Our stay here was pretty average overall. The apartment itself was okay, but a few things stood out. The Wi-Fi signals were very weak in the bedrooms, which made it hard to work or stream. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC, which was uncomfortable at times. In another bedroom, water from the bathroom leaked into the living room area. The apartment also didn’t have some basic amenities like a hairdryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste. On the first day there was no body wash provided, but when we asked the host, they did send it the next day, which we appreciated. On the positive side, the location was excellent — right in the center of the city, making it very convenient to get around.

Pretty basic place and not at all luxurious. The private terrace is not private as it is shared with other apartments. We stayed for 3 nights and never had the terrace to ourselves. The couch is still ripped as other reviewers have commented. On a positive note, Damien was very responsive and let use check in early. Overall, we did not think it was not worth the money.

We only booked it the day before we arrived. Damien gave easy instructions to enter the building. I found Damien very helpful, replied quickly. He messaged to asked if everything was ok and I told him yes, but I could not find an Iron. He replied straight away and within half hour a lovely lady was at the door with one. Overall very pleased with the apartment, little dusty bathroom floor (but overall clean) within walking distance to many beautiful buildings/ La Sagrada Familia, ( which you can see from the roof terrace) and public transport. Terrace overlooks the wonderful market next door. (It had a Broken garden chair, but ample other chairs and Table) We had been given vouchers for free coffee and pastry from the cafe across the road. There was water and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us too, (very nice addition) Would defiantly recommend and would stay again. Only thing missing, we could have done with was a baking tray for the oven.(if asked sure would of received) ?

On foot you can reach in a maximum of fifteen equipped with several places to visit, but there is still a metro and bus stop nearby that go to the center. Apartment complete with all accessories, even in the kitchen. Terrace on the top floor panoramic, but little used for cloudy weather. Unique, the price of the apartment is a little high . Fabio

We recently stayed in Damien’s block of flats. They were easy to find and the location was great. They were near lots of restaurants/ coffee shops etc. The flat was pretty basic and tired which was ok for us as a bolthole. The sofa was pretty unusable (very cheap and badly ripped). The noise from the traffic was also quite bad. It’s something we’re just not used to. Sirens/ beeping/ motorbikes/ noise from people most of the night. However as said, it’s a good location so fine for a few nights away.

We went in October 2024. Great location. The appartment is in a block of about 20 services apartments. Easy code access and good security. There's a concierge there most of the time during the day and they were realy friendly and helpful. Brilliant location close to the Metro and sights, but not a crazy tourist zone. The only downside was the slightly tired furniture (sofa) in the living room.

Good stay over all! Good location and everything was similar to what was described in the listing. The appliances are quite old, but we didn’t plan on doing much cooking or anything so it didn’t bother us. Bigger issue was that the WiFi was completely unusable during our stay, with speeds of less than 1 mbps. However, the host was very responsive, apologetic, and proactive to figure out a solution. They couldn’t get the WiFi signal working in the apartment (I guess it’s a shared system with the whole building), but they did go out and acquire a mobile WiFi hotspot for us to use during our stay. This was generally an inconvenience, but I’m quite satisfied with how the host handled the situation.

Overall a great place right in the middle of Barcelona with great views from the terrace. Host is very responsive and helpful. Had a minor issue and he responded within minutes. Only thing that would make it better is an a/c unit in each room but the living room a/c is enough for the entire apartment to be cool even on the hottest days of July. Would book here again

Great home base for Barcelona exploration! The AC was crucial for a comfortable stay, and the property was a quick 10-15 min walk to many attractions (an even closer walk to the metro stop a couple blocks down if you'd prefer). The building concierge was always helpful with any questions/concerns we had, and the host was amazingly flexible with early checkin/checkout. Would recommend!

Excellent location, very friendly and responsive host. The beds were very comfy, the AC worked well and overall the place was clean. It was great to have a washer to do laundry and a nice touch to have a bottle of bubbly and water in the fridge upon arrival. We ate at the restaurant downstairs (Nine) on our first night. The food was scrumptious, service fantastic and we received a discount since we were staying in the building. A very nice amenity was the daily coffee and pastry from the little cafe downstairs, we went almost everyday. We enjoyed the roof-top terrace and the views of La Familia Sangrada. We would definitely stay at this place again. Thank-you for sharing the Picasso suites, Damien! :)

Easy to find, clean, Damien was super responsive and Karolina was very helpful with check in and check out. Perfect combination or privacy and togetherness for a girls getaway with 9 ladies! Everyone had their own private room and bed and the 3 apartments were the only ones floor so we could keep the doors open if we wanted. Each unit had 2 full bathrooms, large living area and kitchen. Location was fantastic. Apartments were very clean and comfortable. About 10 min walk to Passeig de Gràcia and about 20 to the Gothic Quarter. It was close enough to attractions but not near the louder tourist areas. Hosts were very responsive and so nice. Simple breakfast of coffee and sandwich/pastry provided next door. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect accommodation!

Had a great week long stay. The location is perfect! Very close to Paseo de Gracia, Sagrada Familia, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket all around the place. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. The apartment is very good, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sometimes it gets a little bit noisy, but I didnt mind, there are security cameras in tbe entranxe and in each floor so it felt very safe. I would recommend Picasso Suites without a doubt, and hope to come back. Thank you!

The apartment has a great central location, right next to the beautiful market hall. Many attractions are within walking distance. The view and the brightness of the apartment were great. The roof terrace is very nice. To note that at night/morning the road traffic is very noisy despite the closed window. Dishes were available, but there could be a little more dishes so you don't have to wash dishes after each use in order to have dishes again. Breakfast at the cafe next door was good. Sunday there is no breakfast! This was not known before. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a great central location.

Damien and Karolina were superb hosts. They truly strive to make sure guests are comfortable - Karolina (with whom we dealt directly) was really sincere and you could tell she cared about our needs and wanted us to feel at home. They were very quick to respond to our questions and take care of any requests/issues. The apartment is on a very quiet street, with everything you could need very close by - bakeries, markets, restaurants, etc. and it has access to a rooftop with a view of La Sagrada Familia! CATFISHED!! The unit DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!! Horrible unit! Old and dingy. I felt like I was stepping back into the 80’s. The mattresses were so thin and felt like cardboard. NO AC in Bedrooms. Only a small AC vent above living room door. They gave us unit on 4th when I had reserved unit on 5th floor. When I asked for the unit in the pictures, Karolina said they are all the same. We left because I could not even think of ruining my vacation by staying in this place. We got two hotel rooms at the HYATT SOFIA - a beautiful 5 star hotel for the same price! Unit was ridiculously overpriced but we waited until last minute and it was the only place available. The positive feedback I have is that the host was very polite and allowed us to get a full 100% refund. However, I wasted three hours of my valuable time and money for getting another taxi and leaving!

