The apartment, located in zone 2, is perfectly placed to visit London. The metro is nearby and allows you to get to the main London districts in about 20 minutes. The apartment is not quite like the photos but it did not pose any problem for us. Silvia is very responsive and friendly, including when we disturbed her on Christmas Day to solve a problem. A big thank you to Silvia, we will return to this apartment without hesitation.

The place was also far from cosy, and the sound insulation was very poor: you can hear everything from the neighbours and from the street, as the windows and walls are badly soundproofed. Another surprising point was that the TV had no channels at all — something I have never experienced before in an Airbnb.

We stayed in Apartment 7 at the specified location. This place has 3 floors and there are 3 apartments on each floor, all of them are Airbnb. Although it was far from the center, transportation was easy, it was in the middle of two metro stations and there was a market under the building. There's a Westfield shopping mall at the back of the house and it's very convenient to find things to meet all kinds of needs. When we first entered the house, it was tidy and clean. The rooms were of sufficient size. On the negative side, the house looks much newer in the photos, but in reality it was older and had worn-out parts. The bathroom was particularly worn out. There were 3 of us and only 2 toilet papers were left and this was quite inadequate, instead of shampoo there was something to be used as both shampoo and soap. Since the apartment faces the street, there was noise and loud sounds all night. There is no elevator in the building. The house was warming up nicely, we were never cold, even if there were negative things in general, we were satisfied.

A very pleasant host who was easily contactable. Bustling area around Shepherds Bush with shops and restaurants. The apartment lies conveniently between Shepherd's Bush station and Shepherd's Bush Market station. Plus above a Sainsbury Local supermarket. We also got good exercise with the stairs :)

The accommodation is simple English standard just as promised, nice comfortable beds and furniture. The bathroom is somewhat worn but fully functional. Close to the subway, local restaurants just outside the door and supermarket. Shopping center in the neighborhood behind with lots of shops and restaurants. Super communication with the host who ensured everything was good

Apartment well located a few metro stations from central London and in addition in zone 2. Very convenient for discovering London. One and only downside: slightly weak insulation of the windows with rooms on the street side but after good days walking, you sleep very well on good bedding.

Great place to stay, on one corner you have a metro and on the other you have the other metro, there are lots of places to eat and buy things nearby. It really is in an amazing location. I loved the attention they gave us, they were always aware that we did not need anything and they even gave us cleaning service one day a week. There is very good communication. The place is safe and nice. Very spacious, I highly recommend it.

Great place! We were 3 adults and a 1 year old baby and it it felt spacious to us. We left the stroller on the 1st floor to avoid climbing the stairs with it. The apartment has carpet in bedrooms and living room, which was fine for us and good for a baby learning how to walk. The apartment is located close to (300/500m) tube stations so it was very convenient. There is a huge mall very close by with all the shops and restaurants you might want. The hosts were very flexible and supportive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

The place was as described and perfect for a city trip for 3 people. The apartment is simply furnished but very clean! For 6 nights, a short intermediate cleaning and a change of towels was included. All in all, very good value for money!

It is a simple apartment, exactly as described. It’s basic accommodation but has lots of amenities that suited us perfectly for our needs. It’s a good price and worked really well and was super cosy for our family. Both Lucia and Silvia were extremely friendly and proactive, always checking that our stay was comfortable and if there was anything they could do for us which was reassuring. The entrance is quite rough and ready but it is literally a stone’s throw from Westfield restaurants and shopping and chic hotels on Shepherds Bush Green and we were very happy there and would happily return. Recommended!

The place was perfect for our family of 4. Location was great for getting on the tube. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores right out the door. Would be very happy to stay here when we come back to London.

Super well in every way, location, treatment, cleanliness and organization. We left the keys inside and Silvia solved the issue in 2 minutes. Wonderful!! Outside of home hosts like that are appreciated. Recommended Hyper.

My stay at Silvia’s was absolutely superb! Probably the easiest check in experience I’ve ever had and communication was quick and friendly. Only a one minute walk from Westfield shopping centre and two minute walk to tube stations. Sainsbury’s is underneath the apartment which was very handy for any snacks or groceries we needed. Will definitely stay here if I’m in London again!

The place is spacious with a reasonable price for London. Easy access to the place with two tube stations around. if you need anything you can find around even almost 24 hrs shops and restaurants (even the halal one)... very recommended...

Great spot for a family. Room configuration was small room with single bed, large room with double bed & a single in the same room. Lounge room separate, clean bathroom & good kitchen space. Tube & overground easy walking distance. Large Westfield, restaurants, bars & pubs all around. Great location for us as a family with teenager.

Great apartment. My family and I had some issues becouse of a city maintance that didn´t have anything related with the apartment and Silvia tried to help us with it very efficiently. Good choice for everyone who wants to visit London.

Silvia was a great communicator and I did appreciate her responsiveness. BUT, in regards to the place, we paid €850 for four nights in shepard’s bush?? Which is in my opinion way too expensive for what it is. I don’t understand the other people’s high notes as I do not think I am that demanding. Was the furniture clean? Yes but everything else was very subpar, the wall to wall carpet, bathroom, the door to the apartment doesn’t measure completely well so you can see the hallway from the crack of the door, heating didn’t work, the building is totally shabby and the neighborhood was a little scary at night especially with the drug dealers on the street.

The apartment was exactly as described, upon our arrival the check in was so smooth and the apartment was perfectly clean , it has all the amenities you may need , we felt right at home . Silvia is a lovely host she is very thoughtful , considerate and attentive to details , she even left a cot ready for my little girl which was amazing. The area and neighbouring are very convenient , there are many good restaurants, Westfield is just by the corner and great transport connection with both Shepherd’s Bush station and Shepherd’s Bush Market station nearby . Our stay in charmstay was charming indeed . I would definitely come back .

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We did get contact with Silvia shortly when we had trouble getting in. We were given a different apartment than the one advertised. Hence, the wrong access code. Unfortunately, our one was in absolut need of renovation and with carpeted floors to my disappointment. I consider myself bamboozled. Cross your fingers for apartment nr 1

The location of Silvia's accomodation is not far from London's center by underground or by bus. So it is super easy to be wherever you want in 20-30 minutes. The flats are spacious clean and recently renovated.....although the building is not new, Silvia did a great job on this. She was there uppon our arrival and made us feel like home. At this point i would like to outnote the only negative thing in our overall stay. That is the "bad" neighborhood in front of the appartment, especially after 22.00. But how did we solved this? We used the "Shepherd's Bush Market" underground stop (not the Shepherd's Bush one) so it is nearer to the west of the flat and you can be at your door without passing all the bad neighborhood. Moreover you can use bus number 148 and Shepherd's Bush Green (Stop N) from London's center. At the back of the appartement there the Westfield" mall where you can find everything!!! Overall I highly recommend Silvia's apartment and would happily stay there again!!!
