Great communication from Sylvia. Smooth check-in. Clear information provided. It is an older building but the flat is very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfy I thought it might be a bit firm at first. We were surprised how quiet it was at night. We slept really well. Plenty of restaurants close by and easy access to the tube. We had all we needed for our self catering short stay.

Considering how expensive London is, this apartment is well priced, according to its central location and all the facilities nearby, including public transportation. It's clean, not too small, has a separate kitchen. It is an easy check-in, and Silvia was always very responsive to all and any questions we had. Recommended.

We stayed at the house for 5 days (4 nights) Beautiful apartment very close to Shepherd's Bush Market station. Very bright and quiet. There was a stain on the wall that the owner apologized for not having time to paint. It was nothing important, however, it was pleasant that he returned 30 pounds for it. The house is located on a main street with many shops around. The only negative is that the area has many Muslim immigrants with all that this entails. However, we never felt fear or threat. I will definitely choose it on my next trip!

Staying in this accommodation was so lovely! We had an incredible time, it was clean and everything we needed was there! Felt right at home and very comfortable. Communication was amazing and they were super welcoming and kind! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

We had a little issue with the door when we arrived, but Silvia arrived in 15 minutes to solve it! Our communication was very good. I found the neighborhood a bit dangerous, especially at night, but it is close to two metro stations that connect with the entire city. In general, the stay was very good! The place was clean and everything was working perfectly.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment which was very clean and well equipped. The location was great for us to get where we wanted with two nearby subway stations and many busses. Even if it's not in the most modern condition (it could use a fresh coat of paint inside, and it’s in an older building with thin walls), that’s fairly typical for London in this price range. The furniture and bed were in great condition though, and all appliances worked perfectly. If you come with the right expectations, you’ll enjoy your stay just as much as we did. A special thanks to our host, Lucy, who was the most responsive, proactive and helpful host I've experienced on this platform. Thank you very much!

Accommodation was very easy to reach by underground. However, the place was infested with slight mold which was right next to the bed. This was also to smell while sleeping. Mold was also visible in the bathroom on the ceiling. But everything else was fine . The stove would also have to be better displayed, had needed something until we understood how it works.

A nice stay and a helpful host😊The place would have needed some renovation, but otherwise just fine. The charger didn't work, but we got to borrow the cleaner's adapter eventually. Absolutely ok place!☺️

The place is quite comfortable, it has a good size bedroom, kitchen and a good bathroom. (In the future it would be great to add washing machine for longer stays) but that's super good. 2 metro lines quite close, one of them 1 block away and the other approx 3. Behind the apartments is an immense square of shops. The heating and hot water worked 100% and right next to it is a super, a cashier, and many shops. I would recommend it 100%

Already checking to see when Sylvia’s flat is available again for my next stay :) Location is 10/10 with the Shepherds Bush Market station at 2min away and the Central Line a 6 minute walk the other side. The bed was super comfortable and Sylvia was very considerate of our requests. The bedroom is VERY spacious by London standards and the giant windows make it very cheerful and open during the day.

The place was amazing, super below the apartment, 2 underground stations within walking distance, bus stops and the Westfield mall which was a 2 minute walk from the apartment, there was always an answer to all my questions and the apartment was just like in the pictures and clean, if I want to stay in this area again I will probably come back again

Really quiet and cozy apartment. Completely stylish and all fixtures seemed very new, almost like a hotel. Silvia was super helpful, and when we had a problem with some mechanics in the kitchen, she sent the cleaner (who was also super nice and helpful) to help. Easy to get into the centre with direct line from the shepherd's bush market. Definitely recommendable 😁

Silvia was a fantastic host, always available and checking in frequently. The property was in a great location, near to Shepherds Bush Empire (our destination for the stay) but also a short walk to Westfield Shopping Centre and the tube station. Would gladly stay again in the future

Lucy was always very attentive to any requests and/or queries. It quite facilitated our stay in London, the spotless and comfortable space, very well connected with two tube stations and a 1st level shopping mall. The Sheperd's Bush area is close to Notting Hill, and has plenty of options for eating, shopping for groceries, and having fun. Despite being a noisy sector, the flattery of the apartment is very good, therefore the noise of the area is not perceived, 100% recommended ☺️👌🏻

In the area there are supermarkets, a large shopping center and two nearby metro stops. Good leisure and accessible walking to Paddington, Notting Hill and Kensington. Even though the street is set, the apartment is well insulated and rests quietly. Great value.

Silvia and Lucy have been wonderful hosts. They provided clear instructions of check in and check out, and also offered free early bag drop at the apartment! The unit is at a strategic location - easily accessible with different transportations, has a supermarket right downstairs and Westfields in close proximity. It is also very clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend!

really enjoyed my stay. the place was clean and tidy. very responsive hosts, i got a little confused about fining the key and got a response within minutes. I also got sent instructions on the day to check in with how to use the codes to open the door that also got send with a video to make it crystal clear.

location is good, just 6 mins walk to the tube station... there are tons of restaurants in the neighborhood along with supermarket too silvia has been very helpful and always responds very quick ! its got everything u need in the kitchen too.. the only one thing is it was kinda hot during our stay and the windows are all locked sometimes we do find it a little bit suffocated ... however in general with the price and value in UK like this, i think its pretty good after all

Everything is good, but a few comments though: - it absolutely takes a real subscription to the different channels ( much more channels) of TV; there was only access to very few channels; practically only the BBC!! The owner must subscribe to a subscription by Box; it only costs 25 pounds per month!! - you need tea towels for the kitchen: Tea Towels; - you need a slippage rug for the bathtub, because it is dangerous, and a slide when taking a bath or go is a real risk!! - you need a door stop for the living room, and bedroom to prevent the living room from closing constantly.

Very quick to find. Very good procedure for getting into the building and then to the apartment. All information was communicated by email one day before. The location is highly recommended. Supermarket etc. almost outside the front door. Immediate bus station and small walk to the metro station. Quick access to typical Sightseeing. Very quiet apartment despite lively surroundings. All in all very happy. Hostess was always available.