As a female traveling with a 13 yrs old daughter, we felt safe and comfortable in the unit and the neighbor. Damien and his team were very helpful and welcoming. They handled questions efficiently. We're glad we found this place on a last minute when we decided to extend our stay in Barcelona. There were noise from other renters coming from the rooftop lounge at after hours and Damien handled it quickly. We had trouble getting a taxi scheduled to pick us up at around 7 am on Sant Joan Day (Catalan Holiday) and Karolina was able to make the arrangements for us right away. Don't rely on the taxi app... I used the Taxi app a few times and it was a lot of waiting. It was faster to waive for a taxi at the taxi stand. Gracias to Damien and his team for making our holiday relaxing!

First time in Barcelona and the stay was a great addition to the trip. The location was excellent since you have a cafe down the street and a pharmacy down the road about 1 block down. To find a taxi was very easy as they would come by periodically through the street where you enter and exit the building. The building has a spacious elevator which is hard to find in Europe so you can take luggage easily up and down. The room has a nespresso coffee machine that came with pods and if you need more you just simply ask the host and their staff will bring it up. The A/C can get very cold in the living room but their aren’t any vents in the rooms so if you like to sleep in the cold you will need to leave the room doors open to help circulate it. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced. Thank you Damien and team!

Exactly the type of ‘industrialized’ Aibnb trap I always tried to avoid. The worst experience at Airbn ever. It’s literally what Airbnb shound not be. Never again

The location is awesome - very walkable to SO much. The roof area is wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the unit was well equipped with most everything we needed. Karoline was in the lobby area most every morning so we could talk to her if we needed anything. While it was nice to have parking available I would suggest a very small car or very strong nerves! Both getting in and getting out of the parking area was the most stressful part of the whole vacation. One last thing to note, Valencia is a noisy street made worse by street construction (April 2023). Take some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Damien’s team working at the complex was very accommodating and they were very responsive to anything I needed. The place is roomy and in a great location, about a 20-25 min walk into the gothic quarter which is the Central Part of the city we found, there are some great restraunts near the apartment. The place is clean and lots of space! I love the free breakfast at the local cafe! Great tea/coffee/breakfast sandwiches. Would recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona to stay here ! Safe place as well.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Barcelona, which was definitely enhanced by our stay in Picasso Suites. The apartment itself was very inviting with a nice living room and 3 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. It was convenient to have ready access to a washing machine for some mid-trip laundry. Damien and his colleagues were extremely responsive in regard to questions that we had, and, while we know it might not have been possible, we appreciated their flexibility when we asked to stay in the apartment for a few extra hours so we could squeeze in one more museum visit before our train to Madrid. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to major sites like Segrada Família and Casa Mila. As an amateur magician I was thrilled that it was within walking distance of 2 magic shops, including the oldest one in Europe. If we return to the magical city of Barcelona, which I certainly hope that we do, we would definitely try to stay in Picasso Suites.

we had a really good time at Damien's place. The location is great you can just walk to many spots right from the apartment. The rooms were really good, and you will get a nice view from the rooftop terrace. Could be that you hear the elevator from the room but this wasn't a problem for us. The wifi was not qreat but this didn't annoy us too much - we had a very nice time in Barcelona thanks to this place!

This was a great base to stay at while in Barcelona. The neighborhood is safe, the apartment is comfortable and the wifi is strong and reliable. It’s extremely easy to get everywhere on foot or by metro - every morning started with a short walk to a different amazing brunch. Most importantly, the hosts were communicative and great. Seemingly very well located especially when you want to avoid the rambla . Very nice neighborhood Check-in guidelines are clear and easy. The apartment is perfectly clean and well-equipped. The rooftop terrace is very nice The only downside is the noise… the apartment overlooked the street with constant traffic all night and non-existent insulation. It's the only black spot but it's not insignificant.

Lovely apartment right next to a food market with fresh cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits etc. Locate is good about a 20 min walk to Gothic Quarter and many public transportation options available. The rooftop terrace is really lovely with a nice view. Building is extremely secure.

I have rarely stayed in an Airbnb this good. The location is at the corner of Valencia and Girona streets, which means you can reach pretty much everywhere in Barcelona in about 15-20 minutes on foot. Passeig de Gracia is about 4 blocks away. The Sagrada Familia is about 8 blocks away. Right next to the apartment is one of the nicest small markets of Barcelona with fresh fruit, vegetables and everything else that could be needed. The entire building is Airnbn apartments, and the hosts are there every day. The apartment was large and very comfortable: a fully-equipped kitchen; living / dining room with a fantastic view; two bedrooms; full bathroom. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available by phone or email or in person to support things like taxi transfers or answer questions. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. I was on vacation with my daughter for a week, and staying here really gave us a different perspective on Barcelona. I would love to come back.

The stay place was incredible by all means (in correlation to the price). The apartment is fairly space-full, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the beautiful Barcelona center. The rooms are large enough for you, your stuff and luggage, there’s a nice closet for your clothes, comfy pillows and queen bed with a high quality AC. There’s one bathroom that’s great too, clean, wide, with a high pressure shower source. I would clearly recommend it to any friend who plans to visit Barcelona and asks for a strategic place and wants to pay a fair price. A special big thank to Mr. Damien for hosting us in his incredible place, as well to Mrs. Karolina who showed the greatest hospitality at the reception site and was more than happy to receive and store our luggage before the check-in time.

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment just a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia. Communication with Damien and his staff was great. Very easy check in process and we loved the rooftop terrace. There are also several restaurants just below the apartment if you are looking for something easy. Very close to public transport and easy to get to major attractions. Something to note about Barcelona in general—I had my phone stolen out of my hand on the bus , and almost had a second one stolen the same way on the Place de Catalunya. If you are using your phone to navigate, take it out to check it and then put it away before you start moving, and keep an eye on the people around uou. People walking around with phones in their hands seem to be common targets around here.

Great host ! Very responsive which is super helpful when in a new city especially with a toddler . Very toddler air bnb with a high chair , pack and play and separate room . We have an energetic 20 month old boy and the nice size and open living room was great for him to run around and play . Highly recommend !

The apartment is very well located in Barcelona, clean, excellent bedding, well equipped and very friendly staff. Only downside: the noise of the city that can be heard in the apartment because of the poor insulation of the windows. Big plus: the rooftop that gives a superb view of the city.

