Beautiful property in the center. Nice beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious but could be cleaner. Slightly messy drawers and the dishes weren't clean. Maybe a problem with the dishwasher or hard water? Communication went well, quick response to our questions and extra bedding for the sofa bed was quickly arranged. After consultation, we could leave luggage early and leave later so that was very nice. Had a nice weekend in Leuven.

Fantastic house. We were only 3 people, so plenty of space. But there is also plenty of room for 6 people. The house has all the comforts. Beautiful location, in the city center. Clear description where you could park, for example. I'm glad you don't have to figure that out yourself. On the last evening, we got a message that we could take it easy on the day of departure and even stay until the afternoon. The duty called again, so no use was made there, but it felt really very hospitable.

This place was the heart of Leuven. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment gave everyone their own space when they needed it. We were traveling with small kids and there was not a playground close by. The kids loved the bunk beds and wall of boardgames provided by the host. Would stay here for next visit to Leuven.

We highly recommend Liesbeth's apartment especially because of the central location! We were there with 5 adults and the apartment was big enough. At the weekend, however, the sounds of people partying on the side of the square disturbed the night's rest a bit. Alternatively, we slept with the window closed

The house was ideal for our family’s two-night visit to Leuven. One of the beds is a sofa bed which was okay but maybe not ideal for a longer stay. It’s in a nice area and centrally located, close to restaurants and supermarkets. We didn’t meet Liesbeth but she responded quickly to questions and let us check out late, which was helpful.

Our family of four comfortably stayed at Liesbeth’s place in winter. Arrival was smooth with the key box. The house is larger than what the photos would suggest and stylishly decorated. We like that there was a separate tv room with lots of board games and books; this helped keeping the kids entertained. The house is very centrally located and overlooks one of Leuven’s squares. All sights are within walking distance. There is only (paid) street parking but there is a commercial parking nearby which is cheap (we paid 13eur for three days). Overall recommend Liesbeth’s place for exploring Leuven!

The six of us stayed here for three nights for our annual friends weekend and enjoyed it. Beautiful apartment in the middle of the center and equipped with every comfort and comfort. Liesbeth is very friendly, communicative and very flexible (for example, we were allowed to check out a little later without asking for it ourselves). This apartment is really recommended if you plan to go to Leuven for a weekend.

This is a great place to stay! Liesbeth was friendly and helpful with anything we need. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it felt very peaceful and homely. One slight downside was no free onsite parking but the alternatives were fine and it gives you a chance to see more of Leuven. Big house, everything you need, only issue we had was with mosquitoes, I recommend closing windows in the evening. Having a selection of coffee available was appreciated, as was the washing machine and dryer. Apartment was clean, and in a great location. Having use of the garage to store bikes was also very useful.

The sofa bed is well liked, the room can be locked properly for privacy, the (living)kitchen is spacious enough for use when the sofa bed is occupied. Nice lunch at the Optimist in the extension of the street and you can walk straight to nice boutiques and restaurants.

The decor is sober, especially in the living room. No window treatments ( little privacy with neighbors) or anything on the wall. Liesbeth gave great information and is very helpful. Because the dishwasher is not cleaned properly, pans, crockery and cutlery are not clean. For 150€ cleaning fee, the kitchen and bathrooms are really much cleaner. Furthermore, great house in a great location with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Leuven is a great city!

The house is as described/shown and is well equipped, and has plenty of space, and is well maintained. The balcony was enjoyable in the afternoon. Liesbeth communicated clearly . A point of attention is the ground floor entry which smelled a bit when we arrived, not a great problem.

My husband and I stayed in this townhouse while visiting my daughter in Leuven. As it turned out she stayed there with us to have a change from the dorm. The townhouse is in a fabulous location! It is just a couple of minutes from Oude Markt, and the Stadthuis; it is a 15-20 minute brisk walk to the train station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near the house. The townhouse is exactly as described on the website. We found the minimalist decor peaceful. The house has everything that we needed for our 6 day stay. There was more than enough space for the three of us! We could easily have been 5 or 6 and still had plenty of room. There are 2 bathrooms- one is between the bedrooms on the third floor with doors opening into both, and one is on a landing between the first (street level) and second (living room/kitchen level) floors. The bathrooms are modern and nice. There is a washer/ dryer unit in the downstairs bathroom. We found that it worked out perfectly for us!! The host was great about responding to our questions. Our arrival time changed (putting us in Leuven late Sunday) and Liesbeth was gracious enough to get us a few groceries so we would be able to have breakfast in the house the following morning. She even left us a few Belgian beers to try! I would just mention that since this is a townhouse, there are several flights of stairs. This didn’t affect us but if you don’t manage stairs easily, it might be difficult. Overall, we think this is a great place to stay and will try to book it again if we are in Leuven!!

No parking but there is space on the square and (cheaper) a relatively short walk away in the canal area. Sound isolation was good, when windows in rooms were closed we could not hear the nightlife. We enjoyed our stay.

Liesbeth and her family were amazing hosts. They helped us with everything from dinner reservations to printing travel documents and just being over the top gracious. It was the World Championships of Cycling week in Leuven and they made it even more special. They included us in their private watch party. They are The Best. The house is simply wonderful - in a great, central location in Leuven, with large rooms, a sit-out balcony over looking one of Leuven's squares, and every amenity in the property one could want for a great city-break. The hose, Liesbeth, made sure check-in was easy (with a combo-code key safe outside the property), and then some nice touches awaited us, including plenty of towels, scented candles, a coffee machine in the (very well equipped) kitchen and a few treats in the fridge after our long journey. The waterfall showers were a lovely way to wake up in the morning, and the high ceilings and sizeable rooms allowed for a feeling of plenty of space even as we had to spend our first ten days in quarantine. Overall it's hard to think of a nicer place to spend a fortnight in Leuven.

We stayed with our family of 5 days at Liesbeth for the sake of a remodel. The hospitality of Liesbeth is really fantastic. There are two full bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living. Everything for baby (chair and bed) are provided. We were not short of anything. We knew there was no garden, and that was no problem for us. Great stay!

The host is very responsive and provided us promptly with some kitchen items we were missing as to prepare some extended dinners. What you see is what you get. Crackling net, cozy, everything is available. The small attentions (drinks in fridge, spices and oil present, coffee and tea, shampoo...) will make you feel right at home. We did not meet Liesbeth, but can be reached very easily via messages.
