L emplacement de l appartement, près des plages, de la vieille ville, des commerces, des restaurants, des bus.
Résidence très agréable avec la piscine.
La clim est très efficace. La machine à laver est une bonne surprise. L espace dans l appartement est très agréable. La vue sur la piscine. La literie. L ascenseur. On a pu rester quelques heures de plus pour attendre notre avion.

Le canapé très mou. La déco est un peu ancienne mais ce n est pas grave.

L’emplacement, la propreté

Deficile a trouver l’appartement , tu doit récupérer les clés dans une autre résidence que celle que t’as pris .
De préférence il faut laisser les clés a la réception de la
Résidence concernée pour faciliter l’accès.

Location Good

We collected the keys but were sent to a completely different location.
We were provided with a map which was wrong. After a while wandering around we followed the narrative and ignored the map.
The keys were difficult to operate. We eventually managed to get in and just used one key thereafter in fear of locking ourselves out. Patio doors did not lock at all.
The wifi Network provided was incorrect. We eventually figured this out and by trial and error found the Network from which the password worked.
Safe wasn't lockable so we had to carry our valuables with us.
There were insufficient towels and there was no chambermaid service to obtain more. No one to ask as the reception desks said they were just security and their job was to hand out envelopes with keys in them. They wouldn't even help with directions.
Soap only. No other complimentary cosmetics.
The mattress was very thin and it was like sleeping on concrete.

Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
