Damien was the perfect host and was beyond helpful in every way! Damien's apartment is close/walkable to everything (restaurants, shops, groceries, coffee, sights, etc...). It was about a 30-minute ride from the airport and less than 15 minutes from the major train station. The most amazing farmers mkt is located right next door! You can pop in to get fruits, veggies and cheeses! There were plenty of grocery stores for other supplies. Sagrada Familia is located in walking distance, and you can see the towers from the beautiful root top. Other sights are also close by (Gothic Quarter, Casa Batllo, etc...). The apartment was very clean and relaxing. There was plenty of space to rest after traveling or touring. The kitchen provided enough space to prepare snacks. The roof top is a great place to gather, have snacks or just relax. It is clean, has beautiful furniture and views!

Great location (very central) and in a very nice area of Barcelona. The apartment was well set up. Just to say that the toaster didn’t work and that the noise coming to the room closer to the inner street was very noisy as there are restaurants there so it would be good if the windows in that room are double glazed. However overall it was a very good stay

The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to almost all of the places we want to visit in Barcelona and on a tree-lined, beautiful yet quiet street. There are cute little bakeries around and a few great restaurants just downstairs from the building. The building seems to be very well managed, and our apartment is exactly as described. We had a few questions during our stay and Damien was always responsive and gave helpful answers. Overall we had a great time in Barcelona for 6 days and staying at this apartment helped in part because we knew we had a nice relaxing place to go back to everyday after a long day of sight seeing. We would definitely consider coming back to Barcelona and staying at this apartment again.

A pair of friends and I spent 6 days in BCN and Damien’s accommodation was perfect for our needs. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to kitchenware but there were plenty of glasses available. Check in was extremely simple, the place felt very safe with 3 separate key carded entry points and it is centrally located to great restaurants and walkable to major sights and places of interest. The complimentary breakfast and coffee coupons for 365 (located directly across the street) were also a nice touch. The interior was simple and matched our needs - comfortable beds to sleep, a nice outdoor sitting area, kitchen table with chairs for 6 and living room couch and chairs. The only small complaint was the AC unit was loud and sounded like a keurig machine brewing coffee. Though it didn’t impact our stay at all (the weather was mild and thus it wasn’t really needed) it’s something to note. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend Damien’s place to family and friends visiting.

We appreciated the spacious terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia towers and the spacious rooms. The advantage was two social facilities. We expected a slightly wider bed, but we didn't go to Barcelona to sleep :-) Everything was clean and well prepared. Great and fast communication. Well-equipped kitchen. Thank you!

This is my third time in this apartment and I keep on booking it, location is perfect. You can work anywhere. The apartment is just like the pictures, even though it’s in the middle of everything. It’s super quiet. I recommend this apartment anytime.

Great location, busy but not too busy. Nice neighborhood, can easily get a taxi right outside, walking distance to the metro, Gaudi's Casa Batllo and Sagrada Famila. Quiet apartment and the whole building or about 20 units are short-term rentals, so everyone keeps to themselves.

Damien and his team were very responsive. Overall it was a good place to come back to at the end of the day. Conveniently located with an elevator. Apt was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows. The furniture was a little dated but we really only slept and showered there. The biggest downside was the only room that has air conditioning was the living room, which for Americans was brutal. We all struggled with how hot and stuffy our rooms were. There were fans which did nothing but push the hot air around. You can’t open the windows as they don’t have screens. I think anyone outside of Americans would be fine with it. The only other thing to note was the 2nd bathroom had a shower that I as a petite woman could barely fit it. Better suited for a small child than an adult.

The place, location, and host were amazing. We arrived before check in and they secured our luggage and gave us a few pointers about the area. The place is centrally located to several of the attractions in Barcelona and we were able to walk to and from most of them. An added bonus was the included breakfast at the coffee shop around the corner. The host was in contact with us before, during, and after our stay which was helpful and appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay if you want a great property and thoughtful host.

Great place to stay just a little away from the busier parts of the city, but within 20+ minute walk or 10 minute cab ride anywhere you want to go. Damien and his team were very responsive - first night had some AC problems, but they came the next day, brought us more fans and addressed the AC. There is only the AC in the one main room and it is a bit warm in the bed rooms, but the fans were fine. If you're used to sleeping in 68 degree AC, better to choose a hotel. We got free breakfast (pastry or small sandwich) plus drink each day. Small washer for clothes. Amazing rooftop terrace we hung out on at night - it's shared but we didn't see anyone else there. Otherwise, a very nice place. Had what we needed. The shower could get cold at times - this is Spain it happens. But overall I recommend it.

