Apartment with an excellent location for getting around the city. Even though it's small, it has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home, and it was perfectly clean. It's on a lively street with lots of restaurants, a supermarket two minutes away, and King's Cross station a five-minute walk away. The hosts were very friendly and gave us clear and timely instructions. Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

It's quite good, but the stairs are a bit difficult to climb. There are three fans, which are very useful.

It’s fine, I was in a group of 3 and honestly it felt pretty tight. Shower was super small. Bedrooms left little to be desired with no space to move. Great location, host communicates well. No A/C and fans don’t really work well. We avoided the London heatwave but for some reason being up high made it so much hotter. It was refreshing to walk out every time we did. It’s a great location pretty central to everything and near multiple underground lines and buses. That’s hard to be beat. Place is ok but location and price help make up for it. Recommend if you plan on only sleeping there. Pick another if you want to spend time inside your place at times.

Excellent location and easy to find. The host provided very clear instructions. As others have mentioned, if you’re a light sleeper you will need earplugs or something for the noise aa the street is very busy with VERY loud vehicles throughout the night. This is obviously out of the control of the host. We were there during 30+ degree weather and the apartment was extremely hot due to it being on the 3rd floor and intense sun on the front of the house during the day. It was impossible to get it cooled down despite 3 fans and trying to create a cross breeze with windows. Keep this is mind if you struggle with heat. As well, as others have mentioned the stairs is very narrow so not a good choice for those with mobility issues or travelling with a lot/heavy luggage. Keeping those things in mind, this is a great space for 2-3 people and has everything you’d need during your stay. We really appreciated having access to a washer and drying rack.

This was such a great place to stay! It was so nice and convenient to be just a few minutes from King’s Cross and the area was wonderful. Check in was so clear and had zero issue getting in since the instructions were super clear and had photos too. The hosts were so helpful and always responsive and even sent along some great recommendations in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cosy little apartment on the Caledonian Road. Check in was easy and all communication was clear and timely throughout. Good value for money and good use of the limited space. Just a couple of mins road the corner from both major train stations.

The apartment's greatest advantage is its location, as it's just a few metres from restaurants, shops and King's Cross station, which makes getting around much easier. The flat is very small, especially the bathroom. The access stairs are very difficult to climb, especially for someone of an older age, but in general they're fine.

The host was super accommodating and responsive. They checked in several times to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. I really loved how close this place was to Kings Cross and Tesco. That was super helpful! Plus there are lots of great restaurants and cafes around.

When you’re travelling, having accommodation with such close proximity to Kings Cross is ideal. Plenty of food and drink options on hand too. The accommodation is neat and compact; perfect for those who want a base, with standard creature comforts.

Beautiful 2 bed flat at an unbeatable location walkable to every type of place and the Saint Pancras central station! Perfect for my stay. It also has helpful items such as a standing fan if it gets hot :) A few things to note 1) Some kitchen plates and utensils don’t seem washed properly, not super clean so needed to wash again 2) The smallest sink i have ever seen in a bathroom, difficult to wash face without spilling but that’s okay 3) Washer but no dryer and get detergent if you want to wash as won’t be supplied, also get body wash and shampoo from the store nearby… easy to miss from the listing 4) Communication hours are like a 12 hour window in a day so make sure to ask for wifi details if missed in check-in instructions Overall an amazing stay, communication, easy check in, and friendly hosts! I would definitely stay again :)

Had a lovely stay here. Location was great close to Kings Cross/St Pancras making it easy to get around London and catch early morning airport train. Accommodation was small but fine for a few days and was clean. Check in was very straightforward and host was very responsive. Was a little noisy at night if you arent used to traffic outsude your door. Great for a short trip to London

We liked the location of the apartment very much: within walking distance of St. Pancras station and many restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The apartment is small but well equipped. Good tip: travel with little luggage, because the staircase is narrow and the apartment has little storage space.

