So grateful for the opportunity to stay here! We made some amazing memories with family. Location is perfect! Close to Shepherd's Bush and Shepherd's Bush Market Tube stations and several bus lines made getting around seamless! I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again! the apartment is just a short walk from Spherherd Bush Station and close to many good restaurants. the check-in is easy. the apartment is clean and the cooking utensil is satisfactory, although there is no washing dish machine.

It was a great stay in London. The airbnb was near the tube station and Westfields, which had been really practical. It was clean and perfect for 4 Persons, especially for a family vacation.

The apartment was good according to the photos and everything you need, the kitchen well equipped and spacious, it is true that a living area is needed, the rooms are good but when you open the window in the room it smells like food from the extractor The bathroom is good, it's an old building The only thing we didn't like was that we were on the 4th floor, I think, and with the baby's stroller and bags it was a little difficult, but nothing that can't be solved They left the baby crib here, but I would like them to have a softer mattress, since the one they had was very hard But in general everything was very good Easy access to buses and trains, a street with lots of shops

I booked this stay with my family but unfortunately 5 days before departure I got sick so only my husband and son went for one day less than expected. I tried to ask for a small refund or change of dates but the host denied any request, regretting that I had not taken out insurance. Too bad I didn't do it. Anyway, we come to the house that was overall dingy, hot, without air conditioning and not at all quiet due to noisy ventilation systems next to the bedrooms that disturb the night's rest. The bathroom is of poor quality and, moreover, no shampoo or shower gel is provided. We couldn't find any cutlery in the kitchen, so we couldn't eat. The door does not have a lock with a turn lock and this leaves a sense of insecurity as it can be knocked down with a shoulder. The street is not well frequented.

The description said "recently renovated", but that's only half true. Most of the furniture was old and very scuffed. The windows were old, not sound proof at all and partly very dirty from the outside. The shower seemed kinda old as well and there was some mold in the edges. Everything which could be cleaned by the cleaning staff was clean. The location was nice. Communication was good and especially Lucy was very friendly and helpful!

Very nice apartment, clean, the beds are very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few days. Perfect location close to metro and bus stops, many shops around and the host is very attentive to everything. It was a 10 stay. I recommend it.

Good sized flat, very light, quiet and clean. Well located for sightseeing. The kitchen only has the basics but most people will probably be eating out most of the time. Beds are comfortable, which is probably most important.

Great location, great host, great stay! Communication with Silvia and Lucy was super easy and friendly. They do care about you and are very proactive. Location is great with several train stations connecting to the sheperds bush market station and same with buses. The flat is very neat, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it for sure!

The accommodation was clean, so I rested comfortably and well! There were only stairs, so it was a shame that I had to move with my luggage… There was a big shopping center nearby, so it was easy to buy things.👍

Comfortable, clean and as described apartment. Self check-in, 2 nearby metro stations making it easy to get around. Supermarket at the foot of the building open from 7am to 11pm, super convenient. Nice pubs nearby. 100 m away the largest shopping mall in the city, ideal for shopping and dining. Very friendly and responsive hood, quick response to messages, tips... In short, this accommodation is very good for a family stay. Thanks again! We're so excited!

We had a great stay here,location is superb as it just right next to one of the biggest shopping mall in London,where you can basically find all you need,plus there’re lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby,and it just a few minutes walk to the station. It makes our trip much easier with kids and luggages.Definitely will book again next time we visit London.And last but not least,thank you for the friendly host who proactively asks what we need and always reply our messages/requests promptly.

Sylvia was a very responsive ,polite and helpful host.The location is really what the apartment is all about.5’ walk to both sepherd’s bush tube stations and to several bus stops.What kept me from evaluating the apartment with 5 stars is that there is a lot of of noise especially at the double bed bedroom from outside building machinery.The window is partly broken so the noise comes inside.Also the walls are not recently painted as the photos of the listing show. As a person who really appreciates quietness this is a downside of the apartment.If somebody don’t care about that the apartment Is a super deal and Silvia a great person to interact with.

This was a great place to stay in London, with close proximity to the Underground and the new Westfield shopping centre. The appartment was spacious and comfortable, and access to both a kitchen and a washing machine was amazing for a longer stay.

Silvia is an exceptional host and I am so appreciative of the lengths she went to in order to make sure we had a great experience. She sent over detailed, easy to understand instructions on how to check in, was extremely responsive to any of our questions we had throughout our stay, and made a superhost move by helping me get back into the flat after I accidentally locked myself out late on a weeknight. She answered right away, had a solution for the problem, and acted swiftly. I travel a lot for work and this was one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Silvia!

The building is in a zone with a lot of stores and restaurants, but the apartment is very quiet. The place is very well connected by the Underground or the buses and there is a small supermarket in the building next door. The apartment is nice with al the services you need.

It's a great space. Easy to reach. Just renovated sounds more modern / attractive than it is. Kitchen cabinets have gotten lick of paint, for example, and is dated underneath. There are missing features like a coat rack hooks, description to separate appliances, or waste. Price/ quality fine, but when booking I thought I found a gem, however, are too many credits. Sylvia is a very helpful and kind host! Always responds quickly, even when outlets needed a reset. That made it all in all a very pleasant stay!

Great location to stay. Easy to reach from airport. Convenient as it's near 2 underground stations so was easy to move around and near a huge shopping mall. Place, towel and sheets were very clean. Host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Only minor thing is no living room to sit around for all to gather except the kitchen dining table for 4 pax. TV was in one bedroom and a 2 seater sofa in the other. Overall, a very nice stay at this apartment. Would recommend!

It was very near from de Underground and very close of the supermarket. The flat was good, the bed's were confortable, the kitchen was very big and complete. the bath and the water pressure and volum was good. I has two rooms, but just one room has wardrope. Silvia's apartment is very well connected, with a metro mouth very close by. It has a small supermarket just below and a huge shopping center 100 meters away. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen tools were just purchased. Silvia as a host was very attentive to us. As an aspect of improving the windows in the rooms, you should isolate more from the outside since the supermarket machines are heard.

The stay in the apt was excellent, it is very well located and connected to several metro stations, just 30 minutes from the city center. It has shops and supermarkets nearby, it is a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is very good, it offers everything you need to stay very comfortably. Silvia was very kind and was very attentive to everything we needed. I definitely recommend this apt and would stay there again
