Overall a great place right in the middle of Barcelona with great views from the terrace. Host is very responsive and helpful. Had a minor issue and he responded within minutes. Only thing that would make it better is an a/c unit in each room but the living room a/c is enough for the entire apartment to be cool even on the hottest days of July. Would book here again

CATFISHED!! The unit DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!! Horrible unit! Old and dingy. I felt like I was stepping back into the 80’s. The mattresses were so thin and felt like cardboard. NO AC in Bedrooms. Only a small AC vent above living room door. They gave us unit on 4th when I had reserved unit on 5th floor. When I asked for the unit in the pictures, Karolina said they are all the same. We left because I could not even think of ruining my vacation by staying in this place. We got two hotel rooms at the HYATT SOFIA - a beautiful 5 star hotel for the same price! Unit was ridiculously overpriced but we waited until last minute and it was the only place available. The positive feedback I have is that the host was very polite and allowed us to get a full 100% refund. However, I wasted three hours of my valuable time and money for getting another taxi and leaving!

As a female traveling with a 13 yrs old daughter, we felt safe and comfortable in the unit and the neighbor. Damien and his team were very helpful and welcoming. They handled questions efficiently. We're glad we found this place on a last minute when we decided to extend our stay in Barcelona. There were noise from other renters coming from the rooftop lounge at after hours and Damien handled it quickly. We had trouble getting a taxi scheduled to pick us up at around 7 am on Sant Joan Day (Catalan Holiday) and Karolina was able to make the arrangements for us right away. Don't rely on the taxi app... I used the Taxi app a few times and it was a lot of waiting. It was faster to waive for a taxi at the taxi stand. Gracias to Damien and his team for making our holiday relaxing!

First time in Barcelona and the stay was a great addition to the trip. The location was excellent since you have a cafe down the street and a pharmacy down the road about 1 block down. To find a taxi was very easy as they would come by periodically through the street where you enter and exit the building. The building has a spacious elevator which is hard to find in Europe so you can take luggage easily up and down. The room has a nespresso coffee machine that came with pods and if you need more you just simply ask the host and their staff will bring it up. The A/C can get very cold in the living room but their aren’t any vents in the rooms so if you like to sleep in the cold you will need to leave the room doors open to help circulate it. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced. Thank you Damien and team!

So expensive!!!!! It’s a hotel without the hotel services. Crowded with balchelor parties making noise and moving up and down the evelators all day. Exactly the type of ‘industrialized’ Aibnb trap I always tried to avoid. The worst experience at Airbn ever. It’s literally what Airbnb shound not be. Never again

The location is awesome - very walkable to SO much. The roof area is wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the unit was well equipped with most everything we needed. Karoline was in the lobby area most every morning so we could talk to her if we needed anything. While it was nice to have parking available I would suggest a very small car or very strong nerves! Both getting in and getting out of the parking area was the most stressful part of the whole vacation. One last thing to note, Valencia is a noisy street made worse by street construction (April 2023). Take some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Damien’s team working at the complex was very accommodating and they were very responsive to anything I needed. The place is roomy and in a great location, about a 20-25 min walk into the gothic quarter which is the Central Part of the city we found, there are some great restraunts near the apartment. The place is clean and lots of space! I love the free breakfast at the local cafe! Great tea/coffee/breakfast sandwiches. Would recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona to stay here ! Safe place as well.

The apartment was beautiful, located in a lovely neighbourhood with so many cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Damien was a brilliant host, and provided excellent recommendations on places to eat. The place is as shown in the photos, it is clean, the beds allow you to rest well. Excellent location that allows you to go out and walk to get to know the place. You can walk to some points of interest and I also liked that. The host was always attentive and friendly, I will definitely return. 10/10

This was a great base to stay at while in Barcelona. The neighborhood is safe, the apartment is comfortable and the wifi is strong and reliable. It’s extremely easy to get everywhere on foot or by metro - every morning started with a short walk to a different amazing brunch. Most importantly, the hosts were communicative and great. Would love to come back to Barcelona and would stay here again.

Seemingly very well located especially when you want to avoid the rambla . Very nice neighborhood Check-in guidelines are clear and easy. The apartment is perfectly clean and well-equipped. The rooftop terrace is very nice The only downside is the noise… the apartment overlooked the street with constant traffic all night and non-existent insulation. It's the only black spot but it's not insignificant.

Lovely apartment right next to a food market with fresh cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits etc. Locate is good about a 20 min walk to Gothic Quarter and many public transportation options available. The rooftop terrace is really lovely with a nice view. Building is extremely secure.

