(Unfortunately, the background noise in the house took a lot of getting used to, but the landlord can't do anything about that. Damien is a great host, super responsive and fair. It was helpful on a last minute booking we needed due to a bad apartment of SH Barcelona. This apartment is a bit old and lacks of charm but everything functions well and was sparkling clean. Worth to mention aircon is on the living room and on the hall between bedrooms only, but fans in the bedrooms were provided.

The apartment is located in a very central location with supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies very close by. It's in an excellent location. The apartment is very spacious and has a lift. The only thing I didn't like was the TV, which isn't a smart TV. The rooms are hot in the summer despite having several fans, as there's only air conditioning in the living room, which could be improved. The hostess is very friendly and the breakfast is a great bonus. I recommend it.

Our stay was just what we needed! Damien saved us BIG time after our first Airbnb canceled on us when we landed in Barcelona. The apartment had great AC, was in a fabulous location, and very safe! The water pressure was great and the bed was very comfy. The rooftop is a great spot to hang out and drink morning coffee/nightly wine. Damien was very responsive and I would highly recommend staying here!

Damien's apartment is very well located, and you can do many things on foot. The breakfast included and the kindness of providing toys for my son were a great plus. The flat is on a lower floor and the window faces the market. There was a bit of noise, but nothing that bothered me. There was a problem with the flush, and Damien arranged for it to be repaired immediately. The price is very high, but I believe it's not too far from the average price for Airbnb in Barcelona. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona at Damien’s apartment. We had never been before and it was a perfect location to base out of and see everything we wanted to see. Quiet neighborhood and BONUS right next door to the Barcelona market, which was a fabulous place to stock up on meat, cheese, bread, etc. The apartment was everything it was represented to be and we also love the rooftop terrace for evening drinks and relaxing. Highly recommend and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The location is spectacular and the apartment is very good It's important to note that a little light enters the rooms, not all rooms have air conditioning, and the terrace is open from 9 am to 11 pm and is shared with the rest of the building. Damien and his team were great to work with during the entire process. The apartment was in a great location and perfect for our family of four. The location was very close to many of the top sites in the city so we were able to walk most places. The apartment was very quite and had a rooftop that was great to relax on after a long day. There was AC in the apartment but not in the bedrooms. It did get a little warm but fans were provided that help a bunch! Overall, we would stay here again and look forward to coming back in the future.

It was okay, but I had problems on arrival with the code, which I didn't receive, and when I called, the person was very unfriendly. In addition, the accommodation was not as shown in the pictures and was partly not really clean. Nevertheless, the location was very good: we were in the centre in about 20 minutes and had good Uber and taxi connections.

Damien is a great host—friendly, caring, responsive, and always available to answer questions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, although it is beginning to show a bit of age in some areas. The parking provided is a public parking garage. While I understand that the pricing is outside of Damien’s control, the rates mentioned in the listing were not accurate. If the pricing is uncertain or subject to change, it may be better not to specify a rate in the description. Some amenities also felt included more for completeness than practicality. For example, toiletries such as shampoo were provided, but there was no convenient place in the shower to store them or personal items.

Jamie was a nice, responsive & helpful host. The location of the apartment is amazing. Very walkable, great shopping, restaurants, & cafes. The apartment was spacious & nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens; we didn't use the couch for sleeping, for sitting it was fine. One of the reasons for booking the apartment was to have 2 showers but we learned that 1 of the showers was not working. We texted Jamie, he sent concierge to fix it, but it was 16:30 & hardware stores were closed on Friday, so the shower was unusable until Monday; we were checking out Wednesday. I was a little disappointed that we were not offered some compensation for that. On the last day, the elevator did not work. Our daughter uses a wheelchair & we had lots of bags to take out. We had to leave our bags in the unit & return later. Jamie was responsive & didn't charge us, but it made for a hectic morning. if both showers worked, and the elevator worked, then I would rate the place higher.

