The best part of staying at SKOL apartments is the location and views. You are in the heart of Marbella with all the great restaurants within walking distance. You don't actually need a car but if you do hire one there is an arrangement with the local car park at a daily rate. Our duplex apartment was perfect, with a small balcony off the sitting room for al fresco dining. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for such a small unit so you could chose to stay in and cook. Everything from coffee maker to electric orange squeezer was provided along with a huge selection of cutlery. crockery and utensils. The bedroom area on the upper floor has magnificent views. Although the shower room is rather small it functioned well with plenty of hot water after a days sightseeing. Highly recommended

We had a phenomenal few days as if we were at our house, but it overlooks the ocean.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