Damien’s apartment was excellent! It was well thought out and just what we needed for our stay in Barcelona. Damien and his team are very communicative. Also, I recommend anyone staying that you thoroughly read his check in email and note - we didn’t do that and we missed out on his recommendations and guidance. Very happy with our stay at Damiens' apartment in Barcelona. Apartment was clean and in a great location. It is located right beside a supermarket so it was really convenient to buy groceries. Damien was also kind enough to provide us with vouchers to get breakfast at a nearby cafe which was fantastic. It was also within walking distance to most of Barcelona's major attractions like Casa Battlo, Sagrada Familia and Gothic Quarter and close to a major shopping and dining district as well. Check in was straightforward and luggage storage was also available on the last day of our stay so we could see the city a bit more before our flight.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Picasso Suites! Damien’s attention to detail and exceptional communication made our stay easy and stress free. From arranging taxis to early check in to the spacious living area and rooftop terrace, to the location, to tasty sparkling wine, and to breakfast at Bra Cafe, we didn’t want to leave. For a couple and single person, the 2 bedroom and 1 bath property was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the historic areas and Sagrada Familia is visible from the terrace. Plenty of great restaurants are nearby. We had many friends staying in the area at the same time and none had the amazing experience we did. In fact, most were thinking that they will need to stay at Picasso Suites on their next visit. Thank you! We can’t wait to return!

Location is fantastic. Exiampla has got a lot to offer and discover outside the old town. Enjoy tapas around the corner everywhere (off the radars of yelp and trip advisor), el Mercado de concepcio, three wonderful bakeries across the street in the same block, and walking distance to sagrada familia and passeig de gracias, the connecting street to old town and placa Cataluña. Hosts are very much on top of things. Unit is clean. This is not your run of the mill average condo on air b&b. This is a professionally managed unit with high level of efficiency. Ignacio the super is so wonderful and present in the building the whole time. The breakfast from the bakery around the corner added also a nice touch. Strongly recommended… I would come back again in a heartbeat.

This is a great stay. My favorite part of this stay is the rooftop views — they were beautiful and its a nice spot to relax and catch some sun. In addition, this apartment is in a perfect location. Correct apartment with a spectacular terrace overlooking the Eixample. The location is fantastic, next to Mercado de la Concepción, close to Paseo de Gracia and in a very authentic and beautiful neighborhood. The apartment has a very nice living room and bedroom with large windows that face the street of Valencia; the second bedroom is very small and dark, it only has a small window that overlooks the interior patio. The big problem with this building (Picasso Suites) is that they usually rent apartments to groups of young people who come to celebrate bachelor parties and other parties with lots of alcohol on the terrace, putting the music at a deafening volume, which makes it impossible to rest and also makes the use of the terrace impossible for other tenants. We had to live with a group of people with violent and absolutely embarrassing behavior, lack of all education, who dedicated themselves to drinking and squeaking all night. When we left, there was another group of similar characteristics.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely location, loved being next to the flower market and the breakfast tokens for the cafe nearby are so helpful, we loved grabbing a takeaway and sitting on the roof terrace before heading out for the day. The location is good and we enjoyed being in a 'locals district' but to walk into central Barcelona can take 30-45 minutes (Gothic Quarter and Beach area) but Sagrada Familia is closer, about 10 minutes. We didn't bother with the metro so that might suit many, we either walked or got a taxi. Would definitely recommend the apartment and location!

Super apartment in every sense - location (excellent!), service, amenities, cleanliness, etc. Family friendly with cot, high chair and even a push chair provided. The arrival was smooth and Damien even accommodated our last-minute request to access the flat earlier than agreed. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We could hear noises from the street even though we were on the top (fifth) floor. Overall I highly recommend Picasso Suites!

Fantastic stay, apartment spotless and gives you choice to eat in or out, Great location within easy reach of anything you would like to do like shopping or touristy stuff...Staff on site every day even Sunday and can not do enough to make your stay the best it can be, And not mentioned enough in the booking I don't think are the free breakfast tokens for local bakers 1 for each person for each day awesome. I love Barcelona have been 4 times and every time I have found new things to see and do, Only one thing to mention if you haven't been to Barcelona before i think beeping your horn is part of there driving test its all you hear all day and at night too (Not as bad as Paris though) That aside it didn't ruin my stay and will defo book here again.