I am travelling with my parents, who are both elderly. The location was ideal – markets, cafés, La Pedrera and La Sagrada Família nearby, and we experienced Saint Jordi just a few steps away. We felt right at home, with a lift, clear instructions, and we were always in touch with Damien. They put a lot of effort into everything. They also gave us vouchers for a simple breakfast, which was a great help. We will definitely be back; we are very grateful.

On this trip, I took my 3-year-old child and my parents, and the five of us visited four cities: Rome and Florence in Italy, and Venice and Barcelona in Spain. We all used Airbnb, but this place was the most satisfying. Above all, Damien's kindness, thoughtfulness and prompt responses were outstanding. The location of the accommodation was within walking distance of famous places like the Sagrada Família! Damien was the perfect host and was beyond helpful in every way! Damien's apartment is close/walkable to everything (restaurants, shops, groceries, coffee, sights, etc...). It was about a 30-minute ride from the airport and less than 15 minutes from the major train station. The most amazing farmers mkt is located right next door! You can pop in to get fruits, veggies and cheeses! There were plenty of grocery stores for other supplies. Sagrada Familia is located in walking distance, and you can see the towers from the beautiful root top. Other sights are also close by (Gothic Quarter, Casa Batllo, etc...). The apartment was very clean and relaxing. There was plenty of space to rest after traveling or touring. The kitchen provided enough space to prepare snacks. The roof top is a great place to gather, have snacks or just relax. It is clean, has beautiful furniture and views!

We loved our stay at Damien’s apartment. Spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Damien is really friendly and super responsive, he replied to our questions within minutes. Check-in was a breeze. We were given several coupons for free coffee and a light breakfast treat at the cafe across the street, which we used daily, a wonderful little luxury to start the day with. Definitely check out the roof terrace, it’s beautiful! Finally, can’t say enough great things about the neighborhood! L’Eixample is beautiful, the architecture is amazing, tons of great bars, cafe’s & restaurants, and walkable to so many cool places and attractions in Barcelona (also several metro stations, bus lines and easy to grab taxis!). Would absolutely stay in Damien’s flat on our next trip to Barcelona, highest recommendation! (PS: shout out to Ignacio, the building manager [?], so friendly and helpful, a lovely guy).

My stay at Picasso Suites 1.3 Paseo de Gracia was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Just to say that the toaster didn’t work and that the noise coming to the room closer to the inner street was very noisy as there are restaurants there so it would be good if the windows in that room are double glazed. The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to almost all of the places we want to visit in Barcelona and on a tree-lined, beautiful yet quiet street. There are cute little bakeries around and a few great restaurants just downstairs from the building. The building seems to be very well managed, and our apartment is exactly as described. We had a few questions during our stay and Damien was always responsive and gave helpful answers. Overall we had a great time in Barcelona for 6 days and staying at this apartment helped in part because we knew we had a nice relaxing place to go back to everyday after a long day of sight seeing. We would definitely consider coming back to Barcelona and staying at this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay in Damien’s apartment. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location between metros making it easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurants and markets in walking distance. We appreciated the coffee/breakfast vouchers for the restaurant across the street, which was great way to start our day. This flat had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Conveniently location in a safe neighborhood with many shops nearby. When we asked for instructions on how to use the washer we got an immediate response. Needed a larger frying pan and received one quickly. A pair of friends and I spent 6 days in BCN and Damien’s accommodation was perfect for our needs. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to kitchenware but there were plenty of glasses available. Check in was extremely simple, the place felt very safe with 3 separate key carded entry points and it is centrally located to great restaurants and walkable to major sights and places of interest. The complimentary breakfast and coffee coupons for 365 (located directly across the street) were also a nice touch. The interior was simple and matched our needs - comfortable beds to sleep, a nice outdoor sitting area, kitchen table with chairs for 6 and living room couch and chairs. The only small complaint was the AC unit was loud and sounded like a keurig machine brewing coffee. Though it didn’t impact our stay at all (the weather was mild and thus it wasn’t really needed) it’s something to note. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend Damien’s place to family and friends visiting.

