A good, secure place to stay. One large bedroom, one small bedroom, and a living room. Airy space. I came to do an internship at a dance school nearby. It’s south of Barcelona, half an hour away. The surrounding area is quiet but not deserted. Several good restaurants, including a Japanese one. Small grocery shops open late in the evening. This is a nice change from the central Gothic Quarter!!!

The accommodation booked at short notice following the cancellation of our previous booking. The staff were welcoming and flexible, and the opening hours were convenient – it was really reassuring and pleasant, and I’m grateful for that.🙏 The property is large (3 bedrooms) and secure. On the other hand, we are quite far from the centre of Barcelona (over 30 minutes by metro), which is also due to the fact that this area is served less frequently by the metro. Finally, it would be very helpful to have at least some basic condiments available (salt, pepper, oil).👌In short, I would recommend Damien and his team, and I would like to thank them. 🙂

Damien was an excellent host, always replying to my questions very fast. The apartment is small but functional. Small kitchen area with large fridge, microwave, oven, hotplates, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom is small but has a large shower (good water pressure). Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to. The beds were comfortable and it has a large terrace. One point to note : the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very narrow (no elevator). The neighborhood is very residential, so pretty quiet at night. But it also makes it near impossible to park your car : lots of one-way streets with a few spots, no underground parkings close by. 5-10 minutes by foot you have a variety of restaurants and fast foods, a subway station and a very large mall (restaurants, fast foods, cinema, arcade, and a variety of stores). 5 minutes drive from the freeway. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I will very much try to see if one of Damien's apartments is available

Beautiful apartment, a bit outside, you need a relatively long time to get to the city / to the harbour. The location is perfect for getting to the trade fair!

Great host and very communicative, accommodated us in lieu for the early check in. Very understandable. We were very appreciative for that. However, the only default is that was a huge inconvenience having to wait very long after the check in time was schedule and the apartment was absolutely not clean in time. We are obviously tourists and have scheduled events that don’t wait for us, so it’s really unprofessional for the host not to be on time while we did our part being on time. As a result we had to miss half the event over that. Its a business, be on time.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. (Note: 30 minutes from central Barcelona) Self ✅ check-in is very convenient, communication with Damien was smooth and responsive. The apartment is well furnished and beautifully decorated, located in a quiet, secure and ideally located area (close to the dance studio and the Splau shopping centre). Just a few things to improve, though: 🚗 Parking can be complicated for visitors. 🍴 The dishes and kitchen utensils could be a little more complete. 🛏️ The accommodation has an ergonomic pillow, which is not necessarily suitable for everyone. Overall we would recommend this place! I'll be back next year.

The apartment is on a ground floor overlooking the street and there is a lot of sewer smell. So we had to buy deodorant for the whole house. The owner is very attentive, although he has people who take care of the apartment who do not have much knowledge

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, the welcome is worthy of a hotel with the beds made and towels available on each bed. 1 small downside, the accommodation was very wet, but it spoiled our stay because it is close to public transport and shops in a quiet area. We highly recommend it.

I recommend everyone to choose this place when someone wants to live close to the stadium or sports complexes for various events a good base for the center of Barcelona next to the train and metro The owner is very helpful with everything

Great place in a peaceful area. Close to all transport and easy to get around. A stones throw away from all the major attractions. Damien is extremely helpful and even helped me with things like getting around via the train. Excellent place and host.
