Hi, Unfortunately, my recent stay at Silvia’s place did not meet expectations. While the location was convenient, with the train station very close and a large Westfield shopping mall next door offering plenty of food and shopping options, that was the main positive. The apartment itself did not reflect the photos or the description mentioning recent renovations. The flooring was uneven and sloped, which caused doors to swing and bang on their own. This was uncomfortable and concerning. I was also told what to do if the fire alarm was triggered, which made me uneasy about using the kitchen for normal cooking. I had to keep a window open at all times to avoid setting off the alarm. Kitchen amenities were quite limited as well. The TV was placed in the twin bedroom instead of a shared common area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the outer apartment door was being propped open using fire extinguishers, which I found unsafe and alarming.

Silvia is a host who responds super fast, has fun tips to do in London. And is very friendly. The accommodation is close to the metro. Good to go to central London.

This is quite an old apartment and pictures are way better than reality. Can’t say it’s a place where you want to come back and rest. I would say it’s very outdated and requires a refurbishment and would be okay only if you want only to sleep after long sightseeing in London which wasn’t our case. I don’t know if the value for money is good because didn’t study the market in London well. The worst we experienced was bad small (maybe from trash bins that just remains) in the apartment and all our closes got this smell and very poor internet connection. Also note that they don’t provide basic stuff like washing powered and when we stay downstairs sainburies ran out it, so we never managed to was our clothes even though there’s an option. Apart from that the place has everything you need and location is very good. However it’s not a place you want to come back and I was happy to leave.

Our party of three was very pleased to stay at this location. Silvia and the rest of the team were very resourceful, although we didnt need or had any issues during our stay for them to resolve. Entrance was smooth, communication was available at all times. There were many restaurants and shops to eat or buy snacks around. Subway was 3 blocks away, connected to Central Line which made it very easy to move to central london. The area can feel a bit heavy to Walk around at night but, like I said, we were a party of three and it was a short walk from the subway. Bus stops were also right outside. I’d say it’s very well located! The apartament was clean, tidy and well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, laudry, hair dryer, kitchenware, etc. this made our stay very comfortable. They also left some sugar, ketchup and species for us to use. In general all areas were sufficient, there were hangers, paper tissue, towels and room for our clothes. Bathroom was big enough too. great stay

The apartment is perfect - good value for money. Good and accessible location. It does not have a lift (this is indicated in the description, but it is important to keep this in mind). The apartment needs some minor refurbishment due to use, but nothing too important, ideal for a few days in London. Thank you!

We had no problem finding the flat with Silvia’s instructions. She is really friendly and makes herself available on what’s app. Very pleased with our stay. I used to leave in this area years ago so I wasn’t surprised by the surroundings. The flat is located on the main access of Shepherds Bush, so if you don’t like popular, busy and noisy places maybe find somewhere else. This is London! It didn’t affect our stay and we had a great time. 5mn walk to tube but also to train is a big bonus! I would definitely not hesitate to come back! Oh and just to confirm there is no sofa in the flat. I was a bit disappointed specially after wondering around all day I would appreciate so much being able to relax on a nice and cosy sofa 🙃 But I was kind of expecting it after reading the reviews. Just an idea: the twin bedroom is big so maybe you could try to put a sofa in that room so the guests can spend time together after a day out 😏 Anyway thank you so much!

We had an excellent stay at this location with a nice kitchen and spacious rooms! Lots of restaurants along the street, and just a few minutes of walking to nearby subway stations made for a comfortable and convenient stay. You will feel right at home here :)

Apartment located on the 3rd floor (without elevators) in a building entirely composed of Airbnb accommodation, quietly located near Westfield London Mall and Shepherd's bush and Shepherd's bush Market. It consists of one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Perfect apartment to visit in London. We felt good about it.

The apartment is just as they appear in the photos! metro station next to it and market next to it!many locals and supermarkets nearby! The only thing that is missed are outlets in the bedrooms, there are only one in each bedroom and the bedrooms are spacious. The communication is Silvia was great and she was very helpful at all times. Te atiende in minutes

We stayed here for couple of nights. The flat itself is big, clean, and organised. It has two rooms, a dining room and kitchen, toilet and shower. It's on the 3rd floor so be mindful for those with mobility issues and bringing lots of luggage, but it's a good exercise for those healthy! Location is perfect, just few steps away from Westfield mall which is soon big! There are also lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Sylvia and her colleagues are the best, they are very accommodating and answers all our queries. Tube is few minutes walk and then you can go to Central London.

Relatively well located apartment, easy access in hyper-centre Londoners. Great selection of restaurants nearby (large varieties ranging from chains to small, intimate restaurants to traditional Pubs). There are plenty of supermarkets nearby (including one just below the apartment that stays open late) The host is very responsive (via messaging) and very detailed information for key access (code box). A few signs of age (humidity) on the furniture and floor, but the apartment and linens were very clean. Great space in the bedrooms and kitchens, easy to ventilate with the many windows (including bathroom-toilet) and relatively unobstructed views because 2nd floor. There are no chairs or sofas, for those who would like to relax. The number of cutlery and dishes is exactly 4. Very good accommodation option for a London tour of a few days.

Kitchen and twin room great with tv. Note there’s no lounge or tv in double room. Not that that was an issue for us if you’re visiting and sightseeing it’s in an ideal location with tube few minutes away. Fantastic communication and instructions from host

The apartment was very bright, clean and nice. It was very well located between 2 metro stations and we found a small shop just downstairs from the apartment. On the other hand, the negative point is the lack of dishes, no dish for the oven, no bowl and just 4 plates and cutlery for 4 people, too bad!

Our stay went very well. The apartment was as described. It is very close to two subways and buses. The shopping center just next door offers plenty of restaurants, perfect if you don't want to cook! Silvia is very responsive if we need information.

it was neat and clean. rRight good beds. but it was super unfortunate that there was not a living room as described. we had first found another home that had another patio unit. but we chose this one even though it was expensive. the living room was quite important to us due to our family situation. as we have one that needs to be able to retreat.

The apartment was spacious and ideal for a family of four. Ease access to public transport facilities, shopping centres and restaurants. Silvia was great with communicating with us when we needed her and resolved matters instantly. However, the apartment needs some TLC and the ironing board needs to be upgraded.

Listing as described! Sylvia is very nice and extremely responsive! Make sure to close the door to the building because the neighborhood is not very safe in the evening... a lot of homeless people on the street. The bedding is perfect! is missing a living room

We stayed in this area at a quiet, second -story flat several years ago in this neighborhood, -with this host. The neighborhood has completely changed since then, and this flat, as a sixth-floor walk-up was not a comparable accommodation experience. The entry is on the very busy retail high street & it feels always observed & requires guests to secure door to prevent inadvertent entry to non-residents. Single stairwell for 9 units with magnetic key fob or punched-in code required for egress. Was told that building was recently re-certified for fire safety. Unit was clean & beds and furniture were functional & seemed recently acquired. Overall condition of fit & finish of unit was oddly weak. Not non-functional, just consistently weak in materials & execution. Noted that egress from flat may be a point of potential future improvement for owners. Our host was helpful & when we were unable to remain for part of our scheduled stay she was responsive & professional.