Very large, clean, new one bedroom in a fantastic neighborhood! Entire building is professionally managed so very responsive, together with quality of flat similar to what one would expect of a hotel except no one in lobby most of the time to get recommendations (in the mornings there was someone in lobby for a few hours but we had no need of concierge so did not ask any questions). Easy check-in / check-out. Our flat on 1st floor did not have any view, but from building location, I think others would also have something to look at.

The apartment itself is minimal and a bit sterile, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Damien runs a very organized Airbnb operation, and the management and cleaning team are lovely. The highlight (besides the location) is the rooftop, with an amazing view of the cathedral — perfect for hanging out or working remotely. The Wi-Fi was strong and even reached the roof. Overall, a great stay if you value location and rooftop views!

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable! Everything was impeccable! Perfectly located near everything in the best neighborhood in Barcelona. You really can't say anything other than good, the towels are a thousand points, a very comfortable bed!!!! And the breakfast they provide makes the stay even more comfortable! And if you want to cook, you have everything available with basic items such as oil, salt, sugar, etc. And a not insignificant issue is that despite being perfectly located in the center, you can rest very well. I would definitely choose it again!

Damien’s apartment is exactly as described and photographed and in a fantastic location. You have quick access to the metro and buses as well as free breakfast right across at the street at 365 cafe. That’s thanks to the vouchers for coffee and a sandwich of your choice provided by Damien and his team. Also amazing was the chilled water and bottle of Cava. I requested coffee pods and a fan for the bedroom and they were delivered the next day to my doorstep within 10 minutes of my waking. Communication was clear and always on time. Damien and the ladies on his team are friendly, professional, and helpful. I was also accommodated at the last minute, which I highly appreciated. You are also within 10-15 minutes walk of Casa Battlo with Casa Mila (La Pedrera) close by. The fully stocked kitchen, safe for valuables, sofa bed in addition to regular bed make this a stand out accommodation as well. Take your glass of evening Cava or morning coffee to the terrace. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location a few blocks from three metro stations (Girona, Verdaguer, and Passeig de Gracia). Plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants in all directions. Apartment is comfortable. Beds don’t look comfy in the pics but they are restful foam mattresses. Overall, would rent again. The apartment is not luxurious but is a fantastic choice if you are (as we were) really just there to sleep and shower.

Damien explained that this apartment had only one AC unit. Because we arrived during a heat wave, he moved us to another apartment on the same floor (3-2), and got us a powerful ventilator. We survived the heat wave. the place was spacious. the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. the bedrooms are overlooking the beautiful roof of the market and a church on the other side. very pretty. the place is close (almost across the street) to the Turris bakery which has the best croissants and breads. we enjoyed our stay and will gladly rent this again.

Apartment has 3 same size bedrooms and a huge living room.. Kitchen has all necessary amenities if you plan to cook. But we didn’t . There’s a dishwasher and washer which is very convenient. The hosts provide detergent too. Bathrooms and kitchen are outdated but were clean and everything was working fine . Very good communication with hosts, good customer service . The main advantage was GREAT CENTRAL AC! This is what we mostly cared about. During summer it gets hot and humid and it was very comfortable in ALL the rooms. Staying in Barcelona you must have air conditioning. Otherwise it will be miserable. Overall good and positive experience.

We had a great stay at Damien’s apartment! The place is exactly as described – comfortable and well-located. Communication with Damien was flawless from start to finish – he was always responsive, clear, and kind. A special highlight goes to the breakfast vouchers – they were a real lifesaver! The food was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The only downside, which is completely out of the host’s control, is that the walls are quite thin. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with noisy neighbors throughout the week: first a family with several small children, and later two friends who smoked constantly (leaving a terrible smell that came into our apartment) and played loud music throughout the night. This made it hard for us to get a good night’s sleep. Still, I definitely recommend staying here! The apartment and the host are great – with quieter neighbors, the experience would have been perfect.

Damien’s Airbnb was perfect for our family’s trip to Barcelona. The apartment is very spacious and clean and is in a great location - we were able to walk a few blocks to the metro which was one stop away from Sagrada Familia (you can see it from the deck on the rooftop). There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. Damien is very easy to work with and was a great host.