Very happy with our stay at Damiens' apartment in Barcelona. Apartment was clean and in a great location. It is located right beside a supermarket so it was really convenient to buy groceries. Damien was also kind enough to provide us with vouchers to get breakfast at a nearby cafe which was fantastic. It was also within walking distance to most of Barcelona's major attractions like Casa Battlo, Sagrada Familia and Gothic Quarter and close to a major shopping and dining district as well. Check in was straightforward and luggage storage was also available on the last day of our stay so we could see the city a bit more before our flight.

We really appreciated the location of this apartment, with wonderful views and a lovely flower market right next door. It was also an easy walk/bike ride to all the wonderful things that bring you to Barcelona. The unit itself was very spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast next door was also a real plus.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Picasso Suites! Damien’s attention to detail and exceptional communication made our stay easy and stress free. From arranging taxis to early check in to the spacious living area and rooftop terrace, to the location, to tasty sparkling wine, and to breakfast at Bra Cafe, we didn’t want to leave. For a couple and single person, the 2 bedroom and 1 bath property was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the historic areas and Sagrada Familia is visible from the terrace. Plenty of great restaurants are nearby. We had many friends staying in the area at the same time and none had the amazing experience we did. In fact, most were thinking that they will need to stay at Picasso Suites on their next visit. Thank you! We can’t wait to return!

Location is fantastic. Exiampla has got a lot to offer and discover outside the old town. Enjoy tapas around the corner everywhere (off the radars of yelp and trip advisor), el Mercado de concepcio, three wonderful bakeries across the street in the same block, and walking distance to sagrada familia and passeig de gracias, the connecting street to old town and placa Cataluña. Hosts are very much on top of things. Unit is clean. This is not your run of the mill average condo on air b&b. This is a professionally managed unit with high level of efficiency. Ignacio the super is so wonderful and present in the building the whole time. The breakfast from the bakery around the corner added also a nice touch. Strongly recommended… I would come back again in a heartbeat.

The very first thing I can say about Damien is his impeccable communication. I was originally interested in another property of his. I sent a couple questions and he responded with answers and even offered me to rent a different apartment that fit my needs. The apartment is so wonderful. It’s the perfect location to get to anywhere just by walking. We walked to La Sagrada in 15min, and the Gaudí House in 15min. The apartment provides all the essentials plus amazing access to the rooftop terrace. Which we took advantage of every night! The building is very secure and the check in/out process was incredibly easy. For the size, the location and the price, you can’t beat this apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Barcelona !

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Barcelona. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and a great way to relax and unwind in the evening. The only downside was our neighbors who were a little rowdy late in to the night but that’s not really a fault on the owners part. It was also during a festival so that should of been expected. Overall I would def stay again, great location and very nice space.

This is a great stay. My favorite part of this stay is the rooftop views — they were beautiful and its a nice spot to relax and catch some sun. In addition, this apartment is in a perfect location. I really liked the neighborhood and the opportunity to walk to all of the places I wanted see while in Barcelona. I felt right at home immediately. I look forward to booking this stay again!

We loved Damiens home! The location was incredible - walking distance to so many things, surrounded by great food and cafe’s, making us feel like we were part of the neighborhood/community. We were lucky to have been there during a neighborhood block party - it was a party outside of our front door! We (5 people total) booked last minute as our original reservation was a complete mess and unmanageable for us - within minutes of booking we were in communication with Damien on checking in and getting settled. I cannot say enough about his great communications, and clear/succinct directions. Damien also went above and beyond as we were heading to the airport and scheduled/called a (larger) cab for us and our luggage as the passing cabs max at 4 people. The apt was clean, as described, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Barcelona!

Correct apartment with a spectacular terrace overlooking the Eixample. The location is fantastic, next to Mercado de la Concepción, close to Paseo de Gracia and in a very authentic and beautiful neighborhood. The apartment has a very nice living room and bedroom with large windows that face the street of Valencia; the second bedroom is very small and dark, it only has a small window that overlooks the interior patio. The big problem with this building (Picasso Suites) is that they usually rent apartments to groups of young people who come to celebrate bachelor parties and other parties with lots of alcohol on the terrace, putting the music at a deafening volume, which makes it impossible to rest and also makes the use of the terrace impossible for other tenants. We had to live with a group of people with violent and absolutely embarrassing behavior, lack of all education, who dedicated themselves to drinking and squeaking all night. When we left, there was another group of similar characteristics.

Location is perfect. Easy and smooth check-in. Big elevator which is difficult to find and can be a problem when you have lots of luggage and a baby stroller! Communication was very easy. Love the detail of the wine bootle and the breakfast downstairs. Will definitel come back!

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely location, loved being next to the flower market and the breakfast tokens for the cafe nearby are so helpful, we loved grabbing a takeaway and sitting on the roof terrace before heading out for the day. The location is good and we enjoyed being in a 'locals district' but to walk into central Barcelona can take 30-45 minutes (Gothic Quarter and Beach area) but Sagrada Familia is closer, about 10 minutes. We didn't bother with the metro so that might suit many, we either walked or got a taxi. Would definitely recommend the apartment and location!

Super apartment in every sense - location (excellent!), service, amenities, cleanliness, etc. Family friendly with cot, high chair and even a push chair provided. The arrival was smooth and Damien even accommodated our last-minute request to access the flat earlier than agreed. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We could hear noises from the street even though we were on the top (fifth) floor. Overall I highly recommend Picasso Suites!

Fantastic stay, apartment spotless and gives you choice to eat in or out, Great location within easy reach of anything you would like to do like shopping or touristy stuff...Staff on site every day even Sunday and can not do enough to make your stay the best it can be, And not mentioned enough in the booking I don't think are the free breakfast tokens for local bakers 1 for each person for each day awesome. I love Barcelona have been 4 times and every time I have found new things to see and do, Only one thing to mention if you haven't been to Barcelona before i think beeping your horn is part of there driving test its all you hear all day and at night too (Not as bad as Paris though) That aside it didn't ruin my stay and will defo book here again.

The apartment is true to the description and is very well located in the city. The option with breakfast is a plus. The terrace is on the roof and not in the unit, you have to go up one floor and it is shared. Check-in is self check-in and all explanations are given before arrival, a caretaker is available in the lobby during the day to help us if needed.

The hosts did their best to accommodate our party of 8 that included just 2 couples. Extra bedding was provided for the couch and the host did go the extra mile to order an air mattress for our use, although we paid for it, so now there is one available for your use! The location was not central to most of the tourist activities, although it is not a long walk or metro to get to where the action is. This is in a very neighborhood-y area, and it was great that it is next to one of the premier markets in the area, so, if you like a more quite part of town and are cooking yourselves, the location is great. Katarina checked us in and she was great, the hosts accommodated us with early bag check.

