The accommodation was filtered by 2 double bedrooms, then after my complaint she changed it according to what I have in the saved chat. The photos look spectacular but when you arrive it's not at all like the photo. It's an old and neglected building, with several aspects to take care of in the apartment. It's 50 years more use than in the photos Like everything in London, accommodation is a rip-off, no matter the price, but that's what I find in this app

The communication was excellent! Location worked really well for us..close to restaurants and trains. No noise at night. We all slept really well.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Shepard's Bush. our daughter was starting University in the area, so the proximity to public transit, shopping and restaurants was perfect! Overall the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is located on a main Street so it is right in the middle of all the energy of Shepard's Bush. It is a very walkable location, even to a car rental place down the street if you are looking to drive out of the city for the day. Sylvia was a wonderful host. She gave us easy and very specific instructions on how to get into the apartment. The communication was very responsive and quick. She check in with us regularly to see if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Since we were staying for two weeks, the cleaners even came in every few days to tidy up and refresh our towels and linens. Since our daughter will be in London for a few years, we will definitely be staying here again! I recommend this place and any place that Sylvia is a host!

A great location for access to Westfield, the tube, shops and restaurants. The owners are super helpful and very nice to deal with. The apartment itself is accessible from the high street, with a convenient Sainsburys below. We didn't expect the very noisy street level cars, sirens, people and horns all day and night, and the noisy machinery at the back of the property. There also appears to be after dark activities in the area and park across the street when we saw police showing up at all hours. I would say its not suitable for families. Given the price, and low availability of other apartments in the area - its a good find, however we wouldn't come to this location with kids.

Lovely host, very responsive and extremely helpful! Place was what we expected, fairly modern and very clean. Beds were comfy enough. Only issue was it was loud outside but that can’t be helped Really enjoyed our stay for visiting London.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s. The flat is spacious and light, and really central. The beds were very comfortable and the decent-sized dining room table made eating-in a pleasant experience. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Some aspects look new (living room carpet and chairs) and other parts could do with a bit of DIY and TLC, but we were still happy with the rental and would come back no problem. We did note though that for four people it would be necessary to have an extra armchair as the 3-person sofa would not be enough. We didn’t do much cooking, just heating up, but if you were cooking properly you would need more oven dishes, extra (serving) spoons etc (just one set of cutlery provided per person with no spares (and we had one spoon missing too, but no big deal). Luckily we had our own can opener. Salt and pepper were provided but no oil so worth bringing your own or asking Silvia if needed, she was friendly and happy to help but we were happy to manage/shop.

Convenient location for transport and shops, professional support before and during the stay. A couple of things were not so great though regarding noise which is not just from the part facing the busy road (expected) but on back side as well where you need to keep the window shut for some sort of engine running all the times . The other not so good aspect is the lack of window in the kitchen that struck me by surprise.

We had a great stay. The apartment is located in a busy spot, with lots of shopping, restaurants and transport nearby. It was quite hot when we stayed so lots of street noise with the windows open.

Centrally located close to multiple transit options and directly in between a park and a mall, the location could not be better. Only drawback was that building shows its age and flat has strong sulfur odor from bathroom intermittently.

This was an ideal place for a trip to London. There are lots of restaurants around it and a quick walk to the underground station to get into London centre really easily. The front bedroom overlooks a busy road but it wasn't that noisy at night. The back bedroom is very quiet. It's also beside Europe's biggest shopping centre so lots to see there too! Silvia was great, easy communication, really clear and lots of local recommendations. Definitely would go back! 10/10 recommend for a trip to London

Great flat in a great location. On the edge of Shepherds Bush Green next to Westfield you couldn't ask for a more central place. Flat was clean, easy to access and as described. Sylvia could not do enough to ensure an easy check in and make sure we had a comfortable and easy stay. Highly recomend.

Lovely place and larger than usual for an accommodation in London. Big rooms and comfortables beds. Two minutes walk from an underground station with easy access to any major part in the city. Highly recommended and would definitely chose it again once back in London.

Perfect location if it's your first time visiting London. Mall is walking distance shops and restaurants around. 7-10 minutes to the tube station. Home away from home. Loved it! Lovely host great accommodation. Sylvia and her team were very helpful and efficient and the flat was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of fluffy towels and bedding was crisp and clean sparkling white. Great fresh coffee machine and essential breakfast bits left for us. Safe and secure self checkin with clear instructions. Supermarket next door was handy. Great Chinese restaurant just round the corner. Perfect for Westfield centre. Noisy but that’s busy London. Would definitely recommend and happily book again.

Silvia was a great host, communication was great. She had decorated for Halloween and left sweets for the children. Greatly received!! We were able to check in earlier to accommodate our train times. Silvia was there as we arrived and was really informative about the local area directing us to the Westfield centre for food. The accommodation felt tired, bathroom was functional, the shower worked but not great if you’re tall. Would benefit from a power shower. As a family of 4 the 3 seater sofa wasn’t great either. My biggest concern was the lack of deadlocks or security chain on the door. There was nothing to secure the door. Over all good stay, god location for tube and tourist London.

Apartment was as described. We liked little sweets, tea and coffee. All was clean and comfortable, worked as designed. We slept well after long days walking and travelling. Silvia has been very helpful and keen to support if needed. So we liked the stay and the nearby shopping center. Thanks again for great first experience in London. Recommend to everyone if you like to explore the city from here ;)

Silvia is the sweetest host. She is very responsive and helped us several times during the stay. The flat was clean, kitchen well equipped and living room really comfortable. We had complementary coffee/milk/sugar/biscuit and jams, which made the stay even better. Thanks for giving us a great experience in London :-)

This is a great location to stay if you are in London for a few days! The price is nice, the location is great, good shopping nearby and there are a lot of good restaurants to choose from when hungry! If you stay here, you are only a few minutes walk from the nearest Tube, even shorter for a classic red double decker that takes you past some good tourist views. The apartment has good beds, we slept well for the week. Of course there is a little noise from traffic, but that is normal for most of big-city London. Sylvia is friendly and helpful, answers quick if you need her!

Silvia is a great host! Quick respond, help all you need. This place is great location, walkable distance to Westfield, supermarket and bus/ tube station! This is a very old building, so no elevator ( acceptable stairs). It’s newly furnished, we can smell it… It’s quite noisy at night because it’s facing main street, you can hear ambulance, police car, especially motorcycles! We have closed all bedroom’s window (except the one in big bedroom because it can’t close completely ) but we can still hear it….. If you are looking for a great location, it’s nice for you!