Location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere, and location to metro when used was so close. Air conditioning in each unit was necessary given the heat. What was an amazing surprise was that all the rooms were in a central location and allowed easy access to all the other families. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

The place is exactly as advertised. It's a main room plus a small bedroom. Well kept. The location is ok for a fe days city hopping. If you plan to cook at home you might miss the dishwasher might be. Ideal for a couple - manageable for 4 people. Thank you!

Loved this place in the Eixample neighborhood away from tourist area but still convenient. Lots of privacy for a group/family w/the set up of the 2 bathrooms/3 bedroom. Best grocery is Spar just two blocks away - much better than the one across the street. We received breakfast coupons each day for the 365 bakery across the street. Many restaurants just steps away. We only used the roof deck one time but very nice. Bathrooms are modern and one has a bidet. Loved having electronic key cards instead of keys or codes. We arrived on a weekday & a staff person was there so we didn’t have to deal w/lockbox. We had one minor issue w/key card but Damien sent someone in 10 min to fix. The Picasso Apts don’t have a visible street number. It is the left of Nine9 restaurant (when facing it) and directly across from across from 365 bakery. Taxi from airport was approx 35 euro. Worth it for 4 people.

Picasso Suites was perfect for our group. The unit was spacious, and well equipped. It is in a great location in the downtown area. It is very walkable as well as close to public transit. We purchased a multi day metro card that made getting to any area we chose to go to a breeze. One such trip was to Park Güell that has interesting architecture designed by Antoni Guadi, beautiful green spaces, and a panoramic view of Barcelona. Further, the Barceloneta Beach is a short bus ride away. We walked to the Segrada Familia Cathedral for a tour and also enjoyed a memorable day trip to Montserrat (mountaintop monastery) that was simply amazing. There are many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores nearby. We appreciated the morning sandwich and coffee at 365 across the street from our unit that was included in the reservation. We also loved our brunches at Billy Brunch and Faire Brunch & Drinks.

I booked for my best friend's hen party. The apartment was amazing and very well located. 15 min walk from the Sagrada Familia. All amenities are reached by foot. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable (yes, even the sofa bed). But beware, there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms. But air conditioning in the common areas and the living room. The shared rooftop is amazing with a beautiful view.

Our 3-bedroom apartment at Picasso Suites was an economical choice for my family of four. After long days of touring, my family preferred gathering together in an apartment versus separate hotel rooms. Picasso Suites is centrally located to most of the top tourist sights in Barcelona. The rooftop terrace, with a view of Família Sagrada, was a wonderful bonus. The light breakfast available just across the street at 365 was a perfect start to our days. There are many nearby restaurants, mini supermarkets, shops, and Concepcio Market. With a mid-morning arrival in Barcelona, we were fortunate that our unit was ready early and Damien allowed us to check-in early. Otherwise, the luggage storage offered by Picasso Suites would have been very handy. Damien and his staff were responsive and friendly. Overall, a great weeklong stay for us at Picasso Suites!

The location was nice and clean last year, so I stayed here again this year, but first of all, the location is really good. Sagrada Familia is also a 15-minute walk. 10 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia. There is a large grocery store around the accommodation in 5 minutes on foot. There are fruit and vegetable shops, so it's good to buy simple food, and the bread and coffee at 365 cafes were the best. Suddenly, there was no hot water. The curtain rail suddenly fell off, but I was thankful that the host resolved it quickly. The location is good enough to come and stay again next time, and one regret is that it would be great if only the floor could be improved with a lot of dust.

Damien was very responsive and helpful. The location is less than a 10min walk from Metro stops and various sites in Eixample. It was very clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast coupons were a fun addition and the surrounding market and restaurants were great. Despite being right next to restaurants that stayed open late, we were able to sleep just fine if the windows were closed. The AC did not work while we were there. We were there 4 nights and they came and confirmed it wasn’t working, but didn’t seem to try anything else to get it going. Fortunately, we were not trying to use the rooms during the day because one bedroom got really hot, even the first week of May, but would cool down enough when the Sun went down. Some of the future upholstery was damaged, but overall it was in good condition.

