We like to spend part of the winter in Span each year and Marbella is one of our favourite places, there is so much to see and do and this winter every thing is open again. This apartment was perfect for us, we stayed for the whole month of November, although we are only a couple, we like space and this had it in spades. It was extremely well equipped, only missing a coffee machine, which we were able to purchase locally. It feels like staying in someone’s home, quality furniture, upgraded bathrooms and comfortable beds. It has a fabulous large terrace facing south, with a view of the garden. Parque Marbella is a very well kept building and in a perfect location for us, just a short walk to all that Marbella has to offer, no need for a car. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for another month next year.

Great apartment in a great location what more could you ask for. We all loved it and would definitely return.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
