This is a beachfront 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests on the top floor of the A block.Duplex (spilt on 2 levels) East facing, with morning sun , large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice marina, beach and neighborhood views.
Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV.
2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.
Modern, light and airy, recently redecorated in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath.

They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.
Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

only location. is very good
apartment is awful, dirty, old, not renovated, super small for 3 adults, devices are out of order, washing machine and the drying machine are dirty, smelly and full of dust (dryer). Kitchen devices not working, living room size for 2 peple at the most! AND BEDROOMS - shame on you with advertisement for 3 bedrooms... these are not rooms, at the best they are submarine capsules!!! The beds are broken...

Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

Fin leilighet med nydelig utsikt over bassengområdet og havet. Veldig fin beliggenhet. Hyggelige eiere som svarte på spørsmål. Fint bassengområde. Kunne veksle mellom å være ved bassenget og på stranden.
Det meste var veldig bra. 🙂Litt vanskelig innsjekk, da vi ikke snakket spansk og resepsjon ikke snakket engelsk. …og vi var litt tidlig med innsjekking.

Leuke studio, mooi gelegen, dicht bij zee, de boulevard en de oude stad. Ook veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. En een heel mooi zwembad met de mogelijkheid te douchen en toiletten als je later vliegt. En de mogelijkheid om je koffers te stallen. Taxi was zo geregeld.
Onze studio lag aan een parkje met festiviteiten. Een rolluik wat het geluid buiten houdt was de eerste dag al meteen kapot en is tijdens ons verblijf niet meer gerepareerd. Een gedeelte lag al buiten op het balkon, de rest viel naar binnen toen we het bedienden.

Fantastisch appartement in het centrum van Marbella, en tevens gelijk aan de boulevard. Voldoende ruimte voor vier personen. De keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Inchecken en uitchecken verliep erg soepel. Ook het contact met Daniela was goed en fijn. Zeker een aanrader!

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was far below expectations, and we feel it's our responsibility to warn future guests.
Upon arrival, we immediately discovered that one of the beds was broken, which forced my husband to sleep on the sofa for one night — during a trip we had planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary, after a 7-hour drive. A fix was only provided late into the stay, by which time the damage was already done.
The most concerning issue was the attitude of the property manager, Daniela. Instead of being understanding or supportive, she made serious accusations and showed a complete lack of empathy. The way she treated us — as if we were inventing the problem or trying to cause trouble — was shocking. We honestly felt like we might be dealing with a scam-like situation.
Another important point: the apartment you see in the photos may not be the one you get. Daniela manages several units in the same building, and it is never clearly stated which one you're actually booking. This leads to disappointment as soon as you check in.
Furthermore, although pool access is mentioned as a feature, you must rent a sunbed to use it — this is mandatory, and not clearly stated anywhere. Contrary to older reviews saying it's 2€ per day, the cost in 2025 is now 3€ per day, making the stay more expensive than expected.
We have always trusted Booking.com for our travels, and we hope this review helps future guests make more informed decisions — and that the platform takes appropriate action regarding the manager’s conduct.

Was a difficult check in process early hours the security struggled to find our booking and was saying there was no way to contact the host which was frustrating 1am, but this was resolved after 40 minutes and the host afterwards was friendly in contact

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 15 jours en famille avec de jeunes enfants, et avons été confrontés à une infestation de cafards dès le début du séjour : dans la cuisine, dans le tiroir à couverts (avec présence d’œufs), et même un cafard retrouvé dans mon café.
Malgré nos signalements répétés, le propriétaire n’a pas apporté de solution efficace. Pire encore, il a insinué que nous exagérions pour obtenir une réduction, ce qui est totalement faux. À 3 jours de la fin du séjour, il nous a proposé de partir avec nos 3 enfants en bas âge, sans solution alternative ni compensation.
Aucune remise ni geste commercial n’a été proposé, malgré l’insalubrité évidente du logement. Une expérience très désagréable que je ne souhaite à personne.