The location of the apartment is the highlight, allowing easy access my foot to the best parts of town. The restaurant underneath, Casa Amalia, was fantastic so we didn't even have to go anywhere to find food. The beds were comfortable and everything else was just as needed for our stay. Communication was flawless and we really appreciated the flexible check-in after a long flight.

The flat was clean and comfortable and a great location for seeing the sights of Barcelona. We found convenient parking, and there were many shops, cafes, restaurants and an excellent market nearby. We were a party of four, and the flat was adequately equipped, although we mostly eat out. The breakfast tokens were a nice bonus and we enjoyed our trip to the Bracafe every morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. The location is excellent! So close to Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo, Casa Mila, and many, many excellent places to eat and stroll. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Damien's team was very helpful when we had questions or needed help booking a taxi from the airport. We'd stay there again and recommend to others!

A group of guys who were here to enjoy what Barcelona has to offer so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the flat, however after a long day and night out coming back really felt like going home. With a perfect Terrace outside the kitchen for us to unwind and a place to reflect and have more laughs! The place really is made for a group of friends to have a great time! I would only say that some of the kitchen items need to be upgraded, kettle and frying pan really need to be newer but that’s just me being picky! Overall a great place and a great team!

Perfect location with beautiful outdoor spaces. The check-in process was seamless. We were provided instructions for self-check-in but there was staff there onsite to assist when we arrived. There is only one ac unit in the living room so it can be difficult to reach cold air into the bedrooms. There are fans provided as well

Nice clean apartment in a wonderful location. Communication is great and we welcomed the flexibility on check in and check out. You may hear some chairs scraping and footsteps from above apartments but generally quiet and the neighborhood is really nice, with lots of shops and restaurants. The small outdoor patio is also great.

Very good support by Damien and Karolina on the site. As I discovered a bad surprise with relevant additional requests only shortly before coming over I recommend to check the right booking of amount of persons staying in the appartement.

The location is great, with lots of great restaurants and places of interest. Public transport is close by. The beds are comfortable. Some bedrooms get noise from the nearby restaurants or neighbors but it is not too loud and totally fine for anyone used to city apartments. Communication with the host was great, responded really quickly, and was super helpful.

Amazing Airbnb with very thoughtful, nice and responsive hosts. Was a last minute find for us since we had some issues on our trip and I couldn't be happier that we found this Airbnb. It's huge (3 rooms with big beds, 2 bathrooms), well-equipped and in a good location. The rooftop terrace is awesome with views of the Sagrada Familia. The hospitality and communication with the hosts is at an elite level. We will most definitely be back.

Everything was absolutely perfect about this apartment! The location is amazing with a supermarket right besides it, a nearby metro, nice restaurants. The neighborhood is great because it allows you to be close to the touristic sites but not right in the middle of all the buzz that surrounds them. Damien is a great host, he is always super willing to answer your questions promptly. I’d highly recommend this place for your stay in Barcelona!

Excellent location near everything, including three supermarkets and a market within a block and just four blocks to Passieg de Gracia and La Pedrera. The apartment is well appointed and has almost everything one would need for a few days or a few weeks. Lots and lots of fresh towels and pillows, clean and comfortable beds, firm mattresses. During our stay there were only a couple of other apartments occupied in the building so it was relatively quiet except noise from the apartment above, nothing bad just living noises, furniture moving baby crying, water running. I would imagine if the building was full it could be noisy.

This was an amazing spot in Barcelona. Perfect for 3 singles or even 3 couples, with three separate bedrooms and two baths (one has a very tiny shower and the other is normal sized). The host and assistants were easily contacted and very helpful. So many conveniences close by. Checking in and out couldn’t have been simpler.

Great location, easily walkable to metro stops and there is a market across the street where you can get groceries and any needed supplies easily. The hosts have an arrangement with a coffee shop just around the corner, so you can get a complimentary coffee and croissant/sandwich each morning for breakfast. Fairly large space three bedroos and two bathrooms - the smaller bathroom has a toilet and small shower, larger bathroom has a tub, toilet and bidet. Large living room with dining table. A/C is only in the living room, but fans are provided for each of the bedrooms. There is a washer and a drying rack for your clothes. A good option for an extended stay in Barcelona, especially if you want more space to spread out, do some laundry and cook for yourselves.

The location is super great, it only take 5-8 mins walk to Casa Batlló and about 15 mins walk to Casa Milà. There are several metro stations near it. The room is super clean and bright. There’s an amazing terrace on the top floor, you can see the sunset on it. By the way, the croissants offered within the breakfast are so tasty. I’ll choose here again for the next time.

