Great place to stay, a very good location with connections to all the important parts of the city and a really lovely neighbourhood. What's more, the department is super functional.

The place is very convenient, clean and has all basic things we need. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. It can get a bit hot during peak summer with no AC.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Silvia is a very responsive and attentive host. The apartment is in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from Saint Pancras station and the underground, in a peaceful environment. We appreciated the proximity of the convenience store and the excellent breakfast on the terrace of the neighbouring bar. The apartment was clean, quiet and well-equipped.

Great location for Eurostar and was easy to find -photos sent were a great help. We had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good communication with host and would recommend this apartment

Silvia and Lucy were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The flat was nice and extremely clean, and it was great to have a grocery store so close by. The walk to King's Cross station is more like 10 minutes (which was fine, but other people booking might want to know). I think that the flat is best suited to a couple, or 3 people who are staying for a short time and don't have much luggage. Thanks for a nice stay!

Small accommodation in a very good location in relation to St Pancras station (if you come by Eurostar), quiet area. Clean, old accommodation. You can easily make yourself food (there is also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine that does not appear in the listing). There's a supermarket next door with everything you need. Friendly hosts who make recommendations. On the other hand, a bit of DIY would be needed (missing screws on kitchen drawers, bathroom door, curtain rod about to fall off, etc.). The rooms overlooking the street are noisy (kitchen and living room/children's bedroom) because they have single glazing. Finally, there are plumbing and/or damp (or waterproofing?) problems: several traces of damp on the ceiling and unpleasant odours on the second day.

Stayed here during the last leg of a trip to Europe and the location is hard to beat. Being so close to King's Cross meant that we could still go and explore London via underground even if we were limited on time. Not to mention international connections. There's lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a grocery store

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was in a great location with some nice restaurants nearby. It looked like the photos and was perfect for my stay. Silvia was a very helpful and friendly host from the beginning her replies were also very quick. Check in was very easy via a lockbox and door code. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

In terms of value and location the flat is good, but the double bed is very tight in the room. The bathroom is tiny and has a constant smell. More suitable for very short stays.

Sylvia is very quick and clear in communication. The flats are clean and very well located - about a four minute walk from King's Cross.
