Silvy was a great hostess! She responded quickly and provided lots of information. All the instructions came timely so we knew what we would walk into. It was easy to reach and easy to check-in. We absolutely loved the location! Such a nice neighbourhood with everything close to us. A fun pub at the end of the street and a little Sainsbury next to us. The room was as described and one thing that stood out to us what that they have an iron! Helped a lot with our wrinky clothes from traveling :) When we come back to London we will be booking again with Silvy for sure!!

Apartment located a stone's throw from a shopping center, close to the center quite quickly thanks to the station which is also a stone's throw from the accommodation. The street of the accommodation is not the cleanest in London but the accommodation is impeccable!!! 10/10 for cleanliness 👍 You must not be a light sleeper because sometimes noisy (neighbors, water heater) but I only remember the positive things about this apartment and thank you again to Sylvia who was always available despite the time we contacted her and super super nice. I would come back!

We had a great time in this apartment, a very important thing was that it was very clean! The host was super responsive and always answered all our questions. The area is very quiet and is close to the metro! We will definitely be back 🤗

Silvia was a very responsive host, she stayed in touch with us throughout the stay. The accommodation is clean with a towel change service. It is 3 minutes from two metro lines, which is nice. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This place is of very low standard. I didn’t stay here it was horrible. Sylvia and Airbnb said they would address my complaints within 72 hours. I heard nothing. They charged me the full price even though it was misrepresented and I didn’t stay. Only book this place if you are happy with old tired decor. And a slightly sticky, edgy feeling. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. If you want something on par with a 3 star hotel you will be disappointed here. Absolutely shocking experience all round. Should have LOW BUDGET as the first 2 words in the description. Shocking.

Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to London!! Amazing host, genuinely couldn’t be more helpful. Detailed instructions and a flexible check in were extremely helpful after my long flight. Apartment was lovely with everything you could need during your stay also very clean. Will definitely be staying again when i’m back in London!!

We stayed four nights. Check-in was smooth, and the location is easy to find, near metro stations. However, the apartment is extremely noisy—not just due to the neighbors (you can easily hear everything in the building) but also loud piping, poor ventilation, a blinking red light above the bed, and an uncomfortable mattress. Sleep was nearly impossible. The compact bathroom had basic amenities only: four towels and a hairdryer. At 160 cm, I found the shower cramped. Both the sink and shower were heavily clogged. Though the listing didn’t mention extra charges, the host asked for £6 per person for additional towels and limited toilet paper, citing “sustainability.” This felt dishonest. The street from the metro had groups of drunk people around 9:30 PM every night, which may feel unsafe, especially for solo female travelers. Overall, it’s overpriced—even for London—and the host’s behavior felt scammy. The location is the only upside. Book only if you’re out of options

You can hardly expect a better Airbnb apartment in London with adequate space, easy transportation access, safety and of course, highly reasonable price! A commercial complex is just behind the apartment offering everything from luxury clothes to discount sneakers. Sainsbury’s is literally beside the entrance. Nearest underground accessible by only a 5 min walk. Great place in general for someone who wants to enjoy a peaceful stay in London with limited budget.

Small apartment equipped with every amenity. A few minutes from the red metro line, a few stops away from the main attractions and with a large shopping center nearby (2 min walk) where you can also eat. Hosts and co-hosts were very present, always available to accommodate every request. Easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back!

Host communication was excellent! Lucy was a great assistant throughout our stay at the accommodation. It was my first time in Shepherd's Bush, everything considered the location is okay. Despite not being my favourite area in London, it is very well-served with buses, metro stops and shops. The building is not mint, but our room with a private bathroom was perfect for a short stay and was well-clean.

The space is pretty basic, but works fine as a place to sleep and is good value for the area. Located on a busy road, in a building with several other individual rooms, so you may have to look around for the lockbox, though the check-in instructions work well. Note that only hand soap is provided in the bathroom, so you'll need to pick up other amenities for longer stays.

Good place to stay, very close to the tube and the shopping centre (massive one). Commutable and very clean and tidy, toilet even came with a tamper evident sanitary seal! Jams and coffee provided alongside a fridge and a microwave. Perfect for a couple of nights in the city. The host was very responsive and took time to send recommendations and gave very clear instructions to get in, including a photo of the door. Check in was flexible self check in which was very handy. Silvia was great to communicate with and proactive to make sure we had all the required information prior to checkin. Room was as described, small but normal for London standards. Room gets very hot when it’s hot outside but we were provided with a fan to help with this.

The accommodation was very nice and clearly arranged, exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable immediately. Silvia's communication was truly outstanding: even in hotels, I have never felt so well taken care of. It was extremely professional. We received detailed instructions for the check-in and she also checked in with us in between to see if we needed anything. The area was also ideal for us, with several tube stations nearby and the Westfield Shopping Centre.

Pretty nice place! Not very big but it's enough. The accommodation is located not far from two different metro stations which is convenient. The neighborhood is without more (there are still 2, 3 pubs nearby) but makes it pretty quick in central London.

It's a great place to sleep, and maybe rest after a long day in London. Easy to get to a lot of places from there. Mega shopping until 10pm around the corner… But all that just makes AirBNB easy, it's not here! Everything happens on emails and another platform! For you as a traveler, it's quite a hassle! This home is more of a reference to a hotel..But a nice hotel for the price.

The transport is very convenient and the interior of the room is clean and hygienic. Silvia was very good at communicating and provided excellent care and the room was cleaned in a very timely manner. They are very specialised. The room was also easy and comfortable to stay in, the only thing worth noting is that the bathroom is relatively small.
