Damien's apartment was magic. The gorgeous view of La Tour Eiffel was beyond incredible. The location could not have been more perfect: literally steps away from shops, restaurants, the metro (plus easy location for taxi pick up), easy walking to La Tour Eiffel and all the beautiful adjacent neighborhoods. Elizaveta met us right when the taxi dropped us off, despite our flight being delayed. She was so thoughtful and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Even leaving bottles of champagne, l'eau, et jus de pomme. The building itself is so beautiful with bedroom windows opening into a lovely courtyard. We can't wait to come back.

This place is a true gem. Fabulous location near the Eiffel Tower, easy access to public transportation and walkable amazing restaurants. Grocery store close by along with pharmacy. Beautiful apartment with great common living spaces. We had 5 of us and we never felt cramped.

There were four of us and we had a great stay. It was nice having 3 bedrooms. The views of the Eiffel Tower and Seine were beautiful. The location was just okay otherwise. I would have preferred to be on the right bank and have better restaurants close by. Also only having one toilet was challenging at times. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend this rental and host.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location was quite close to Eiffel Tower and convenient to the metro / rer / mass transportation (you can see it from the unit if you step out on the small terrace and look to the right).

It's a wonderful apartment. It is extraordinarily well located, from its balcony you can appreciate the Eiffel Tower. Damien and his team were super attentive, really everything was perfect, we traveled 4 people and we were all super comfortable. Don't think about it, if you go to Paris, this is the best place to stay.

This is an unbeatable location! Right across the road from the Seine and only a few hundred meters from the Eiffel Tower which is easily seen from the balcony. Elizabeth met us at check in and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment and rooms are quite large for Paris and our family of 5 had a fantastic stay.

Damien’s place was an amazing place to stay for our week in Paris. We were with my 3 children and there was plenty of space for all of us! The view is beautiful and iconic. The space was very clean and bright and had all the amenities we neeeed. Lots of storage space and easy access in and out of the building. Having small children the elevator was such a big help. Elizaveta, who helped check us in was so helpful and my kids loved her. We unfortunately had a little accident the first day we arrived and my husband needed stitches, she helped us out and even took him to the hospital and stayed most of the time. So amazing because we were so lost on what to do. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Paris!

My family of 4 stayed a week and loved it. The place is a wonderful old flat with lots of charm. The location is truly wonderful for visiting central Paris. We really enjoyed our time there and would come again. The only things to keep in mind is that there is no A/C and there is only one toilet as well as a bidet.

Beautiful views of the river, very spacious and pleasant front rooms, a very nice master bathroom. The on site caretaker in the building was absolutely excellent - gracious and very attentive. She brought a nice large fan for our use when the weather turned hot. Just a wonderful host. Two different grocery stores are less than a five minute walk away. There is a shady zone by the Australian Embassy just next to the building that is a great location for Uber drop offs and pickups. A pleasant 15 minute walk along the river will take you to the Musee du Quai Branly, which has a nice cafe set in the gardens. Enjoy!

What a great location and beautiful view! 4 adults stayed in the apartment and it was comfortable for us all. Like many apartments in Paris there is no A/C but the breeze from opening the windows kept us cool. Apartment is on upper floor so we felt perfectly safe leaving windows open at night. There are cafe’s and a grocery store near by. Damien is a very responsive host and we were well taken care of. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This was the best place! We were so lucky to spend New Years Eve watching all the amazing fireworks Paris put on display, (both officially and unofficial!). The apartment was lovely. Location fantastic. We had the best week in Paris. Thank you so much for hosting our family. Steph x