A good value and location if you are looking to live more like a local. Like other reviews stated, a bit dated in terms of decor and layout. Has a very 80’s vibe to it but that’s not a deal breaker for us. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and a few dishes were dirty but the host offered to send someone up to take a look the next day. But we didn’t mind washing by hand as there were only two of us. One of the biggest issues for me (which is a easy fix for the future) is no coffee machine. Even a cheap moka pot would suffice. Almost considered buying one for the week. However they did offer us tokens for free coffee and pastry at the cafe downstairs for 4 of the days of our 7 day stay. The biggest issue was the street sound. Even on the fifth floor the street traffic is extremely loud. It is almost as loud with the windows closed as with them open. But if you are a heavy sleeper it might not affect you. The pros are there is laundry (no dryer) but drying racks. There is a lot of room, 2 beds and a big living area and kitchen. Fast internet enough for working remotely using video calls. The shower had good pressure and hot water so all good there. The entry is easy with electronic key cards and a great location next to a market and many food places. Easily walkable and centered in the heart of the city. Overall a good value and option for a long term stay.

Exceptional hospitality, responsiveness, location (central) and overall attention to guest needs. Damien and his team were committed to providing everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even added extra touches that many Airbnb hosts fail to provide. Wine and cold water for our arrival, soap and shampoo in the bathroom and kitchen and a welcome note. We have been traveling Spain for 1 month using Airbnb and we were so lucky to have come across Damiens accommodations at the end of our trip. His services far surpassed all others and we left Spain feeling more relaxed than we otherwise would have! We highly recommend and will be back on our next stay in Barcelona!

The Picasso Suite keeps what it promises. The apartments are located in the heart of Barcelona and you can reach the essentials in a few minutes' walk. Check-in was automated and easily described. For tourists who do not want to live on the beach, the apartment is very suitable.

We stayed 2 weeks in this flat and everything went smooth. The place is as in the pics, it is clean and the wifi is pretty good (around 80mb in download). We had a small issue the first day and Damien fixed it fast and in general the communication was perfect. What I found a nice touch was the breakfast in the local cafeteria downstairs, a coffee and a croissant/sandwich served by two really lovely ladies.

The location can’t be beat! I wish we had stayed here earlier in our trip. The roof terrace is wonderful and gives a great perspective on the City! This is a great apartment in an excellent location! Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old, and felt like it was completely safe for a young child. Communication with Damien was always super fast, and I really appreciated the early-check in. If you are sensitive to street noise, you can hear some traffic from the master bedroom, but the back bedroom is nice and quiet.

It is a 15-minute walk to tourist attractions, and the location and facilities are perfect. The supermarket is also close, and the market is next to it, which is convenient. The only regret is that others have written, but the passing bedroom has a little noise in May.

Location, location, location! We had a good stay here and walked (1-2 miles) to most of our touring destinations in all parts of the city! Once we started those tours there was plenty more walking. Our 2 BR apartment was huge by European standards, sparsely but adequately furnished. Our first 2 days were a bit bumpy as the hot water heater was not working the first evening we were there and the the second night, a Saturday, there was an "illegal" very loud roof party until after 1 am over our heads. Neither were the fault of the building and the response to the water heater issue was immediate. All the personnel we met were quite friendly and helpful and the rest of our 7 day stay was perfect!

Very stylish apartment with great amenities and easy check-in. Good central location, within walking distance of many key attractions. A lovely roof terrace to take in the sun at the end of the day. Good communication with hosts, although we didn’t have any issues while we were there. Would recommend the restaurant next door, excellent food.

The apartment was excellent, a great space for up to two couples and easy to access to all attractions of Barcelona. It’s position is walkable to many attractions including Sagrada Familia and Port Vell. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, a sanctuary at the end of a busy day.

Had an amazing time at Damian’s place. When I arrived the host was already waiting for us outside and she even helped me with my bags. The place is in perfect location, blocks away from all the high end shopping. Everything was super clean and well organized. The space was very spacious and came with a well equipped kitchen... champagne included. I loved Barcelona so much I decided to stay an extra day and Damian was extra helpful in letting us stay an extra day at his place. Would totally recommend this place.

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here. The A/C was a nice (and rare!) amenity. Damien and team were very responsive, and the check-in/check-out procedures were seamless. The location is very close to the Metro, and a 15-minute walk to the Gothic Quarter in one direction and Sagrada Familia in another. Would definitely stay here agin.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. Damien is a great host. Checking in was super easy and the lady at the reception was super nice and flexible and let us keep our luggage in the locker upon checkout. Pros: Clean apartment and comfortable beds Free Coffee+Pastry in the morning for our entire stay in the downstairs cafe + Water and beverage provided in the fridge. Those are great touches! Decent living room Amenities all available Clean towels + Soap/Shampoo/conditioner were provided Great location Cons The only thing I can think of is that the main bedroom was noisy at night as it overlooks the main street. From the very beginning, when I was just considering options, Damien was the best communicator. His quick responses to my questions and needs put Damien in the top 5% of Airbnb hosts I have communicated with. The location of the apartment was fabulous. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see; Damien provided us with an excellent map of Barcelona that was far superior to the map I had purchased before traveling. The apartment was sparkling clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The first time we wanted to use the clothes washer we were a little confused about its use. I texted Damien by the Airbnb app and he had someone come to the apartment to assist us within about ten minutes. The signal of the Wi-Fi service was strong and the internet connection lightening fast. Barcelona is an amazing and wonderful city. The quality of the Airbnb and the host's responsiveness made our experience so much easier that it could have been otherwise.

