Hi, Unfortunately, my recent stay at Silvia’s place did not meet expectations. While the location was convenient, with the train station very close and a large Westfield shopping mall next door offering plenty of food and shopping options, that was the main positive. The apartment itself did not reflect the photos or the description mentioning recent renovations. The flooring was uneven and sloped, which caused doors to swing and bang on their own. This was uncomfortable and concerning. I was also told what to do if the fire alarm was triggered, which made me uneasy about using the kitchen for normal cooking. I had to keep a window open at all times to avoid setting off the alarm. Kitchen amenities were quite limited as well. The TV was placed in the twin bedroom instead of a shared common area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the outer apartment door was being propped open using fire extinguishers, which I found unsafe and alarming.

Silvia is a host who responds super fast, has fun tips to do in London. And is very friendly. The accommodation is close to the metro. Good to go to central London.

This is quite an old apartment and pictures are way better than reality. Can’t say it’s a place where you want to come back and rest. I would say it’s very outdated and requires a refurbishment and would be okay only if you want only to sleep after long sightseeing in London which wasn’t our case. I don’t know if the value for money is good because didn’t study the market in London well. The worst we experienced was bad small (maybe from trash bins that just remains) in the apartment and all our closes got this smell and very poor internet connection. Also note that they don’t provide basic stuff like washing powered and when we stay downstairs sainburies ran out it, so we never managed to was our clothes even though there’s an option. Apart from that the place has everything you need and location is very good. However it’s not a place you want to come back and I was happy to leave.

The stay offers everything that is described, in the house you are comfortable, check-in was simple. The property is old with all that entails but it is more than fine.