Another great stay here. The location is superb - there are 3 Metro stations an easy stroll away, and attractions like La Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo are in walking distance. The neighbourhood is lovely, and quiet for a city. The apartment is spacious and stylish with good facilities - inc a private terrace as well as a roof terrace with a direct view of La Sagrada Familia. In high summer, it would be nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the lounge. But that's the only downside for us. We'll be back!

The AirBnB that we had booked for our trip to Barcelona cancelled on us after our check in time which meant that we had no place to stay on a Friday night in Barcelona. But Damien was able to host us and allowed us to check in immediately, he was very quick to respond to our request to stay at his place - this was very comforting after having our previous place cancel on us. Damien’s apartment is a great place, spotlessly clean with 3 large double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The location is walking distance to lots of downtown locations including great cafés and restaurants, and only a block away from major subway lines. On top of a quick response and a great place to stay, the check in was very straightforward and very quick. I would highly recommend Damien and his apartment!

Location, amenities, cleanliness, services including free breakfast at Bracafe and anything that I can think of Picasso Suite was nothing but total satisfaction. Right next to this property, there is a local market and you can buy fresh fruits, fish, Jamon, etc. You can just walk around this market and it would give you another taste of Catalan local experience. I also strongly recommend dining at 9 Nine (right next to Picasso Suite door in the same building).

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really loved the location. It was right next door to a large market and just down the street from the Metro station. The furniture is sparse, but the beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure worked well. The free coffee and pastries were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Such a great spot. Affordable, conveniently located in an area where everything I wanted to explore was within a 20 minute walk. Cafes, markets, some incredible restaurants, La Boqueria, La Sagrada De Familia are all close by. The host is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with when I had questions. Lovely spacious apartment in the center of Barcelona. Sagrada surname, Gaudí's house, Gothic Quarter, Plaza de España is just a short walk away. Neighboring building is the municipal market with Coprabo supermarket. Two streets there is a Mercadona supermarket. Comfortable beds. Many towels. Shower accessories. Convenient check-in via safe box. Damien and Karolina are always available. I recommend this apartment.

Wow this place was perfect for us! It is located directly next to the market which you can go and get fresh food to cook or even pinchos at the front little counter. Beautiful flower market right in front of it! The added touch of receiving breakfast at bracafe every morning was amazing! We loved sitting at a little table outside having our coffee and croissant before we went exploring. The apartment is located just a few blocks from Girona station and walking distance to many know areas! Couldn’t of picked a better location that was still close to all the tourist attractions but allowed you to live a little more like a local. We stayed for 11 days so half way through our trip they came in and cleaned and brought new towels and linens. We had a little patio in our place which was also a great addition. We just loved the roof top deck. Had a few dinners and tapas up there overlooking the city. We could see segrada Familia too which was wonderful! Overall this was a lovey place to stay and Damien and his team were amazing. You won’t regret staying here!!

Lovely place located a bit away, but within walking distance for a fit person, of all of the major attractions. With 3 bedrooms it is a great space for a family or several couples travelling together, noting that the second bathroom is quite small. Great bed, pillows, linens and towels. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed both the private patio off the kitchen and the rooftop terrace. Nice added features were the included breakfast at the cafe next door and the close proximity to the flower and grocery market.

The apartment was clean and is in a great location within walking distance to metro stops, restaurants, shopping, and La Sagrada Familia. Check-in was easy. My friend, who arrived earlier than the check-in time, was allowed to enter the apartment early. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a nice convenience. The roof terrace is lovely as is the small, private outdoor sitting area that's just off the kitchen. I wouldn't call the apartment "effortlessly luxurious" as it's described. It's nice and comfortable but there is some wear and tear like rips on the couch, the stove is missing a knob, and as one other reviewer said the described walk-in rain shower is actually quite small. We also did not receive a bottle of wine or spring water as stated in the description. The only major complaint is that the walls of the apartment are a bit thin and it's easy to hear noise from the stairwell and floor above. This was tolerable most nights but became problematic when there was a bachelorette party upstairs and on the roof terrace. Overall, I'd still say this is a good place to stay. Definitely a good value if you have a bigger group.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and is right next door to a wonderful flower and food market. The check-in process was very easy and there was always a very quick response from Damien to any of my requests. He and his staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Although located on a busy street, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. It is certainly a good place from which to explore Barcelona! Important to know if you’re going in the summer months, that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room.

The apartment was as listed, clean, well equipped and in a Great location. Damien's team was very helpful at checkin and with any questions. I would recommend.

