We booked the place for two weeks, but we left early. 1. The toilets are incredibly poorly positioned, so you can hardly use them. 2. Upon arrival, the apartment was unfortunately not really clean. 3. A cleaning, after the first week, was rejected in the most rude manner after several requests! As Info here there were no cleaning products in the apartment to keep it clean. We also shared this information with the landlords, but unfortunately she didn't care and was not ready to solve any problems!! I haven't experienced such behavior in a long time. 3. Absolutely terrible and disrespectful behavior from the landlords!!

We spent a week with family in August (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is on the sixth floor and the view from the terrace is beautiful (sea view + pool). The building is ideally located by the sea and close to the old town.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