Following the instructions texted to us check in was quick and easy. The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. We looked forward to being greeted for Breakfast everyone morning that was located in a nearby cafe. There is a large market next door with vendors selling fresh fruit, seafood and meats. Loved using the rooftop terrace. Plenty of restaurants nearby especially enjoyed the one directly next door “9” very good value. Most of the day someone was available in the lobby to answer any questions. Great location for exploring Barcelona and all it offers.

This place was a wonderful start to Barcelona! The terrace had a beautiful view. Communication with the host was very fast and check in was easy. Parking wasn’t available so finding parking in a city I had never been to was difficult but everything else was perfect.

Great space in a prime location. Easy walk to attractions, close to metro and next to a great market. Check-in was seamless and communication with the host was superior. Restaurant 9Nine next door is fabulous. To echo some of the comments, this is a great urban location and with that comes some street noise. Don’t let this deter you from renting this place, but light sleepers should either sleep in the back bedroom away from the street or bring some inexpensive foam earplugs to get a good night sleep. Would definitely rent again!

Although there was self check-in, I was warmly greeted by the staff of Picasso suites. They were kind enough to do a walk through of the property and show me how everything works. I loved all the communications they offered and the interactive guide for additional experiences around Barcelona. The place was clean and the breakfast tokens left for us were more than enough for the two of us to enjoy local breakfast snacks every morning. Being above the market give you all you need if you are into cooking. Around the corner is a Taxi stand that will come in useful if traveling for business. The place is centrally located to some amazing places to eat at and shop. We truly enjoyed all the amenities and would stay there again if we had the chance.

Damien's place must be enjoyed as a very well run service apartment that lacks the interior touches of the private hosts you experience with upmarket rentals at AirBnB. Issues we had were dealt with efficiently and professionally as you would expect in good service apartments. The location is great with every amenity and local markets right at your doorstep. Great restaurants in walking distance and so is the subway. Make sure to mention if you need a quiet apartment so they can allocate you one on the side and not facing the street. Nice touch with including breakfast at a Coffee Bar adjacent. We always used it to plan our day ahead there. Overall, we would come back as if you have the right apartment it will be a carefree stay and your focus can be fully on the visit of BCN.

We appreciated the excellent advice for using the metro and the train, and thank you for your very prompt response when we had a question. Breakfast was a delicious and a nice bonus. The car service to and from the airport was prompt and helpful. It was nice to have an amazing market and a also a fabulous restaurant right next door. It's a great house. It's close to the center of the city. It's very convenient, well - equipped, and comfortable. You can do everything you want to do here. Instructions for reception were very clear. The apartment provides all basic amenities, dishwasher and washing machine etc...also provided. The complex has a shared balcony which is ideal for enjoying in the evening in the sun. The complex is close to "plaça cataluny", and has a fresh market around the corner. From the apartment, it is quite easy to get on public transport. On the day of departure we had the flight to Amsterdam at 8 p.m., we were allowed to spend the rest of the afternoon in another apartment at no additional cost. The staff speaks fine English and is regularly present in the hall of the complex.

We enjoyed our stay at Damien's place. We appreciated the accommodations and services offered. Pros - Easy communication and very responsive. - Provided thoughtful services. Prior to our stay we were asked if we wanted groceries, car service to and from the airport, BCN card, etc. - Friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted upon arrival and received help with our luggages. - Concierge was available at the lobby during the day. We were able to ask them for tips and recommendations on sites we were interested in. - The free breakfast at Bracafe was a nice perk. - The apt we stayed in was very spacious. - Great location - close to the metro, market, tourist attractions (Passeig de Garcia, Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas neighborhood). Cons - One downfall (which is out of their control) is that the master bedroom was close to a busy street. We sometimes heard road noise. Overall, the thoughtful touches outweigh the minor issue. Great host and staff.