A good value and location if you are looking to live more like a local. Like other reviews stated, a bit dated in terms of decor and layout. Has a very 80’s vibe to it but that’s not a deal breaker for us. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and a few dishes were dirty but the host offered to send someone up to take a look the next day. But we didn’t mind washing by hand as there were only two of us. One of the biggest issues for me (which is a easy fix for the future) is no coffee machine. Even a cheap moka pot would suffice. Almost considered buying one for the week. However they did offer us tokens for free coffee and pastry at the cafe downstairs for 4 of the days of our 7 day stay. The biggest issue was the street sound. Even on the fifth floor the street traffic is extremely loud. It is almost as loud with the windows closed as with them open. But if you are a heavy sleeper it might not affect you. The pros are there is laundry (no dryer) but drying racks. There is a lot of room, 2 beds and a big living area and kitchen. Fast internet enough for working remotely using video calls. The shower had good pressure and hot water so all good there. The entry is easy with electronic key cards and a great location next to a market and many food places. Easily walkable and centered in the heart of the city. Overall a good value and option for a long term stay.

Damien's apartment is very centrally located, leading to short ways wherever you want to go. The downside is a constant traffic noise, keep that in mind if you have light sleep. The terrace is communal and absolutely breathtaking. For work, to sunbathe or meet other guests, it is the heart of this accommodation!

Damien and his team were committed to providing everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even added extra touches that many Airbnb hosts fail to provide. Wine and cold water for our arrival, soap and shampoo in the bathroom and kitchen and a welcome note. We have been traveling Spain for 1 month using Airbnb and we were so lucky to have come across Damiens accommodations at the end of our trip. The apartment is not worth what you pay. The decor is not welcoming and the apartment does not have a terrace. The block has a shared rooftop at the top of the building and through it you can access a private area (this is what they sell as prívate terrace), but it's not worth going there. The shared area is fine and sufficient. The apartment floor was dirty. I took a baby and when he crawled on the floor, he ended up with black pants. The views from the roof terrace are very nice and it's super pleasant. The apartment has everything and is functional. You don't see anyone at the entrance or exit. You enter with a code and take a card from the mailbox to access. The owner is available at all times for whatever you may need via chat.

We stayed 2 weeks in this flat and everything went smooth. The place is as in the pics, it is clean and the wifi is pretty good (around 80mb in download). We had a small issue the first day and Damien fixed it fast and in general the communication was perfect. What I found a nice touch was the breakfast in the local cafeteria downstairs, a coffee and a croissant/sandwich served by two really lovely ladies.

Damien’s place is in an excellent location, close to shops and markets, lots of cafe’s and just a small (but nice) distance away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Damien was very welcoming and included a lot of local information in his welcome packet. We noticed the space was missing the hairdryer and he responded immediately and helped us get one right away. His communication and follow up was very thorough. We enjoyed being on the top floor and watching the sunset out the living room window. The view from the patio was even better. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! WiFi worked great. The fridge was a bit loud but that was easily fixed by closing the kitchen door. We used the washing machine - it was a bit tricky to figure out but it worked fine and there was a large clothes rack for drying. The thermostat-controlled radiator heating was nice and cozy on the cool nights. We would definitely recommend staying at his place!

Located next to the Conception Market in L'Eixample, close to Casa Battlo and La Rambla Catalunya. At least 5 markets within 1 block, including a surprisingly large 24 hour market, the beautiful Conception Market with a large supermarket in basement. Good access to many find restaurants in L'Eixample. Plenty of space for 4, and room for 6 with couch. Highly responsive hosts- the washer/dryer was broken and within 30 minutes, the hosts came by, noted that it was broken, and washed / dried and returned our clothes for us.

We spent four nights here at Daniels and right from the start his communication was great. The apartment is in a good location and everything is in walking distance and you can be in the gothic area in 20 minutes walk which you don’t notice as you take in all of the architecture on the way. The beds are amazingly comfortable but I would advise some ear plugs as it does get noisy from the traffic on the street. Air con worked great and all of the kitchen equipment was great, even coffee pods for the coffee machine! Thanks you for a wonderful stay Damien, we had an incredible trip all made better by having a place so comfortable to come back to.

Great place to stay. It is very clean and central place to call home for a few days. It is on a busy road in a city so expect some road noice. Coming with breakfast is a nice feature.

It’s a good apartment, and the communication with Damien & his team was amazing. We had some issues upon check-in, must admit everything was solved super quickly. The location is also very convenient. The only minus of this apartment is that all the bedroom windows faces a pretty busy road with traffic 24/7. If you’re a trouble sleeper, probably it’s not your place to stay. We couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Probably, replacing the old windows with the new ones with proper isolation is not an business wise option, but the thick noise-reducing curtains would help. Anyway, thank you for having us!

The property is better than listed. Just a short walk from the high end shopping and close to the subway. Bars and restaurants all around. The cafe in the building has some very good coffee. Damien and his assistant went beyond the call of duty.

Our four day stay here was beautiful! We had everything we needed. The place is large, beautiful, conveniently located, and exceptionally clean! Check in was easy. Communication was always friendly and prompt and easy. Damien was kind enough to watch our bags on our final day, as our flight out of Barcelona was a late one. We are so thankful to have been able to stay here! Recommended!

The location can’t be beat! I wish we had stayed here earlier in our trip. The roof terrace is wonderful and gives a great perspective on the City! It was super easy to check in with the lock box and Damien was willing to let us check in early. He was super responsive and gave a lot of great tips for enjoying our stay. I’d definitely recommend the place to anyone interstellar in being in the heart of the City!

The apartment had the basic essentials. Was clean and a great location. Directly next door to an open fresh market. The pictures made the space look a little more modern than it was but the space was fine for what we needed. We were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go. A little loud at night, seemed like traffic was zipping by all night

This is a great apartment in an excellent location! Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old, and felt like it was completely safe for a young child. Communication with Damien was always super fast, and I really appreciated the early-check in. If you are sensitive to street noise, you can hear some traffic from the master bedroom, but the back bedroom is nice and quiet.

Such an excellent location and everyone on staff makes the whole check-in and check-out process seamless. The private rooftop terrace is a shared terrace for the whole building, not a terrace directly off the apartment for your own use, if that's a priority.

It is a 15-minute walk to tourist attractions, and the location and facilities are perfect. The supermarket is also close, and the market is next to it, which is convenient. The only regret is that others have written, but the passing bedroom has a little noise in May.

