Had a lovely stay here. Location was great close to Kings Cross/St Pancras making it easy to get around London and catch early morning airport train. Accommodation was small but fine for a few days and was clean. Check in was very straightforward and host was very responsive. Was a little noisy at night if you arent used to traffic outsude your door. Great for a short trip to London

Exactly what we needed for our stay in London. Cute, clean apartment in a very convenient location for easy access to all of London from Kings Cross station. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the location of the apartment very much: within walking distance of St. Pancras station and many restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The apartment is small but well equipped. Good tip: travel with little luggage, because the staircase is narrow and the apartment has little storage space.

A nice, affordable place to stay for a couple nights, excellent location. we received a message with check in info that morning and recommendations for the area. you can hear the trains/city generally in the day, but it's far enough to not be very noticeable. I went to bed at around midnight and I was fine. everything was clean and tidy. regular busses close by so even the 7 minutes walk to the underground wasn't needed most of the time, but either way great for somewhere to crash whatever you're doing in London .

We were really positively surprised. The host sent a detailed instruction on how to get into the Airbnb. At no time were we left in the lurch or without help, as they always responded immediately. The location was really perfect, 3 minutes' walk from Kings Cross train station. We would stay there again and again 🥰

Silvia’s place was great! Easy accessible, located perfectly (less than 5 mins of walking from King’s Cross and St. Pancras). Everything was clean and Silvia is a very responsive host. I’ll definitely consider the place again in my next trip to London.

Great stay for a business conference, Silvia was very pro-active in communications, providing timely instructions and had great recommendations for the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!

Sylvia was extremely efficient with her instructions and communication, and responded almost immediately to every message. If you need to be near Kings Cross station and aren't spending too much time at home, then Silvia's place is a good option. For me, I would have liked a bit more space and opportunity to relax - the bathroom is tiny and the "couch" can only be sat on by one person. There were also quite a few house rules to remember e.g. not using towels with make-up no (however no face washer was provided). If you are staying in the front room, you can expect some London noise, but that would be expected anywhere. The bedroom windows could do with some soundproofing, as they rattled a bit during the night.

It was the highest room because I was assigned to room 4. There was no elevator, so it was so hard to carry my luggage up: (2 bedrooms, 1 TV room, 1 toilet, kitchen. It wasn't spacious, but I used the TV room really well. It was a Samsung smart TV, so it was good to listen to music and watch videos. There is also a kitchen, so we made kimchi and fried chicken soup at the accommodation. The wifi burst well, so I stayed comfortably.

Small but exquisite 😊 The apartment is super central to KingCross train station. The apartment is as in the photos. Except for the narrow hallways and the steep stairs, the apartment was small but nice. We will be happy to come back.

The whole contactless Check-In was well comunicated and pretty easy. We loved staying there, very charming place with great transportion options. Silvia responded on my texts within minutes and you could tell that she is a very caring individual. I defintely can recommend booking over her. For my next visit, I defintely contact her again . We had a great time in London and Silvia’s place was the perfect location for our daily trips to different places. Everything we needed was available. The beds are good and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower is a bit basic. The communication with Silvia was great, she was responsive, flexible and friendly. Overall we would recommend this place as a hub for exploring London.

Silvia's attention was magnificent, the apartment is very well located and has everything you need . The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small and the heating was loose, it was a bit cold.

My friend and I had a holiday in London and Silvia’s flat was perfect for us. The location was ideal to go anywhere in London and have a day trip to other cities as well. Everything we needed was there, like kitchenwares, hair dryer, laundry detergent and even softener. We could cooked a lot and spend a great time there. Check in and out was also very clear and well organized. Thank you!

The accommodation was clean, which for us is essential. It is really small, however, but we have adapted to it. The beds are very comfortable. It would have been appreciated to have paper towels and Kleenex. We had to buy laundry soap that we left behind, along with other toilet paper. Be aware that the hallways are narrow and the apartment is upstairs so when we have big suitcases, it's a bit arduous on the stairs. When it's windy, the windows slam a little and you can hear the street noise. Overall it was good, the place is very well located. Contact with Silvia was also easy.

A nice ‘tiny’ flat that met our family’s needs. Comfortable beds, clean, well stocked kitchen, good communication for check in and close to Kings Cross Station with access to train, bus, etc. A little noise from street traffic and note that it is a small space but overall a good stay.

Silvia’s place was amazing and the perfect spot for me! The location was perfect - the flat was awesome and Silvia was so helpful and accommodating for everything from the moment I checked in. Would recommend this 100 times over!