Super location. Great bonus with coupons for pastry and a drink. Communication is top, felt taken care of all the time with fast response and a smile from concierge. We had a technical problem and it was resolved the next day. The apartment is very simple, some elements could have been updated for a better perception. The sofa wasn’t really comfortable to sleep on. I would still recommend the place.

We were 6 people in this place, which was clean and tidy, complied with the features described in the listing and had everything needed (although I think it's fine for 4 or 5 people for comfort). The home is in a very strategic area, very close to supermarkets and tourist sites. Complimentary breakfast tickets and drinks are highly valued, thank you so much. Excellent location. All the important attractions in Barcelona are close by. The 365 Coffee shop across the road is an excellent place to start the day and for which breakfast cards are provided. The closest point to get on the "City Tour Red Hop On Bus" is at the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. You could also go to the Plaça de Catalunya for a slighly longer walk. Cab from this location to the airport is 40 euros. Easy to get cabs at this location on the corner. You cannot go wrong with this location.

Overall, a solid set of apartments in a very nice part of Barcelona. Walkable to the beach and all notable tourist attractions. Damien and team were really brilliant, always responsive and helpful when needed. The added extra of a free coffee and pastry from the cafe opposite the building was nice - but note it is not more than that in terms of ‘breakfast included’. The only two things that disappointed was 1 - the apartment interior is dated/basic. 2 - the roof terrace is shared between roughly 15 apartments and is 4 floors above the apartments, not directly accessible from the apartments listed. For large groups that are mostly out and about in Barcelona, this AirBnB is ideal, otherwise if you are looking to spend more time inside, you’re safer with a hotel.

Damien was very helpful, kind and responsive. The place looks just like the photos and it is a very independent process (quiet). There were a few ants in the bathroom at random points but nothing major. There is a fan an ironing board available to use. The breakfast is small but fulfilling. I believe it equated to 2.50€ where you can pay the difference if you deviate from the coffee and pastry or 1/2 sandwich option. The neighborhood is very walkable being between L3 & L5 and I felt very safe walking the area alone at night. I would definitely come back and recommend to loved ones.

The TV is very small and the leather sofa has a loose cloth on it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but there was a lot of dust / fluff under all the beds in the 3 bedrooms. Overall, a good stay and value for money but these areas need improvement.

During my stay in Barcelona from February 10 to 16, I stayed in this apartment that exceeded all my expectations. Its central location made it easy to access the city's main attractions and services. The space was spacious and comfortable, equipped with an elevator, terrace, and two double beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. This is the most exceptional place I have stayed in Barcelona, and I did stay many times. It is better than any hotel. The apartment is beautiful, luminous, sunny, very warm (perfect heating), super clean, comfortable, the beds and pillows are super comfy and all white bed linen! They even provided TV with Netflix for me. The apartment is super safe, and the host is extremely responsive and always available. The location is amazing!!! Carrer Girona, pedestrian street, is my favorite street in Barcelona, full of nice bars, coffee shops, and healthy places, and it is right behind the corner! An amazing food market (full of amazing fish and delicious fruit ) is right next to the apartment. The very center (Passeig de Gracias, Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas) is approximately 10 min walking distance, even Sagrada Familia is close by foot. This is my favorite place in Barcelona so far, and I cant wait to be back! Many thanks for everything! 🩷

Pictures warmth did not match the reality , the price it’s excessive for a place with not hand soap , cleaning detergents to maintain the toilet and kitchen clean , somebody’s sock under the bed , dirty pillows , small and very old tv . In conclusion , over 300 euros per night should make the owner invest in a better quality, more modern decoration and everything .

Easy to reach everywhere. + Marveline and İndagio are two marvelous people and a great asset for the apartment they take care of all your need like personal assistant. - A little noisy because of traffic if you’re in the lower floors and needs to be refurbished furniture seems to be outdated. I stayed there about a week for work. A better Tv with Netflix and YouTube and a faster internet would be a good plus for such a good place.