Highly recommended. Great host - accurate and easy to follow check in information and really useful local tips and recommendations provided well in advance. Lovely apartment - clean, fresh, well equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Welcome bottles of cold cava and water in fridge and wonderful large (shared) terrace to drink them on. Excellent location - lots of local bars and restaurants, easy walk to many of the 'essential' sights, simple metro ride to the old town and the beach. Great market next door for local food. As you would expect from a city centre location, traffic noise is very loud in the front bedroom (facing the main road) but the back bedroom is quiet. Do use the tokens for breakfast in the bar, even if it is later in the day or to 'take away'. We didn't until the last day and then regretted it! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location: 15 mins to Passage de Gracia/Casa Batillo, 20 to Sagrada Familia/La Predera/Placa de Cantalunya/Rumbla, 40 to the beach. Convenience: great market downstairs, multiple breakfast options (including free breakfast provided by the host). Facility: comfy bed, spacious room. Host: Friendly and responsive. Always ready to help out. Downside: Master bedroom facing the street is a bit noisy even at night. Some soundproof measures needs to be taken.

Great base for our week in Barcelona. It's on a busy street, but not that noisy when windows are closed and with the AC, it wasn't a problem at all. Very comfortable flat with a large kitchen nice bathroom. Great to have the market next door. And so nice to have breakfast provided at the Bracafe just downstairs. One of the best dinners of our week was at 9, the restaurant just outside to the right of the door to the building. It was DELICIOUS! The roof terrace was a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. That being said, the only criticism I have would be the door to the roof terrace, which slammed repeatedly until 3-4 am, as people went to and from the terrace, not caring that someone might be trying to sleep. I think a pneumatic door return or a rubber gasket would make a big difference. The slamming wasn't heard from the larger bedroom, but, as I was sleeping in the smaller bedroom, it was hard to get any sleep.

The unit was exactly like the photos and description. Easy communication via email and WhatsApp. The location was very convenient for walking around the city and sights. Plaza Cataluña is about a 10min walk away where we took Aerobus for airport transportation. There are various supermarkets on the same block. Our stay included breakfast vouchers for a coffee and pastry at the cafe next door.

We were very comfortable at Picasso Suites. This is a city centre location and so you can hear street noise and traffic. However the roof top is great both during the day and at night. The apartment is well appointed;everything you need and help is always at hand if you need anything else. We liked the location and found some great places to eat. We walked to Sagrada Familia and got taxis to the beach and other places. Nice market next door and lots of bakeries. The coffee in the Bracafe was really good and we enjoyed our breakfasts (at lunch time!!). This is a relaxed set up and we would recommend it.

The reservation and check in process was excellent- very professional and the team that met us at the door was great and available throughout our stay for questions/concerns. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was next to a great restaurant and market and walking distance from a few main attractions (Basilica, La Rambla, waterfront, etc.). The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because it is a very busy complex and we had some neighbors who liked to be very loud into the early morning (not the teams fault at all, maybe just bad timing with a loud group). The group did trash the patio but we were able to call our contact and she came up right away and cleaned up their mess which was great! I'd stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Damien's apt for 3 nights in July 2017. Overall, it was a very good experience. The apartment is located very close to metro stops and you can walk down to la sagrada familia and passeig de gracia. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants located very close by. The place is clean & modern and the host was very helpful with tips and suggestions. There is only one A/C in the apt but it was enough to cool the whole apt so we never had any issue. Overall - a nice place. I'd use it if I'm in Barcelona again.

I can't imagine a better location when staying in Barcelona. One can easily walk to the metro, La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas. There are great restaurants in the area and right next door, make sure to make reservations at Nine9. The vegetable, fruit, fish Market next door is great for buying food. Damien was a great host. When I couldn't figure out how to use the stove top, he sent the concierge up immediately to show me. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Barcelona.

The apartment was perfect and very clean. It is in walking distance to sigrada familia and just next to a market place. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was provided by bracafe. Damien has left us a bottle of cava and sipping cava on the terrace taking in the beautiful architecture of Barcelona was serene. Will definitely book to come again. Location is brilliant, just short distance away from la ramba so more peaceful and not rowdy at night. Lots of good restaurants and bars around locally. The furnitures on the terrace need up dating and I noted that these were being replaced on the first day we arrived.

Damien's place was very nice! It was clearly freshly cleaned when we walked in, which was great to see/smell. His directions for obtaining entry and keys to the apartment were perfect and we had no problems at all. He was extremely responsive and we felt like we were always able to get in touch with him if we needed him. The free breakfast was also a great touch and was tasty! The only downside was that the apartment is on a rather loud street and there is a lot of street noise. We are from NYC so we are used to street noise, but perhaps we just have thicker windows in our apartment! Additionally, there happened to be construction going on at on the other apartments adjacent to us, but I'm sure Damien did not know this was going to be happening. Other than that, it was a great apartment and would be so perfect for a family or a group of 4-5 people!