The property is located in a fantastic position on the front which meant you were close to the beach, the restaurants, the harbour and the old town which were all in close walking distance. The property itself was clean and the accommodation was comfortable and had everything you could need. Private Pool and the staff were all friendly.

Nos tuvimos que quedar una noche hasta que buscamos algo mejor porque peor no podía ser … viejo y sucio con armarios llenos de trastos y cerrados con llave!! Den började dåligt då vi hade bokat ett boende som verkligen inte levde upp till våra förväntningar. Vi avbokade boendet och sökte andra boenden på plats. När vi såg Skol Apartments bokade vi tack vare att det stod balkong med havsutsikt och att det inte var överpriser. Det var stora lägenhets komplex. Lägenheten var ljus och fräsch trots att inredningen upplevdes som äldre och lite slitet. Balkongen var hyfsat stor i mitten av huset så vi såg havet på sidan men också väldigt mycket av huset mittemot. Fick en rätt instängd känsla.

We have stayed in various apartments in Skol over the past two years, this unit although small is very well equipped. There was an issue with WiFi that Daniela dealt with quickly. The only small negative is that this apartment is at the far side of the building so doesn’t attract much sun. As always very clean and immediate attention to any issues.

Everything from the apartment itself which is lovely and cosy to the beautiful sea views from terrace. The pool area is large with two pools and a cafe on site. The location is perfect. Marbella prom is on your doorstep with restaurants bars etc. There is a supermarket nearby also.

We went looking for a relaxing stress free week to Marbella (end of March) and found exactly that at the Skol Apartments. Our apartment had a fantastic sea view and was well equipped for all our needs. The Complex itself could do with a little TLC. (Paint) other than that it was fantastic. Fantastic location with direct access to the seaside, and views of the ocean. Easy check in and check out. Per friendly. Very clean apartment that has a well equipped kitchen and balcony with great view of the ocean (some apartments are fully ocean facing, some partially). Daniela also kindly allowed for later check out. The property also has 3 pools and green areas which are lovely.
The decor which is a bit dated/bric-a-brac; although everything is clean so that’s all you need.

Great place to stay. Everything was good from the staff, the facilities, the location. Apartment had everything including a kettle!
Right on the beach however better to go to the beach further up (left if facing the sea) as the sun beds are cheaper there and beach is nicer in a little alcove.

De locatie op zich is top! Veel groen eromheen , 2 zwembaden.Goede restaurants , strand winkels alles op loopafstand. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien ( behalve de badkamer...) het hangt er dus vanaf welk appartement je krijgt.
De douche was heel vies het water kwam uit t afvoerputje omhoog in de badkamer nadat we een douche hadden genomen( vloer zeiknat). Melding van gemaakt ze zouden langskomen. Er was iets gedaan, maar nog steeds niet voldoende ( zwarte vieze plekken in de douche brr..). De badkamer zou echt gerenoveerd moeten worden....

Great location, right on the beach in the heart of restaurants and shops
We were not aware that we had to pay daily for the use of the sunbeds and also not aware of the rule about not being allowed to sit on the grass. The staff were very rude when we innocently sat on the grass with a towel to enjoy the sun. We did not see any signs around the pool advising of this rule and there was nothing in the booking confirmation about this. I was made to feel like a criminal.

The only criticism I have you can not get a sunbed near or around the pool unless u get up really early ,people were putting down towels from at least 7am in the morning but still no sign of beds being occupied at 10..00 am ,never once was able to use sunbed facility's or pool ,only grace beach was within 2 min walk

Location was excellent, very helpful staff, and nice and quiet in the evenings so was able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Amazing location, perfect for family or friends. Very easy check in. Apartment had everything you needed. There was a lovely view of the sea. I would stay here again as pool was lovely and big and so much at your door step. Only 10 mins walk from old town. Lovely bars and restaurants near. Couldn’t fault any of the food. It felt quite safe.