A nice, affordable place to stay for a couple nights, excellent location. we received a message with check in info that morning and recommendations for the area. you can hear the trains/city generally in the day, but it's far enough to not be very noticeable. I went to bed at around midnight and I was fine. everything was clean and tidy. regular busses close by so even the 7 minutes walk to the underground wasn't needed most of the time, but either way great for somewhere to crash whatever you're doing in London .

We were really positively surprised. The host sent a detailed instruction on how to get into the Airbnb. At no time were we left in the lurch or without help, as they always responded immediately. The location was really perfect, 3 minutes' walk from Kings Cross train station. We would stay there again and again 🥰

Silvia’s place was great! Easy accessible, located perfectly (less than 5 mins of walking from King’s Cross and St. Pancras). Everything was clean and Silvia is a very responsive host. I’ll definitely consider the place again in my next trip to London.

Sylvia was extremely efficient with her instructions and communication, and responded almost immediately to every message. If you need to be near Kings Cross station and aren't spending too much time at home, then Silvia's place is a good option. For me, I would have liked a bit more space and opportunity to relax - the bathroom is tiny and the "couch" can only be sat on by one person. There were also quite a few house rules to remember e.g. not using towels with make-up no (however no face washer was provided). If you are staying in the front room, you can expect some London noise, but that would be expected anywhere. The bedroom windows could do with some soundproofing, as they rattled a bit during the night.

I was assigned room 4, which was the highest room. There was no lift, so it was really hard to go up with my luggage. ;( Two bedrooms, one TV room, one bathroom, and a kitchen. It wasn't spacious, but I really made good use of the TV room. It's a Samsung Smart TV, so I used mirroring to listen to music and watch videos, and it was great. There was also a kitchen, so I made and ate kimchi pancakes and spicy Korean fried chicken in the accommodation. The Wi-Fi also worked well, so I had a comfortable stay.

Small but exquisite 😊 The apartment is super central to KingCross train station. The apartment is as in the photos. Except for the narrow hallways and the steep stairs, the apartment was small but nice. We will be happy to come back.

The whole contactless Check-In was well comunicated and pretty easy. We loved staying there, very charming place with great transportion options. Silvia responded on my texts within minutes and you could tell that she is a very caring individual. I defintely can recommend booking over her. For my next visit, I defintely contact her again . We had a great time in London and Silvia’s place was the perfect location for our daily trips to different places. Everything we needed was available. The beds are good and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower is a bit basic. The communication with Silvia was great, she was responsive, flexible and friendly. Overall we would recommend this place as a hub for exploring London.

Silvia's attention was magnificent, the apartment is very well located and has everything you need . The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small and the heating was loose, it was a bit cold.

My friend and I had a holiday in London and Silvia’s flat was perfect for us. The location was ideal to go anywhere in London and have a day trip to other cities as well. Everything we needed was there, like kitchenwares, hair dryer, laundry detergent and even softener. We could cooked a lot and spend a great time there. Check in and out was also very clear and well organized. Thank you!

The accommodation was clean, which for us is essential. It is really small, however, but we have adapted to it. The beds are very comfortable. It would have been appreciated to have paper towels and Kleenex. We had to buy laundry soap that we left behind, along with other toilet paper. Be aware that the hallways are narrow and the apartment is upstairs so when we have big suitcases, it's a bit arduous on the stairs. When it's windy, the windows slam a little and you can hear the street noise. Overall it was good, the place is very well located. Contact with Silvia was also easy.

A nice ‘tiny’ flat that met our family’s needs. Comfortable beds, clean, well stocked kitchen, good communication for check in and close to Kings Cross Station with access to train, bus, etc. A little noise from street traffic and note that it is a small space but overall a good stay.

Silvia’s place was amazing and the perfect spot for me! The location was perfect - the flat was awesome and Silvia was so helpful and accommodating for everything from the moment I checked in. Would recommend this 100 times over!