The apartment was clean and the host is very helpful and responsive. Great area within walking distance to various food and shopping options. Check-in was easy as well. Only complaint is that there was only one AC for a 3 bedroom apartment. And the shower for one bathroom was a bit small and uncomfortable. Other than those minor issues, we had a great stay.

Excellent place to stay for a family. Lots of room to spread out, close to many sites in Barcelona, helpful host and staff. Nice small courtyard patio and rooftop terrace. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice appartment. Plenty of light and spacious. A charming market next door with fresh food, flowers for sale and a well equiped supermarket. At night very calm and relaxing. Very close to subway. Buses run along our street as well. We simply loved it. I will definetely return!

The flat was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable. The flat is fully equipped and well maintained. Check in and out was easy and the reception /management were very helpful and always cheerful. There is a lovely rooftop terrace on which we had drinks in the evening - it has table and chairs including loungers. We enjoyed breakfast in a local cafe and felt part of the local community. There is a wonderful market next door and delicatessen over the road as well as lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The flat is in a central location so the level of noise was the usual hustle and bustle of a city and was perfectly acceptable. We (3 couples) enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return to the same flat.

Great apartment very comfortable, well furnished and clean. The bed are so comfortable that I have slept better than at home. Great location which makes almost everything with walking distance. The apartment is at the back side of the building so its very quiet. The apartment comes with little terrace, nice for relaxing coffee and great help for smokers. At the roof there is a big common terrace with great view. The only thing need to be improved is the poor wifi connection. A big surprise was to find that the apartment comes with some morning treat at the nice coffe place at the corner of the building, it was great to start the day with it. I have to express my huge gratitude to Damien, Maria and Karolina that were so nice, flexible and did above and beyond to be helpful with everything I asked and needed. Big thanks for that. I recommend with all my heart to rent ones of picsso suite they really give u the best value for money. Enjoy

We enjoyed our stay at The Picasso suite. The location was close to many places. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was the wifi. It wasn't working at times. The signal was weak. Also, the Air conditioning was only central to the living room area.

We rented three days for 5 people and luckily the first night we were only two since the flat has absolutely not been cleaned. Fortunately Karolina did answer the phone and offered to stay in an other flat for the first night. The flat is as described and nice although not 100% clean in the corners, but what is not described is that the restaurant just below sometimes transforms into an illegal club and the music is very loud. One of us was pregnant and we had to go threaten the owner to turn down the volume.

The suite was perfect for our small family and guest. The location is close to the restaurants on Rambla de Catalunya and an easy walk to La Rambla, Gotic quarter and other attractions including Sagrada Familia. We were impressed with the quality of the space.

damien and karolina were AMAZING and incredibly flexible dealing with our schedule changes ... this property is beautiful, very clean, very safe and in a wonderful location. DON"T MISS OUT on going up to the terrace.. it is wonderful..

Arrival was seamless with the key and information being located in a lockbox downstairs. The apartment was immaculate and huge, perfect for our needs. It's unfortunate we weren't staying in Barcelona longer than we were as this was a great base from which to explore the city.

The Picasso Suite 1.4 was a great place in a really convenient location. There are many great bars, cafes and restaurants very close by as well as a lot of tourist spots in the general vicinity. The apartment was clean and spacious and was a great place to stay while in Barcelona for a quick business trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Paseo Suite 1.4. It was perfect place to end our 15-day visit to Spain. The apartment was in a perfect location -- a breakfast cafe, great restaurant and a great farmers market were all within several steps of walking out the front door and it was two blocks from the metro. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Damien and his team arranged for our pick up at the train station when we arrived in Barcelona from Madrid as well as a taxi to airport as we concluded our Spain visit. His team was extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

I have found my home away from home in Barcelona. From the moment I made contact with Damien through to our departure, Damien and his team were responsive and friendly. Karolina was at the apartment when we arrived and she showed us around the apartment. She was there most days and was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is exactly as described, but what cannot easily be described is the neighborhood; a bustling market next to the apartment, fresh fruits, meat, cheese, bread, and flowers. The flowers fill the air with wonderful smells and fill your eyes with a mass of colors. The morning coffee at Bracafe is a great touch, very friendly people who put up with those of us who don't speak Spanish other than, cafe con leche, per favor and gracias. The restaurant 9 NINE, right next to the apartment is really great, here we had our best meal whilst in Barcelona, it is well worth trying. We found using the metro easy, with an L4 station just a couple of blocks from the apartment on Girona, we also used taxis, a great way to get around and not expensive. I cannot find anything negative to say about the apartment or Damien and Karolina.