The apartment offered by Damien, met all expectations, and it was as he had told us. Everything else, the apartment is spotless, in a very nice neighborhood, with market, restaurants, bars, etc. One could spend the whole stay in the Barrio. We recently stayed at this apartment in the Eixample district of Barcelona, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The living area is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are cozy with very comfortable beds. Beautiful place within walking distance of many highlights. The food in the area was unbelieveable, two of our favourite places to eat are the Nine bar downstairs, and Lokal a short distance away. Damien responded to our questions quickly, terrific shower and water pressure. Kitchen had everything you need. Damien’s staff met us when we were leaving to find a place to store our luggage until we had to meet our plane. My only suggestion is extra pillows. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! We enjoyed our stay at one of Damien's apartments. The location is wonderful - neighborhood feel, felt very safe, convenient to the metro, the supermarket and nearby restaurants. We found BCN to be a very walkable city and this location was great for walking to/from Sagrada Familia, Gothic Qtr, El Born. It was quite hot while we were there so the AC was great. We had fans in the bedrooms but it was a little warm at night since there is no AC in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable but one of them was sagging in the middle so we kept drifting to the center. Having a washer was a life saver, especially when traveling as a family. The tokens for breakfast were also great as we saved money on breakfast every morning. Damien and his staff were very attentive and friendly. Karolina was there to greet us upon check in. The only issue we had was on the last day as the cab they had ordered for us never showed up. Otherwise a lovely stay; I would recommend this property!

The location is excellent, and the one-bedroom apartment is a very good size for my needs as a single occupant. I believe it would also be perfect for a couple. There is a large and charming market almost right next door, adding to the homely feeling. All my questions and requests were addressed promptly, almost as if I were staying in a five-star hotel. The only downside, if there is one, is that the restaurant downstairs stays open very late, making it difficult to go to bed early. Even after it closes, the cars running on C/de Valencia woke me up a few times in the early hours of the mornings during my 6-day stay in the apartment. So if someone like me doesn't sleep too soundly at night, maybe earplugs should be prepared.

We rented for 3 families so the 3 separate apartments worked out great. Marvelline was very responsive and Karolina was also. We only had wi-fi and a tv issue with one of the apartments and wi-fi could be a little sketchy but wi-fi is hard for the host to control and the tv was fixed. All in all we had a great stay. Damien accommodated our early arrival and 1 brief late check out and set the key vodes to work for all 3 apartments. Thank you for the Champagne !

Our stay at the Picasso Suites was excellent! First, Damien and his staff were very responsive to questions and helpful. The apartments have an excellent location in Eixample. Walkable to many sites, great restaurants, market next door and small supermarkets nearby. I would recommend nearby Bella Italia for exceptional Italian food. We stayed in Unit 3.3 which is 3 bedrooms, very clean, quiet and worked for our family of four. Lovely rooftop terrace to unwind after a full day of walking. Although spacious in some ways, a few of the rooms were pretty tight but doable by European standards. Beds were also very comfortable. My only complaint is that the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, worn and needs to be updated given the price point. But not a deal breaker. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend Picasso Suites for its location, size, cleanliness and staff.

Damien and his team were very responsive. Overall it was a good place to come back to at the end of the day. Conveniently located with an elevator. Apt was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows. The furniture was a little dated but we really only slept and showered there. The biggest downside was the only room that has air conditioning was the living room, which for Americans was brutal. We all struggled with how hot and stuffy our rooms were. There were fans which did nothing but push the hot air around. You can’t open the windows as they don’t have screens. I think anyone outside of Americans would be fine with it. The only other thing to note was the 2nd bathroom had a shower that I as a petite woman could barely fit it. Better suited for a small child than an adult.

The location is really great for a family. We really enjoyed the place. Small comment is that the air conditioning system is in the living room and the 3 bedrooms are not directly adjacent so the temperature is somewhat uneven, but for the rest everything was perfect. The sofa in the living room is a little old-fashioned and deserves a refresh but we were not in the accommodation full-time so it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay very much and the restaurants and shops around the apartment.