The apartment is located in a cosy and cool neighborhood, right next to a lovely food hall and in walking distance to most of the must sees of Barcelona. And the roof terasse is a catch. Damien is a very helpfull host, communication is instant and kind. Check-in super easy and flexible and during day time a "concierge" isin the building to assist you. We would love to come back. Preferably without riots next time :-)

Location, location, location! We had a good stay here and walked (1-2 miles) to most of our touring destinations in all parts of the city! Once we started those tours there was plenty more walking. Our 2 BR apartment was huge by European standards, sparsely but adequately furnished. Our first 2 days were a bit bumpy as the hot water heater was not working the first evening we were there and the the second night, a Saturday, there was an "illegal" very loud roof party until after 1 am over our heads. Neither were the fault of the building and the response to the water heater issue was immediate. All the personnel we met were quite friendly and helpful and the rest of our 7 day stay was perfect!

Location, location, location! This was our first trip to Barcelona. I suspect if we staying somewhere else we might not have even liked it, but we are in love with Barcelona. This was the right neighborhood for us. The place was clean. The view was nice. The beds were comfy. A few days before your arrival they send an entire downloadable information packet with details on the rental, tours you can take, etc. We would have missed out on a flamenco show without it because when I tried to book directly on the flamenco website, I continually got an error, but booking through Damien's vendor, we had no problems.

The apartment was excellent, a great space for up to two couples and easy to access to all attractions of Barcelona. It’s position is walkable to many attractions including Sagrada Familia and Port Vell. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, a sanctuary at the end of a busy day.

The communication from the start with Damien was amazing. The apartment was wonderful and so clean. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable as well. Having a washer was a great touch too. We loved the private terrace and took advantage of having coffee there in the mornings and a cocktail there in the evenings. The markets and restaurants were convenient and we appreciated being part of the city but away from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was close by but we felt like we were in a quaint section of town. I would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you Damien and your team for such memorable stay!!

Had an amazing time at Damian’s place. When I arrived the host was already waiting for us outside and she even helped me with my bags. The place is in perfect location, blocks away from all the high end shopping. Everything was super clean and well organized. The space was very spacious and came with a well equipped kitchen... champagne included. I loved Barcelona so much I decided to stay an extra day and Damian was extra helpful in letting us stay an extra day at his place. Would totally recommend this place.

My family and I spent 4 nights in the great apartment! We were very satisfied with the furnishings and the service offered. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge was a special attention. Communication was excellent and very friendly. The location of the apartment is central and the apartment is easily accessible. The shopping all around is very good, recommended is the market hall right next door.

This is a lovely apartment right in the middle of Eixample.....it’s an easy walk to all the important sites. It is located near a public market, which is lovely for stocking the fridge, especially to have wine and appetizers on the private balcony in the evening! Damien and his staff are very responsive and accommodating!

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here. The A/C was a nice (and rare!) amenity. Damien and team were very responsive, and the check-in/check-out procedures were seamless. The location is very close to the Metro, and a 15-minute walk to the Gothic Quarter in one direction and Sagrada Familia in another. Would definitely stay here agin.

Damien's place was clean, comfortable, and very well-located in a lovely neighborhood. Its proximity to multiple Metro stations (including access to Renfe and Roadalies trains) made moving around the city, as well as traveling in and out, very easy. Communication was always very prompt, and the welcome bottle of Cava was lovely. The included breakfast at Bracafe was also a nice touch. The market next door is great for groceries, there are plenty of excellent restaurant options close by, and there are plenty of places for shopping for clothing or gifts (or just for window shopping...). Would definitely stay there again without hesitation!

Amazing experience. The number one issue which made this property stand out is the service provided by Damien and his staff. As an airline family we travel frequently and appreciate how effortless it was to check in and how easy it was to communicate with Damien’s team. The apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and centrally located for tourists. The Bra Cafe was a great touch to help us get the day started with a breakfast sandwich and a café. Also we highly recommend Nine, the restaurant right next to the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment!!!

What can I say other than Damien is truly a superhost. Prior to your trip, he provides all the information you may need about Barcelona. He gives excellent recommendations and is very quick with communication. The rooftop is great and the private section is sooo nice. If you have never been to Barcelona then stay with Damien he will provide tons of guidance before your trip. When we arrived it was about 1 am and he pre-organized for us to a taxi pick us up so we didn't have anything to worry about when we landed. The place is clean, you will definitely feel safe with the secure entrance, you will love the rooftop and you won't feel lost at all with Damien's information. This was my second time in Barcelona so I didn't need too many recommendations except for places to eat since it had been 4 years since I was last there but when I saw the information he was providing prior to our arrival it was all very informative and a nice refresher for me. If your a first-time visitor or visiting again after some year or not, I highly recommend staying at Damien's place.

We enjoyed our time in Barcelona and Damien’s place. The quick and easy breakfast provided at the cafe downstairs made things so convienent to start the day. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. We loved that we had a private terrace to unwind after being out all day. We were able to rest upstairs before heading out to dinner. Our second day, it rained so hard. It was amazing to have a market right next door where we picked up some cured meats, cheeses, fruit and bread from a variety of vendors. There is a wine store a few doors down also, so we were quickly able to pick up provisions for a great no-cook meal. Only downside was that the water heater could only heat so much water at a time. Showers consisted of alternating between hot and cold, but we adjusted pretty quickly. For you shopping fiends, Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away and there is a VAT office conviently near the Céline store so your airport VAT check in merely becomes a scan of the form and mailing the envelope in.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. Damien is a great host. Checking in was super easy and the lady at the reception was super nice and flexible and let us keep our luggage in the locker upon checkout. Pros: Clean apartment and comfortable beds Free Coffee+Pastry in the morning for our entire stay in the downstairs cafe + Water and beverage provided in the fridge. Those are great touches! Decent living room Amenities all available Clean towels + Soap/Shampoo/conditioner were provided Great location Cons The only thing I can think of is that the main bedroom was noisy at night as it overlooks the main street. Not an issue with the apartment itself considering the location and busy night life in Barcelona. Maybe just upgrade the windows to be soundproof for light-sleepers

From the very beginning, when I was just considering options, Damien was the best communicator. His quick responses to my questions and needs put Damien in the top 5% of Airbnb hosts I have communicated with. The location of the apartment was fabulous. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see; Damien provided us with an excellent map of Barcelona that was far superior to the map I had purchased before traveling. The apartment was sparkling clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The first time we wanted to use the clothes washer we were a little confused about its use. I texted Damien by the Airbnb app and he had someone come to the apartment to assist us within about ten minutes. The signal of the Wi-Fi service was strong and the internet connection lightening fast. Barcelona is an amazing and wonderful city. The quality of the Airbnb and the host's responsiveness made our experience so much easier that it could have been otherwise.

Following the instructions texted to us check in was quick and easy. The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. We looked forward to being greeted for Breakfast everyone morning that was located in a nearby cafe. There is a large market next door with vendors selling fresh fruit, seafood and meats. Loved using the rooftop terrace. Plenty of restaurants nearby especially enjoyed the one directly next door “9” very good value. Most of the day someone was available in the lobby to answer any questions. Great location for exploring Barcelona and all it offers.

