. I would happily stay here again.

We just arrived back to Israel after 5 nights at the Picasso suite of demian. All the picturea are correct and describes best the reality. The only thing is that the terrace is not private and are shared by the wholr building but no one really is ever there and we were there alone and it felt like it was only ours. The view from the terrace id magnificant! Great to drinj eine and eat something. The location of the apartment is outstanding-2 min walking from a few metro lines. We (me and my girlfreind) chost to arrive from the airport by train and then by metro-very easy and simple and if you dont want to walk on tge street with the lugguge you can take a texi from the metro station Vardaguer (Line 5, the blue one). Anyway damien provides specifig and accurate directions. From the air port you go to terminal2 and then a train to Estacion Sants (a big station). 15-20 min by train. From there you take the metro - line 5(blue) 4 stops to Vardaguer that is on Diagonal streer (a big street you can find easly on google maps). From there we walked a little with a map we brought, 5 min walk and as i daid you can takr a texi from there cuz it is real vlose. The train cost 4.3 euros each and the metro costs 2.3 euros. The texi will cost i assume 3 euros more. Karolina came to us as we arrived and explained everything. There is a restaurant just the next building called Can60 and there you have your coffee juice and sandwich on the morning, also there the staff id wonderfull. There is ine thing not mentioned and that is there is a market right next to the apartment and you have everything there. Like the the La Boceria!! We bought cheese ans ham iverthere and thete is a panederia (bakery) and vegtebles and fruits and really all you need. The apartment is packed with all the equipment needed, the bed and pillows are HUGE and VERY VERY COMFTRBLE. 2 bedrooms, 1 bigger, salon with local cable tv (also Barca TV). I RECOMMEND THE PLACE VERY MUCH AND I THINK THAT IT COULD NOT BE BETTER. KAROLINA IS WONDERFULL AND ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS WITH A GREAT SMILE. We had a flight back at night anf we checked out on 11am in the morning and left our bags at Can60, went out to another trip in the city and came back on 18pm to take them back and headed to the airport. I have only good things to say about them and as i said u would not hasitate to take it again. Thank you vert much for our best vacation ever!!!

The apartment is amazing. It was spacious and very neat. Everything was available. Nice that there was a market right next door. There was traffic noise, but this was not disturbing. ( Our 15 month old baby slept very well!)

We had a wonderful time at Picasso suites. We were traveling with two children (1 and 2.5) and the apartment was big enough and thanks to an extra baby bed our kids had a wonderful stay. Breakfast from the bar downstairs (included) was great and the supermarket across the street catered for our further needs. We would definitely stay in Picasso Suites again!

Great apt, with all the amenities you need. Very close to the metro and shopping area. The host Karolina was excellent in helping out and giving travel advice when needed. A must stay!!