We were three families; a group of 11 adults and one child. The 3 apartments were ideal; lots of room for everyone. Each family had their own space. The washing machines were a real plus! It was is a great location; walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Picasso Museum, La Rambla, several Gaudi buildings, and many more. The only drawback was that only one of the 3 apartments was fully air conditioned. The other two had air conditioning in the living area, but not the bedrooms. Luckily, we did not have really hot weather, so it was not much of a problem.

This review is for Picasso Suites 4.4 and not unit 3.3 which we had booked. The location is amazing with most major sites within walking distance and an amazing market next door. Damien was an amazing host. We had some issues with the A/C on our first night and he was very proactive in helping us, including providing extra fans and a portable cooling unit. His teammate Karolina was absolutely charming and really made our stay comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the apartment we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again. The place, location, and host were amazing. We arrived before check in and they secured our luggage and gave us a few pointers about the area. The place is centrally located to several of the attractions in Barcelona and we were able to walk to and from most of them. Damien was so helpful and answered our questions immediately. He was flexible with our earlier arrival time and securely stored our luggage after check out, as we had a late flight. The location was great- very walkable to most attractions (20-30 min), or you could take a taxi. The local surroundings were safe. Supermarkets nearby, 15 min walk to Casa Battlo, and beautiful shopping. We found some local places to eat which were delicious. He even arranged for a taxi to meet us at airport upon arrival. The apartment building isn’t very well marked, but we found it without too much trouble. The check in was very smooth and we appreciated being able to get in slightly before the official check-in time. The beds are comfortable and the towels are big and fluffy! The neighborhood is lovely with lots of things within walking distance as well as 2 metro stops close by. The street noise wasn’t terrible and the rooftop terrace was lovely. One of the showers is quite small- we called it the coffin shower! But we were able to get clean and that’s what’s important. The instructions were very clear and we appreciated the breakfast tokens for the cafe around the corner as well as the welcome champagne. The market right across the street was very convenient.

Overall, good spot that got the job done and Damien was so friendly/responsive throughout the entire process! The bedrooms are small, but we were barely in the apartment. It was 3 couples, which automatically makes the spot feel a bit more cramped. We do wish there was a bit better of a living space (larger couch, etc.) for when we were all relaxing between exploring. Not sure if we would stay again, but no complaints! You also get breakfast "coins" for a free coffee and mini sandwich at the spot downstairs. The location is VERY walkable and feels safe.

I can't imagine a better location for exploring Barcelona. Everything you need for supplies/groceries/flowers/snacks is literally steps from your door. The apartment was spotless; the towels/linens lovely. There was a view over the beautiful clay tiles of the roof of the amazing indoor market next door, La Concepcio, into the music conservatory on the corner. You could see (and sometimes hear) ensembles and private lessons going on every night. It was charming. On arrival, I admit we found the instructions to get in a little intimidating, but partly because it had been a long travel day with no sleep. If you simply follow Damien's detailed notes step by step, you retrieve your key cards and after that it is easy peasy. The way the apartment is laid out, it was almost like I had one wing, and my friend had another--perfect for our needs. The washing machine was a bonus and I was able to operate it with no issues. I sometimes find that a challenge in Europe :)

We had a great stay at Damien’s apartment! The place was clean and was just like the photos. One thing to note is that the bed is pretty squeaky and there is some traffic noise in the larger bedroom. A crib and highchair was provided upon request. We also appreciated that Damien allowed us to check in early! We would recommend to others.

Picasso Suites was a great place to stay. There is plenty of public transportation nearby and most attractions in Barcelona are within 15 to 30 minutes walking. The neighborhood is safe with lots of restaurants to choose from. The host is backed up by a professional, polite and helpful team who are all very responsive. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the views. The apartment was spotless and all of the amenities worked well. There were also several unexpected perks which were quite nice. I highly recommend this host and location.

A nice place at a great location! We loved that we were greeted personally and assisted with luggage. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The place itself was clean and just as shown on pictures. There was some noise coming from the street at night but what else would you expect from being in the heart of the city? No complaints whatsoever! I would come back!