Picasso Suites 5.2 is a super clean modern apartment in the Example area of Barcelona.We enjoyed our time there immensely. The location was great for exploring Barcelona on foot and by Metro. You are mere blocks from action of Passieg de Gracia, Ramblas, and Sagrada Famillia. The Girona Metro stop is only 2 blocks away so it is very easy to access. BTW the metro is super clean, very well organized and easy to navigate. There are so many amazing cafes and restaurants so close to the address. The Market next door is invaluable for cook at home meals, drinks and snacks. The roof deck was a fantastic place to unwind with drinks or have a meal. There is some street noise in this unit as the Career de Valencia can busy in AM and PM commutes. We use a "White Noise" app to sleep at night anyway so it was no issue during sleep time. Finally I have to give major props to Damien and Karoline. They were so amazing with the level of contact and details before, during and after our trip. Their service is impeccable and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family.

The apartment is clean, functional and well located. Damian and the staff in charge are very attentive. But it is also very small, it is furnished with just the necessary and it is impersonal. It's nobody's home and we never feel at home. We noticed this when we moved to another apartment. We wouldn't like to stay in the one again.

Excellent address, very close to 3 subway stations, 2 steps from Sagrada Familia, 30 minutes from the airport by direct train. Well equipped accommodation. Excellent welcome from Karolina who allowed us to access the apartment earlier and took care of our luggage on the last day. Perfect communication. Supermarket and bakery opposite. Fruit/vegetable/meat/flower market right next door. Only downside: double glazing a little tight, you can still hear the traffic, otherwise well insulated.

Fantastic location - short walk to public transportation, restaurants, marketplaces, etc. Rooftop terrace was wonderful. The unit wasn't terribly large, but was enough space for our group of four. Plus - there were so many things to see and do, so we were only in the rental to sleep and take breaks. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place and host.

Goog location and clean appartmen. Some pictures are a bit misleading though (the appartmenr and furniture is quite old) and terrace is not accessible directly from the flat. It’s a a common rooftop terrace for the whole building. The living room is very noisy with traffic in the morning.

Great space in a prime location. Easy walk to attractions, close to metro and next to a great market. Check-in was seamless and communication with the host was superior. Restaurant 9Nine next door is fabulous. To echo some of the comments, this is a great urban location and with that comes some street noise. Don’t let this deter you from renting this place, but light sleepers should either sleep in the back bedroom away from the street or bring some inexpensive foam earplugs to get a good night sleep. Would definitely rent again!

Although there was self check-in, I was warmly greeted by the staff of Picasso suites. They were kind enough to do a walk through of the property and show me how everything works. I loved all the communications they offered and the interactive guide for additional experiences around Barcelona. The place was clean and the breakfast tokens left for us were more than enough for the two of us to enjoy local breakfast snacks every morning. Being above the market give you all you need if you are into cooking. Around the corner is a Taxi stand that will come in useful if traveling for business. The place is centrally located to some amazing places to eat at and shop. We truly enjoyed all the amenities and would stay there again if we had the chance.

The Picasso Suites are in a central location in the Eixample district in Barcelona. It’s just a few blocks from the Metro in several directions and from the Passeig de Gracia station of the regional Rodalies train line (one stop from Barcelona Sants). Being next to the local market was perfect when we wanted to relax. The place itself and the service was efficient and smooth.

We had a wonderful trip and our stay in the apartment allowed us to experience Barcelona in a very relaxed way. The apartment is central to many of the attractions yet it is a neighborhood. We met lovely people while just walking around and received great recommendations for shopping and dining. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has a rooftop terrace. We looked at quite a few places before determining this was a best fit for us, and it was! It's often so hard to know that ahead of time based on just photos, descriptions, and city maps when we had not yet been to Barcelona. We loved the location - flower/plant shop and amazing local market right next door; walking distance to the Gothic Quarter, Arc de Triomphe, Gracia neighborhood area, major Gaudi buildings such as Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, and Casa Batllo, and so many restaurants and cafes. Ease of catching the Hop-on Hop Off (HOHO) bus as a primary transport mechanism (Green line to beach area had just ended a week earlier, so just had Red and Blue lines, but that was lovely). As an aside, not related to this BnB, the 2-day HOHO ticket is a great value if you know you'll use it - recommend buy and print at home in case you need them in a hurry and also you can buy the Gaudi Skip the LIne add on package on line ahead of time and print these as well - you have to pick time slots and it's best to have that established before you arrive in country/city). The host also offers GO car at discount rates as well as other touring options, which we didn't use this time, but it looks great. We also didn't try the metro during our short visit, but that also looks very convenient with a 10-trip pass as a good value. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable - can sleep 2 couples and is well appointed with everything you need for comfort such as heating, AC, full kitchen, coffee maker, generous living area, large dining table, nice bathroom (with soap and shampoo), and walk in shower, lovely views, and access to the rooftop terrace where one can enjoy the weather, views, stars, moonlight, and sounds of the cathedrals. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch, as well as the bottle of water, and tokens for coffee and croissant/sandwich at the local cafe. Damien, Maria, and Karolina are a great, seamless team - always responsive and available to help us. We also took advantage of pre-purchasing the transport from the airport when we arrived, and to the train when we left. While we could have taken the train, cab, or even the HOHO bus to the train (but not sure they accept luggage), it was nice to have it all set and not have to drag the bags around with us on public transport. the driver was on time and terrific to work with. we had an incredible few days here and will look forward to returning in the future to the Picasso Suites.

Damien's place must be enjoyed as a very well run service apartment that lacks the interior touches of the private hosts you experience with upmarket rentals at AirBnB. Issues we had were dealt with efficiently and professionally as you would expect in good service apartments. The location is great with every amenity and local markets right at your doorstep. Great restaurants in walking distance and so is the subway. Make sure to mention if you need a quiet apartment so they can allocate you one on the side and not facing the street. Nice touch with including breakfast at a Coffee Bar adjacent. We always used it to plan our day ahead there. Overall, we would come back as if you have the right apartment it will be a carefree stay and your focus can be fully on the visit of BCN.

The great reviews reflected everything that Picasso Suites offered. We loved our location, the spacious apartment, the fluffy towels. We appreciated the excellent advice for using the metro and the train, and thank you for your very prompt response when we had a question. Breakfast was a delicious and a nice bonus. The car service to and from the airport was prompt and helpful. It was nice to have an amazing market and a also a fabulous restaurant right next door. We would stay here again and will highly recommend to friends.