From the moment we arrived our group felt very comfortable in this space; in no small part thanks to the support and attention that Damien paid to us. Whether it was seeing the flat prior to our check-in, helping us locate soap for the washing machine, or holding our bags late on check-out day, Damien and his partner's service and attention to detail far surpassed my own expectations. Damien and his team made us feel so amazingly welcomed. The apartment was gorgeous, very spacious, and had great amenities (we loved the air conditioning unit that made the place very cool and relaxing). Twice during our stay, I messaged Damien about a concern (one time about the AC and another time about the hot water), and in both cases he had a staff member at our door within 30 seconds! Really - the support was fantastic and both our issues were resolved in minutes. The location of the apartment is also perfect - being in the Eixample neighborhood, you're surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, all while feeling that you are a local living in Barcelona, as opposed to other neighborhoods which feel touristy. That being said, you're also just a 10 minute walk from big landmarks like Sagrada Familia, or a 15 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter and seafood haven La Barceloneta. Overall, I couldn't recommend this listing more if you're looking to stay in Barcelona in a relaxing yet happening part of town.

We were a big Group so we booked two flats (3.1 + 5.1). We were not disappointed at all. The flats are just like the Pictures. Very clean and comfortable. You have an amazing rooftop with a view on the Sagrada Familia. That’s how central it is. The communication with Damien was just perfect. He answer our 1000 questions always really quick. And he was nice enough to let us check out later on Sunday. We were more than pleased to stay there and will def. come back.

We were 3 people and the apartment barely had room for us. We ordered the gourmet package, so we had food and wine when we arrived, however much of it was left on the kitchen table and was warm and not specially nice. Besides that, it was clean and the staff very nice and easy to communicate with. This is not like a private apartment but more a complex of vacation suites, so rooftop is shared with other guest too.

Great place, very central. Loved the roof top terrace. We had a toddler and borrowed a high chair and a cot. Would definetely recommend this flat to others! Also, try the restaurant Nine that is right next to the building :)

My wife and I stayed 7 nights at Picasso Suites 5.1. Damien was very responsive since our first inquiry. We had a great time in Barcelona, the listing is very accurate, self-service check-in was flawless (we arrived late) and the breakfast at Bracafe was very good. Since this apartment is on the top floor the access to the terrace is very convenient, just one set of stairs. Finally, having a welcome bottle of Cava, a (stocked) coffee machine and a washer inside the unit was very convenient. Localization wise the apartment is very good. Just a 5 minute walk to Girona station and maybe 10m to P. de Gracia.

We stayed 8 nights in the apartment and thought it was exactly as described and in a great location making walking to most of the popular tourist sites easy for us. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. We appreciated the espresso maker that included supplies. The clothes washer worked great and was supplied with detergent. As others have noted it was nice to have a bottle of cava waiting for us in the fridge, thanks! The rooftop terrace was fabulous and since our weather was so nice we enjoyed having drinks there in the evening. Damien alway communicated promptly and provided lots of information and guidance. His assistants were at the apartments most every day if you needed help or assistance and we're always very kind and helpful. There is a great restaurant 9 Nine right next door that we enjoyed a couple times for lunch and the Bra Cafe was great for coffee and bite to eat (included with rental) and they were very accommodating to us visitors. It was also fun to have the Market next door! You should be aware that Barcelona is a very busy city with lots of traffic and noise. The traffic noise in this apartment took some getting used to for me, but I think that's a common problem with many accommodations in this busy city. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great time staying at the Picasso Suites. We had a very clean, nicely furnished, spacious, two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen including washing machine and a large living room. Check-in was easy. We were met at the door by our host and received our keys and a tour of the place including the roof level patio. Throughout our stay there was always someone available during the day to answer any questions. The suites are located in a residential area about 1.5 blocks from the Girona metro station. It is a ~twenty minute walk to Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by and the complimentary breakfast at Bracafe was very convenient. They served a drink along with either a pastry or breakfast sandwich. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Barcelona.

We actually stayed in Picasso 2.3 not 5.1 as originally booked. Picasso Suites are in a great location, walkable to many nearby Modernisme buildings. The market next door and nearby restaurants and bars had great food choices. We were very comfortable and felt very safe there. The neighborhood was also very nice. Karolina, our AirBNB contact met us on arrival, was onsite many days and responded very quickly with questions large and small. The Suite (2.3) had all the conveniences. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, etc. I would recommend booking with Picasso Suites. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the way the change in apartments was handled.