This place does not have a private patio. While it does not claim to have a private patio, in fairness, one could be easily led to believe it might due to the first three pictures in the listing being of what is a patio shared by the entire building. That said, this unit was fine for a quick stay to Barcelona and was in a pretty solid location.

The location was great. You could park nearby. The market was excellent and groceries were close. Good restaurants close by. I didn't have time to run, but it would have been a bit of a challenge because of waiting for traffic lights. Communication with the host was good. You could check yourself in. It was on the fifth floor with an elevator. The kitchen had minimal supplies. The only knife was a bread knife. The coffee maker was a Nestle Dolce Gusto (buy your own pods). The breakfast downstairs was from 9-12 (a coffee and pastry or small sandwich--hard to make time for. The AC only reached the main living room area, not into bedroom. We even put the fan in the doorway, but it didn't help cool the bedroom well. We did have problems getting the AC to stay on so contact host if you have issues. The AC also smelled of burning rubber while in use. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was the best shower we had in Spain. The view is nice. The roof area was nice with a good view.

Damien is a great host - very responsive, helpful and accommodating. They were flexible with check in/out which was greatly appreciated. The flat is in a great location and brilliant for exploring the city. The only draw back was that the furnishings were a little tired - the flat would benefit from a few upgrades. Considering the price you are paying, if the kettle takes 2 or 3 mintures to boil a small amount of water it tends to make you wonder if you are getting your money's worth! But these are small issues and overall it's a nice flat and I'll probably be back.

Great stay, wonderful location. The onsite team was very helpful from check in and during our stay. We had one small issue with the AC and they were quick to fix it and handled it very professionally. I would stay there again and certainly take advantage of the beautiful sunset views from the rooftop. It is like a hidden oasis right in the middle of beautiful Barcelona. Look out at Sagrada or toward the ocean. Step outside and go 10 feet to the awesome Baroque De La Concepcion grocers market. It’s way more than a normal grocery store. Great stay in a great city!

Great place to stay just a little away from the busier parts of the city, but within 20+ minute walk or 10 minute cab ride anywhere you want to go. Damien and his team were very responsive - first night had some AC problems, but they came the next day, brought us more fans and addressed the AC. There is only the AC in the one main room and it is a bit warm in the bed rooms, but the fans were fine. If you're used to sleeping in 68 degree AC, better to choose a hotel. We got free breakfast (pastry or small sandwich) plus drink each day. Small washer for clothes. Amazing rooftop terrace we hung out on at night - it's shared but we didn't see anyone else there. Otherwise, a very nice place. Had what we needed. The shower could get cold at times - this is Spain it happens. But overall I recommend it.

Damien has always responded very quickly to our messages and has been helpful throughout our stay. We encountered no unresolved issues. The location of our accommodation was truly excellent and met the expected standards of an Airbnb rental. However, considering it was listed as an Airbnb Plus property, I believe there is still significant potential for improvement. One aspect that would greatly enhance the experience is a warm in-person greeting upon arrival, with a list of nearby dining and entertainment recommendations. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher caught us off guard cause I wasn't expecting that on an Airbnb Plus. I discovered this detail in the listing's description after our arrival, although the phrase "no washer" could potentially be mistaken for the presence of a washing machine. While I would certainly consider staying at this property again, I believe it would be considerably more comfortable if Damien endeavors to elevate the overall quality of the apartment.

The Picasso Suite apartment corresponded perfectly to the listing on Airbnb. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable, with very good bedding, and the bed linen and bathroom towels provided are a real plus! The breakfast token is also a nice touch, but be aware that the bar where the tokens are valid is closed on Sundays. We are delighted with our stay at Damien's. He is a considerate host who is responsive when needed!

The location of the apartment is the highlight, allowing easy access my foot to the best parts of town. The restaurant underneath, Casa Amalia, was fantastic so we didn't even have to go anywhere to find food. The beds were comfortable and everything else was just as needed for our stay.