The place is very nice - a professional airbnb building so everything is easy. The terrace on roof is only semi private however - connected to public terrace and not accessible from apartment. Also WiFi was on the spurs.

It's a great house. It's close to the center of the city. It's very convenient, well - equipped, and comfortable. You can do everything you want to do here. The location is A+++! Close to all the sights. Also super easy to hail a taxi if need be right out front. A wonderful assortment of cafes and restaurants to choose from all within a stones throw away. We loved eating at the Lokal Bar. Damien and Karolina were wonderful at check in. Instructions for reception were very clear. The apartment provides all basic amenities, dishwasher and washing machine etc...also provided. The complex has a shared balcony which is ideal for enjoying in the evening in the sun. The complex is close to "plaça cataluny", and has a fresh market around the corner. From the apartment, it is quite easy to get on public transport. On the day of departure we had the flight to Amsterdam at 8 p.m., we were allowed to spend the rest of the afternoon in another apartment at no additional cost. The staff speaks fine English and is regularly present in the hall of the complex.

We enjoyed our stay at Damien's place. We appreciated the accommodations and services offered. Pros - Easy communication and very responsive. - Provided thoughtful services. Prior to our stay we were asked if we wanted groceries, car service to and from the airport, BCN card, etc. - Friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted upon arrival and received help with our luggages. - Concierge was available at the lobby during the day. We were able to ask them for tips and recommendations on sites we were interested in. - The free breakfast at Bracafe was a nice perk. - The apt we stayed in was very spacious. - Great location - close to the metro, market, tourist attractions (Passeig de Garcia, Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas neighborhood). Cons - One downfall (which is out of their control) is that the master bedroom was close to a busy street. We sometimes heard road noise. Overall, the thoughtful touches outweigh the minor issue. Great host and staff.

Highly recommended. Great host - accurate and easy to follow check in information and really useful local tips and recommendations provided well in advance. Lovely apartment - clean, fresh, well equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Welcome bottles of cold cava and water in fridge and wonderful large (shared) terrace to drink them on. Excellent location - lots of local bars and restaurants, easy walk to many of the 'essential' sights, simple metro ride to the old town and the beach. Great market next door for local food. As you would expect from a city centre location, traffic noise is very loud in the front bedroom (facing the main road) but the back bedroom is quiet. Do use the tokens for breakfast in the bar, even if it is later in the day or to 'take away'. We didn't until the last day and then regretted it! Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Damien's place. We received a few emails leading up to our arrival that gave very clear instructions on entry to the apartment, which was especially helpful when our delayed flight caused us to arrive around 1 am..! Damien was incredibly quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. The apartment itself was clean, bright and spacious -- right in the center of the city with lots to do in the surrounding area, which made sightseeing a breeze. We loved sitting with a bottle of wine up on the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset. The included breakfast at the cafe downstairs was another bonus that we took advantage of every day. Would definitely recommend!

Damien's place was just as promised - clean, centrally located, seamless check in, responsive staff and tasty local breakfast at the Bracafé downstairs (good coffee and bocadillos). The location is perfect - 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, 25-30 minute walk to the old city, easy access to two metro lines and busses that pass in front. The market next door to the apartment (literally, next door) is stocked with fresh fruit and juices in addition to the standard hams, cheeses, etc. If you are a light sleeper or not used to sleeping in a big city, it's worth being aware that, as in any big city, a central location does come at the cost of some traffic noise in the bedrooms at night. An excellent home base from which to explore this vibrant city - I'd reserve Damien's place again without hesitation.

Lovely location: 15 mins to Passage de Gracia/Casa Batillo, 20 to Sagrada Familia/La Predera/Placa de Cantalunya/Rumbla, 40 to the beach. Convenience: great market downstairs, multiple breakfast options (including free breakfast provided by the host). Facility: comfy bed, spacious room. Host: Friendly and responsive. Always ready to help out. Downside: Master bedroom facing the street is a bit noisy even at night. Some soundproof measures needs to be taken.

We were 2 people in the PICASSO 5-2 apartment located on the 5th floor, from December 27, 2017 to January 3, 2018. The apartment is as described, very clean, bright and equipped with essentials. The beds in each of the 2 bedrooms are very comfortable. We were not welcomed by anyone in particular, but the instructions were clear enough and the communication was effective. The location was perfect for us, 20 min walk from the old neighborhood, 20 min walk from the Sagrada Familia. Only problem, defective sound insulation between apartments and on the street (which is a problem at night because the cars are noisy. Without this issue, we would have found that the high price would have been really fair.

Just aniceapartment!! There was everything we needed, including a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Bright and large rooms. Comfortable bed. Great location (15 min walk from everything!!). It's also nice to include breakfast at the bar downstairs.... we really appreciated it! Maybe the room is a little noisy, but if you don't have a very light sleep, that's not a big deal. One morning the heating broke but Damien stepped in right away and had it fixed. We never met Damien and his staff, but the virtual and phone communication worked great. Thank you!!

I would tell anyone who is traveling to Barcelona to stay at Picasso Suites. The whole experience start to finish is amazing. Location is extremely convenient to everywhere. Also, Staff is so attentive and when you have questions about where to go, etc. they get back to you immediately. I really wasn't sure what to expect. Judging by what I had read I thought it would be good, but it surpassed anything I expected. Damien and his staff see to all the little things for you to make your stay great.

Just returned from almost a week in Barcelona and can't think of a better place we could have stayed. The apartment was absolutely delightful - spacious, modern and clean. The huge roof terrace was the icing on the cake with spectacular views across the city - we even had our own section of the terrace for private use. The service offered by Damien and his staff was second - extremely friendly and highly professional from start to finish. The location of the apartment also couldn't have been better in a lovely area next to the flower market and with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. All the main Barcelona sites are within walking distance as is the metro for access further afield. Although there is some residual noise from traffic at night, we got used to this very quickly and found it a small price to pay for such a beautiful apartment. We will definitely be back to Barcelona and will definitely book Picasso Suites again.

Great base for our week in Barcelona. It's on a busy street, but not that noisy when windows are closed and with the AC, it wasn't a problem at all. Very comfortable flat with a large kitchen nice bathroom. Great to have the market next door. And so nice to have breakfast provided at the Bracafe just downstairs. One of the best dinners of our week was at 9, the restaurant just outside to the right of the door to the building. It was DELICIOUS! The roof terrace was a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. That being said, the only criticism I have would be the door to the roof terrace, which slammed repeatedly until 3-4 am, as people went to and from the terrace, not caring that someone might be trying to sleep. I think a pneumatic door return or a rubber gasket would make a big difference. The slamming wasn't heard from the larger bedroom, but, as I was sleeping in the smaller bedroom, it was hard to get any sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Picasso Suites. Damien kept in constant touch and was very accessible by email or text throughout the whole stay. Check in was easy and everything was ready for us. The apartment is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, a functional kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, etc. It is very well-located 3 blocks to the Girona Metro stop and an easy 2 kilometer walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic center. There is a lovely grocery store right next door and many restaurants nearby.

