This place is amazing. It’s great for a week or two right in central london. Theres much to do around there as well as a 3 minute walk to the tube. The host was very responsive as well. Beautiful and very comfy stay.

The location is 5 minutes from the subway station, so it is very convenient. However, it is on the first floor and is separated from the road by a single window. It's clean. Every evening, you can hear night songs and party sounds from the next or upper building. However, you can't find two rooms near the station at this price, so wear the earplugs provided by the host.

Accommodation representative of the photos, very pleasant. Well located, practical and well equipped, everything is functional (rooms, kitchen and bathroom) with many electrical outlets. Only downside, the room on the road side is very noisy even with earplugs. Despite this, we loved our stay and will happily return.

Sylvia/the Charmstay staff were friendly and responsive. The flat was basic but comfortable. Note that the bathroom is quite small and there is a bit of street noise at night. However, ear plugs are provided and the location is incredibly convenient to the train station and a ton of bars/restaurants.

Excellent location (5min walk from Kings cross). The apartment itself is very convenient for a short stay because the living room and the second bedroom are small and the first bedroom is a bit noisy (because of the road). Silvia is very kind and the communication was great.

Great hosts! Very responsive. And accommodating. There was a little issue with water above us but they cleared it up and fixed the issue right away. The place was as described great location. Super close to King’s Cross St Pancras station. A little smaller than expected but we made due since we spent most of our time exploring anyway. Thanks for everything!

As far as we know Silvia does not exist. This is not someone’s home but rather a cheap, thrown together, flat box charade of an apartment. No heat or AC. SPACE HEATERS DID NOT WORK.main bedroom faced a major road. No escape from the roaring road noise. Thick residue in the kettle, no ovenware or oven mitts, no towel bars in bathroom which was minuscule. Sink was 6 inches deep. Shower dangerously slippery and no bath mat. Walls in need of paint. Emergency exit was a joke. Had to crawl across a bed, open a tiny plywood door and crawl onto a 10 inch ledge. Not sure how this property got a license.

The flat is very well located. Easy to get to anywhere in London. Bedroom is very small but clean and it's best to be a small person as the shower is tiny. It's not a flat for lounging in but a great base for going out into the city. The area is surprisingly quiet at night which is good as the main bedroom is close to the street. The earplugs supplied by the very attentive hosts weren't needed! Lots of good restaurants and shops locally. Thanks again Sylvia and Lucia.

The transport connection of the apartment is great. You walk 5 minutes to Kings Cross and from there you have direct connections by metro to all the important places. The apartment itself is smaller and also darker than in the photos. The window to the street is poorly insulated, so street noise and cigarette smoke penetrates. The hosts were always quick and friendly.

This apartment was quite close to the train station and the tube, making it very easy to explore London and get back. There was also a small market along the way to pick up necessities and many restaurants nearby. I’d recommend this location to anyone visiting London!

Host was incredibly responsive and made sure to clearly communicate check in, rules, and check out. Signs in the air BnB to indicate proper/preferred use of amenities were present and super helpful. Host was very warm and gave great recs for the area, and checked in during the trip and was also available during our stay to help with any issues that may have occurred (none did.) We also loved the Yorkshire tea :) Street noise can be loud at times in the bedroom closest to street, normal city noise, nothing unusual. Host provided ear plugs for sleeping and I didn't have any issues with noise. Location is AWESOME - so close to King's Cross! Really ideal if you plan to be out and about a lot. We were able to stop by the flat quickly if we needed to since the tube was around the corner, which was ideal to drop off any acquired bags or to take a small break from exploring the city. Would definitely stay again!

Silvia and her co-host were great! Super responsive & friendly. They gave helpful recommendations about the area which was appreciated. Everything was a breeze from check-in and check-out which they were super flexible about too. The place was small, but certainly manageable for 2 people. The front bedroom is extremely noisy — earplugs are a must. It can get quite hot (even during winter) inside too, but a fan is provided in the main bedroom. Nothing was too much for them and they checked in that we didn’t need anything during our trip. The location was great, being only a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest tube station (which can take you anywhere in London). I would stay with them again!

Okay stay. Apartment is outdated and oven did not work when we needed it. Walls are thin and next-door as well as upstairs neighbors were very audible at night. Host responded to concerns but only several hours later when it was no longer relevant.

Great place to stay! Very close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras station which meant we could catch the Underground/train and get anywhere quickly. Lots of places to eat around it, fun pubs, etc. It was a bit hard to find so pay close attention to the directions. And the front room was more noisy from the street than expected but ear plugs were available. Great commmunication! Overall great stay, thank you!

The property owner is lovely! Sent us all the instructions in advance, it was very comfortable and easy to find the apartment and enter the property itself. The apartment itself is very cozy and suitable for a small group, we were three girls and was very comfortable! The apartment is close to the metro which made it easier to get anywhere and anytime because it is a very central station. The apartment owner was available for us for any question and also gave us recommendations about the area. Highly recommend and would come back again!