The condo was just as pictured and in great condition. The kitchen had everything needed and the clothes washer was very convenient. Also, the beds were comfortable with great pillows. The bathroom is great also. There are windows in all the rooms and bathroom, which are nice when opened. Access to the rooftop was really cool and a nice place to drink some wine or eat. There is a spot on the roof to hang out clothing for quick drying. The location was excellent as it near the Sagrada Família designed by Gaudi and his Casa Mila. It was nice not to be in the heart of the tourist area as it was not a crowded. The host was excellent to work with and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was ok on check in and check out. It’s actually a seamless process of checking in as you don’t have to meet with anyone to do it. The condo is adjacent to a great market and a grocery store, so everything you need for your stay is right out the door. Multiple train stops can be used, but we favored the Girona stop on the yellow line. It’s easy to get around town by train or to the condo from the airport by train. The building has internet and the unit has a safe, if needed, nice TV and iron and ironing board. We did not use the safe, as the building has a very secure double entry. I would recommend this place for sure, as we had a great relaxing time there. Miss it already and just got back a couple days ago (left out Oct 31, 2015).

I can't begin to tell you how delightful our experience was . . . from start to finish! The process of securing the apartment vie AirBNB was seamless and flawless. It couldn't have been easier. The apartment was as expected, very clean and tasteful. Thank you for your attention to all of the details, from my transportation from the airport (thanks for arranging) to the water and champagne chilling in the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed picking up goodies from the incredible market next door and dining on the rooftop terrace. We felt like such sophisticated citizens of the world!!! Can't wait to come stay with you again.

Damien and his colleagues provided us with plenty of information ahead of our stay. The flat was beautiful, very clean and exactly as expected from the photos. It was easy to find, and accessing the apartment was seamless thanks to the team's emails and text messages. All the staff we encountered were lovely, and breakfast on the balcony was an added bonus! At the end of our trip, my friend left his passport in the flat by mistake, and we were able to contact the host immediately, and they sent it by taxi to the airport in time for us to fly. This is a great example of how professional and helpful the hosts were. Thanks for making our stay in Barcelona stress-free and comfortable.

The apartment was very nice, well equipped and spacious. The air conditioning worked well as did the WIFI in the living areas. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome by the doorman and women who worked for Damien. My only concern was that there was construction work taking place next door which was a little loud during the day. Ordinarily this would be fine for sightseeing hours but we have an infant daughter who is still napping. Not Damien's fault and completely unavoidable. He accomodated for our daughter very well in all other respects providing a cot, bedding and a high chair and pram if required.

Our stay at Picasso Suites was lovely. Room was just as advertised, and Damien and his team were fantastic! After a poor lodging experience elsewhere in Barcelona, we booked at Picasso Suites last minute and Damien and the team were very quick to accomodate us, making it a very smooth and comfortable transition. The appartment was very clean, with good decor and was in a nice part of Barcelona making it easily commutable with good transport connections nearby. The road noise at the front of the building can make it difficult to sleep so if you are light sleeper ear plugs are recommended and if there are large groups of people using the roof terrace late at night it can be loud if you sleep on the top floor (floor 5). There were building works next door to the appartment which we weren't warned about in advance which was a shame as we got woken up early on the week days. That said, the staff are all very helpful and respond to emails etc very quickly and sought to resolve any problems as best they could and promptly. Overall i would recommend staying here.

Damien & his team were very professional and communicated very effectively throughout the process, receiving multiple emails prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth check-in procedure. He was also very accommodating in letting me change my method of payment w/o any cancellation fees, so much appreciated. The apartment is not your typical Airbnb property as it's owned/listed/managed by a real estate group vs being an individual's personal home, so apart from a less personalized feeling it shouldn't change your expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, TV worked (hardly watched it), wifi very reliable & fast, kitchen appeared clean (never used it, except to chill some cava), A/C had some on/off issues but worked fine (chilled main living space SUPER cold but not much movement to other rooms), bed was ok (not Westin Heavenly Bed comfortable) but after walking all over town was sufficient (albeit a bit short for this 6' 2" guy), bathroom was surprisingly big for a European apt with solid water pressure and sufficient hot water, being on the 5th floor I would have expected a bit quieter but we did have some 4am revelers on Sat night & some consistent traffic noise throughout the nights, but plenty of space for two with bags & large closet w/ a safe. Breakfast (coffee & pastry) at coffee shop around the corner is included, a nice touch and just enough to get you started before a day full of tapas. The apartment is very conveniently located just north of old town, a 4 euro train & easy walk or 30 euro taxi from BCN, but in the perfect spot to walk to Sagrada Familia, Gracia, Park Guell, Barrio Gotic, La Rambla & even Barceloneta/beach for the ambitious.