The unit was exactly like the photos and description. Easy communication via email and WhatsApp. The location was very convenient for walking around the city and sights. Plaza Cataluña is about a 10min walk away where we took Aerobus for airport transportation. There are various supermarkets on the same block. We were very comfortable at Picasso Suites. This is a city centre location and so you can hear street noise and traffic. However the roof top is great both during the day and at night. The apartment is well appointed;everything you need and help is always at hand if you need anything else. We liked the location and found some great places to eat. We walked to Sagrada Familia and got taxis to the beach and other places. Nice market next door and lots of bakeries. The coffee in the Bracafe was really good and we enjoyed our breakfasts (at lunch time!!). This is a relaxed set up and we would recommend it.

This is by far the nicest apartment I've booked in Barcelona, it's clean, secure, well equipped and the views from both the apartment itself and the roof terrace are spectacular showcasing Sagrada Familia (only 4 blocks away!), Montjuic and central Barcelona. The location is perfect with the flower market and Conservetoire of Music directly next door, it's a beautiful neighbourhood! The apartment is close to the city centre, however, the area has a really peaceful vibe. The nearest Metro stop (Girona) is a 5min walk, 2 stops to La Rambla and it's on the yellow line so really handy for the beach. I couldn't rate this apartment highly enough, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The reservation and check in process was excellent- very professional and the team that met us at the door was great and available throughout our stay for questions/concerns. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was next to a great restaurant and market and walking distance from a few main attractions (Basilica, La Rambla, waterfront, etc.). The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because it is a very busy complex and we had some neighbors who liked to be very loud into the early morning (not the teams fault at all, maybe just bad timing with a loud group). The group did trash the patio but we were able to call our contact and she came up right away and cleaned up their mess which was great! I'd stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Damien's apt for 3 nights in July 2017. Overall, it was a very good experience. The apartment is located very close to metro stops and you can walk down to la sagrada familia and passeig de gracia. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants located very close by. The place is clean & modern and the host was very helpful with tips and suggestions. There is only one A/C in the apt but it was enough to cool the whole apt so we never had any issue. Overall - a nice place. I'd use it if I'm in Barcelona again.

This was a fantastic, spacious apartment in a central location, all within an easy walk of La Sagrada Familia and all the major parts of the city. 5€ cab trips to wherever you want to go in the big city! The restaurant at the bottom of the apartment was brilliant and very well priced for the quality of the food. Apparently it's one of the top five restaurants in Barcelona. The flower markets right next to the apartment are beautiful too!

This place was great! Beautiful location with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants galore. It was a short walk to Gracia shopping district, Sagrada Familia, and other sights. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace during Festival of St Joan fireworks! Beds and pillows were more comfy than any hotel. Check in and check out could not have been easier. The house is very well furnished and the team is also very nice and helpful, being always someone at the building entrance to assist us. The only thing is slight minus is the windows sound proof, as it should be updated in order to have less noise from the street in the house, but nevertheless this also depends on each ones sleeping mode... ;-)

I can't imagine a better location when staying in Barcelona. One can easily walk to the metro, La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas. There are great restaurants in the area and right next door, make sure to make reservations at Nine9. The vegetable, fruit, fish Market next door is great for buying food. Damien was a great host. When I couldn't figure out how to use the stove top, he sent the concierge up immediately to show me. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Barcelona.

The apartment is well located, but it can be noisy in the mornings due to the traffic. In addition, we had very loud neighbors who clearly were in town to get drunk. One of them was even passed out on the floor when I arrived at night. It is walking distance to the metro and Passeig de Gracia which has nice restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable. The leather sofa needs to be replaced as the leather is cracked. Amenities in the shower were ok. Staff was extremely helpful. Apartment was a bit expensive for what it is.

Very secure, clean, and comfortable apartment close to shopping, restaurants, major sights. Front bedroom is right on the street and a little noisy; otherwise no complaints at all. Excellent restaurant right next door and walkable to Sagrada, Picasso. On-site assistance and advice -- Damien and Kristina are very helpful!

Damien's apartment was our first ever airbnb experience and I'm happy to say that it was a great one! The location was simply fantastic and the apartment was well appointed. All the basic amenities were taken care of and Damien and his team were always on call to answer our questions. The best part about the apartment was the walkable distance from many major tourist attractions of Barcelona. If I ever visit the city again, this is where I am staying. Highly recommended!

Cute apartment centrally located in L'exiample area in Barcelona. Close to Passeig de Gracia where all the retail shopping is located. We stayed in 5.2 which is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our short stay. The breakfast downstairs that was included was great also. Staff was extremely helpful.

Great, comfortable, well located apartment a little outside of the tourist areas but within easy walking distance to the metro and some tourist sites. A good place to stay with children and very accommodating with crib and high chair (we stayed with a 1 year old and 2 year old). Overall we were very happy and the service from Carolyn was outstanding and she really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! Be aware that the roof top terrace was shared with the entire building (all serviced apartments I think) but most of the time we had it to ourselves and it makes a nice addition to the stay and safe for children to wander and explore while you have a bite to eat.

This was my first Air BnB experience and I must say Damien and his team have been so amazing answering all my ( many ) questions and being so helpful. The apartment she were perfect for our stay, really a home from home which wasn't better than expected ! 10/10 !

Damian's flat was perfect for our weekend in Barcelona. The roof terrace is great which meant we could enjoy the sunshine. The apartment is conveniently located to get to the sights.

Very good location. Clean and well decorated. Good service services - on site team is great. Barcelona is a noisy town, but this applies to all the accommodations in the inner city. Breakfast at the bar cafe very nice.

Great apartment right in the middle of one of the most impressive touristic destinations in Spain! We visited Barcelona with three young kids and the apartment was perfect... Within easy walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, the Casa Battlo and the Pedreira, we did not feel the need to take the metro/underground/subway until the fourth day of our stay. If you ever want to take the metro, is it just as conveniently located, with at least two lines within a 10-minutes walk! The rooftop terrace is wonderful for a late afternoon snack grabbed at the market located next door. The market was perfect with tons of fresh fish, seafood, olives and, despite the language difference, smily faces that strive to meet your needs as soon as you try to get understood in Catalan! Very clean apartment, with three bedrooms, as advertised... The A/C was sufficient for our needs and the kitchen offers the all the basics for cooking a simple homemade dinner...