This flat is in a great location in London, just a few minutes' walk from King's Cross tube station and St Pancras railway station. The host is very kind and very responsive; she replies to messages on the spot very quickly and resolves any issues as soon as possible. We were lucky enough to meet her; she is very friendly. The flat we had is on the ground floor; it has two bedrooms and a fully equipped main room (electric cooker/oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine) and a very small shower room/WC (very small washbasin). Everything is functional. Wi-Fi and internet TV. Next to a supermarket and restaurants. We highly recommend it. The keys are available in a code-operated box; check-in and check-out are very easy. The BIG DRAWBACK of the apartment is that the bedroom faces the street, which makes it impossible to sleep properly (street noise, fire engine sirens, etc.). You need to bring earplugs.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Kings Cross railway station. It is wonderfully centrally located. All tourist attractions can be reached quickly. Most of the restaurants in the area are very good. Due to its location on a main road, it is advisable to use earplugs at night. At 1.4 metres, the beds are quite small, but for the duration of our stay, we managed fine. The bathroom is also more designed for short people, but here, too, everything is perfectly usable. The kitchen is equipped with the most essential items. However, we did not make use of them due to the range of restaurants available nearby. Silvia responds to enquiries quickly and in a friendly manner. A huge plus. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed our stay.

Sylvia was easy to contact; you get a positive response quickly. Ideally located close to the train station and the metro. Easy access with a code and key safe. Great nightlife area and food shops. Excellent: fresh sheets and towels. good Wi-Fi It's a pity about the small bathroom.

Spent nearly a week. Terrific location- close to transport- easy to all London sites. Bustling but not too busy neighborhood. Flat was clean and bright. Beds comfortable. Yes front bedroom a little noisy but manageable. Bathroom very snug. Main sitting room small but comfortable. Nice tea, coffee, kitchen etc. Sylvia extremely organized and responsive and especially appreciated flexibility on check in and out times. Reasonably priced especially for location. Overall just right for our purposes- seeing London.

Generous linens and all you need in the kitchen. Plus lots of charging stations for devices. Would happily stay here again.

Looks exactly like in the pictures, excellent cleanliness, very easy access, super clean and comfortable beds and bedding, equipped kitchen, heater in each room. Delicious coffee and tea available. The washing machine was very useful, as we are on a trip around Europe for 40 days, so it was a great help to be able to wash some light clothes. The area is very accessible to places of interest and you can do it on foot. Safe area with bars, restaurants and a mini supermarket. Super comfortable mattresses are very important to us for rest. Two words Cleaning Ease Excellent area Great host Great wifi Recommended full!

We had a lovely stay in London. The location is central, everything easily accessible - Tesco supermarket 1 minute walk. The apartment was on the ground floor, one room facing the street is not insulated (old wooden windows) - so you can hear every noise and sleep poorly. Living/dining room and second bedroom are OK, a bit dark because of the small windows. The bathroom is tiny- but sufficient. A sofa would have been nice to put your feet up. Price/performance but fine and communication with Silvia as well as check in/out were very good.

Nice small apartment for up to four people five minutes from King Cross-Saint Pancras train and metro station. There are several bus lines stopping nearby and many dining options in the neighbourhood. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. Beds are confortable. One of the bedrooms looks to a busy road, which means it is a bit too noisy during the night (might be an issue for those with a light sleep!). The communication with the host was super smooth. I definitely recommend it.

The host, Silvia, was great! Only had contract through the app but I’m very okay with that. Check in and out instructions were very clear and we could check in quite early and leave our luggage when checking out. That was super great! Great service and very kind and lovely. The apartment however was not so great. Very noisy. The bedroom at the front has just single glass and is located at a very noisy and busy street. My mother and sister had to move the mattress to the living room as the noise was too loud to sleep. The bedroom at the back was great but the door in the bedroom led to another apartment occupied by someone else which was quite noisy as well but doable. The bathroom was very small and the tiles were black and orange stained. But it did the job for 1 person max at a time. Great to have a kitchen and it was equipped with the basic tools. Location is great as it is only a few mins walk from Kings Cross and therefor worth the money.

Great location with good restaurants and the train station nearby. It's a cozy spot with comfortable beds and all the basic needs such as pots and pans. We also appreciated having a washing machine available to us. One thing to note, is that if you stay more than a couple of nights, you'll need purchase toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. We had a toddler with us and felt like it was rather family friendly, as it is on the ground floor and has a little TV for enjoyment. Over all a really good experience.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It's pretty small but perfectly suited the three of us as somewhere comfy to sleep each evening. It is in a good location for Euston/ Kings Cross train stations. The place was clean, communication was great and we got in easily. It wasn't an issue as we weren't there a lot, but there was no tv in the communal space so this might not be ideal if you want to chill and watch tv in the evening. There is one in one of the bedrooms though. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Very clean and tidy small flat with everything self contained. The flat is well located at the heart of London with King's Cross St. Pancras Underground and Train Station just a few minutes walk. Loads of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend the accommodation for short trip in London. Silvia is easy to communicate and response promptly.

Our stay at Silvia’s flat in King’s Cross was wonderful. Her flat was warm and cozy and just enough room for our family of four. An easy walk to all conveniences and many sites of interest. Bus stop is practically on the doorstep. Silvia was a lovely host. Accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