Good location in Barcelona for the sights and yellow line for the beaches, a little noisy due to road ( especialy when Barcelona win the champions league ;) ! but soon get used to this and the location makes up for it, flat is on the top floor so great access to roof terrace), can see the Gaudi Cathedral from the flat (just) and terrace! nice and spacious well maintained, hosts ( maria and Katerina) were very helpful sorting out arrival and providing baby stuff for us at no extra cost! + at the front desk daily for advise on trips and transfers, some great places to see on the doorstep ( market, resultants etc) only thing would be nice would be another fan or too for the bedrooms ( aircon only in lounge) lovely trip all in all!

The experience was perfect. Right from the check in process to the information provided and to the check out process everything was just perfect. Damien gave us great tips about restaurants and bars to visit...... Which we just loved... Couldn't get better. The apartment is centrally located in a upmarket and safe neighborhood. The pictures don't to justice to the actual place it's even better than the pics. Clean place and very comfortable beds with enough storage for a family of 4. Kitchen is well equipped and the complementary breakfast is awesome.

Damien's apartment was very clean, spacious and convenient. Check in was easy and we were able to book it only one day in advance as well as check in early. There is the metro nearby as well as a market next door. Complimentary breakfast was available at the restaurant downstairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Barcelona. Our only complaint was the wifi wasn't very good but you spend most of your time exploring so it all works out.

Damien and his team made our stay in Barcelona absolutely fabulous. Picasso suites is a great location to tour the city; in the heart of the golden quarter where you can enjoy a lovely residential neighbourhood setting and amazing modernista architecture. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for our family of three. We were welcomed with a bottle of cava and Damien checked in with us throughout our stay. We enjoyed having the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and being next door to the conception market where we could purchase our everyday needs. I stayed for the WE in the suite 5.1 with my brother and we had a wonderful time. Very well located, clean and spacious, this is the perfect place. The beds are extremely comfortable, extra points for the pillows which I am usually very picky about. Karolyna allowed us to checkout late which was very much appreciated given our flight back was late in the afternoon. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back to stay with these guys!

We very much enjoyed staying in Damien's comfortable, clean and modern flat which had all the amenties we needed. We enjoyed the wine awaiting in the fridge and were delighted to recieve some Christmas presents of local specialities and fruit. The flat is conveniently located for all the sights. Everything worked - TV, Internet, kitchen equipment. The only downside was the traffic noise which those staying in the master bedroom could hear but this is likely to be the same everywhere in central Barcelona because of the grid layout. This doesn't stop us recommending the flat to others and we will be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

We just returned from our trip and had a fantastic stay at the two bedroom apt on Carrer de Valencia! We loved the location with the close proximity to food markets, major tourist sites, shopping, the Metro, and amazing restaurants. The apt was clean with all of the basic stuff that you need. There isn't a phone in the apt, but when in trying to figure out how to call for a taxi to take us early in the morning to the airport, I sent an email to Damien and team for help. I immediately got a response from Katrina saying she already called the taxi and it was all taken cared of. It's nice to get that kind of service when needed. We look forward to a return trip to Barcelona and will be sure to book one of the Picasso Suites apartments again--as well as tell other friends.

We loved Damien's apartment!! Located in the greatest are! Close walk to Sagrada Familia and close to metro to get anywhere! It made our stay in Barcelona perfect. We loved the street, area, and the market next door with lots of little restaurants and bars to explore. And walking to Passeig de Gracia where shopping and restaurants galore was so easy! Metro stop was literally two blocks away and so easy to navigate. They give you a great map of Barcelona which was so helpful and I used the whole time. Our hosts were perfect and always quick to reply if we needed anything. We needed more towels for a day at the beach and Karolina showed up in under 10 minutes. She was also at the little cafe in the morning as well for any questions or tips or to help us find yoga close by. LOVED the roof top terrace, what an asset to have when you are there. We relaxed and had wine and cheese there and enjoyed the views of Barcelona. Great for morning coffees as well to plan our your day. Book this apartment! We were SO HAPPY with it and with our host and hostess!

The apartment in Eixamples is exactly as described here and we were very happy with our choice. It even comes with breakfast vouchers, it's like a large hotel room. The only little downside is the WiFi which was incredibly slow - however Damien told me that this is currently being taken care of. Damien was a very considerate host who took care of everything asap. I can totally recommend his place and Damien as a host and I would definitely stay in one of his apartments again.

Very clean and nice flat:) with all the things we need. We can make our dinner in the big kitchen. Good location and we can also have our breakfast just down stain in the restaurant. Damian is so helpful , when we have problem for the key card and call him ~~he come and fix it in a min! I will recommend it for u all.
