Really enjoyed our stay in Silvia's studio apartment. Lovely neighbourhood, really quiet, close by to two tube stations. Apartment had everything we needed and was a great place to rest our heads after days out exploring London. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful flat in a very nice neighborhood. very close to the train station. perfect location if you want to get around easily. Silvia was very responsive and made check in quite simple. The space is perfect for one or two people. Everything you need for a short stay.

The apartment was excellent (with all the necessary amenities) as was its location which was perfect, quiet and peaceful, perfect for a short or long stay. Close to transport and the city centre. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks to Silvia and her partners!

First of all the location is superb. Flat is positioned in one of most beautiful parts of London, Belsize Park is green, clean and extremely well connected to the city. Tube station (swiss Cottage) is less then 5min away that takes you in few stops to Oxford Street. Flat was super clean with access to loundry room, had hairdryer, tester, microwave, coffee machine. On arrival we where welcomed with selection of coffee, tea and biscuits. Bed is super comfortable ( on the soft side) but as a person with back issues I slept extremely well. Place is quiet and located on residential road with very little or no traffic. Will be back for sure.

Overall it is great value for money but the room is quite basic and the one I was in does need some TLC to some of the decor. That being said, the room was clean, the bedding fresh and the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The host was super responsive and the communication was excellent. Although it has multiple rooms, the place felt safe, locks on doors and the other guests respectful and the street it’s in was nice and quiet. It’s in an excellent location for getting on the tube into all of the main spots. If you are on a budget and want to tour London, this is probably a decent option, particularly if you are out of the room most of the day.