At first glance the room looked very clean. The bedding was fresh but looking closer we noticed the room was not as clean as we would have expected. Quite a lot of dust in higher areas (ceiling fan in bedroom & bathroom fan especially) Also area round the toilet floor urine stained from previous occupants. We could come here again though

O apartamento precisa de renovação. Se pretender cozinhar, esqueça: a placa vitrocerâmica é muito fraquinha e não tem exaustor. Pelo preço, esperava ter limpeza a meio da semana, pelo menos para despejar o lixo. Ouve-se muito barulho do apartamento ao lado. As piscinas são ótimas, mas tem de se pagar 2€/dia por pessoa para ter direito a espreguiçadeira e se quiser ir para a praia pelo meio, perde-se o direito à espreguiçadeira.

My booking said room 0.0 so when I arrived and told them I had booked to stay in room 0.0 they didn't know what to do and eventually I had to call to be given my correct room number. Not the ideal start but it was resolved quickly enough. Would have been better to have been given my room number, which was 509, ahead of time to avoid the stress when arriving. When I said 0.0 I was given a confused look because there is no 0.0 but if you google skol apartments 0.0 (again, which is what it said on my booking) you will see an advert for that room that makes it seem like there is a 0.0. Probably better if in future other guests don't have to deal with that.

L'emplacement est parfait, en 1ere ligne de la plage, juste au niveau du paseo maritimo et des nombreux restaurants et commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé et dispose d'une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Les piscines sont propres, les enfants en ont bien profité.
Un des matelas dans la plus petite chambre meriterait d'être remplacé, les ressorts étaient pénibles à supporter pour ma fille

I booked the apartment alongside friends who were also staying in the complex, on arrival I noticed the two emails I had received had two different room numbers on. We were given the room which was sent most recent. This room was in a corridor that was having work carried out, there was dust sheets taped down in the corridor, dust everywhere (walls, doors, in the air) and the room next door to us was been worked on during our stay so there was banging and drilling noises throughout the day. And we were also located above the local bar which played loud music until 2am.
Our friends apartments were in separate buildings and they experienced none of this. When we approached reception we were told to speak to the manager who refused to do anything about it and was not even apologetic. We asked if we could move rooms but there was no availability, we asked for our money so we could book another hotel but this was not an option. This was supposed to be a relaxing girls holiday which started off on a bad note. I did not received any information prior to our visit to explain or warn us about the construction work that was currently taking place in the apartment complex.

Security guy was the only one kind in this hotel, although he wasn't aware we will need a parking (what I mentioned in several emails and never got reply to my questions about it). Hotel was closed when we arrived and it was complicated to get into it.
They dont actually have a parking lot, contrary to what is mentioned when choosing a hotel, caused several problems with these lies and cost a lot of money because of them. And they didnot care, was rude and all they were interested in if I have checked out. Frustrated, terribly disrespectful communication, never experienced shush attitude anywhere! I wish I had chosen another hotel that I wanted at first. Shower with MOLD! that is unexceptable! Wasnt clean. Balcony could not use at everything was covered with bird feces, noone cleaned it to prepare for guests.

Opvolging van servicepunten. Ik had om nieuwe batterijen gevraagd voor het zonnescherm en dat er iemand de afvoer van een van de badkamers kwam ontstoppen. Niemand gezien en geen batterijen. Handdoeken 1 x per week maar moest er op woensdag nog wel even een mailtje achteraan sturen om donderdag handdoeken te krijgen.

De locatie. En alles was schoon, fris en voldeed aan bijna alle verwachtingen. We waren met nog een ander gezin dus hadden ook wat om te vergelijken. wij hadden alles goed wat je van een 2 pers. appartement mag verwachten.
Het 2e appartement (voor 4 personen) had geen eettafel. alleen een grote bank en een balkon met tafel en 4 stoelen, maar je kon niet aan die tafel zitten. Het balkon was te klein.

Skol is in the heart of Marbella right on the beach and paseo. Yet feels secluded and private with gated gardens. Relaxed and chilled out Restaurants and bars are on the paseo, you'll be spoilt for choice. If self catering is your thing there are plenty of well stocked supermarkets with British Brands, including Yorkshire Tea.
Sound proofing isn't great and because apartments are privately owned, building or renovation work can be going on usually October to April end, please check.

Constant noise from either plumbing or something outside on verandahs, similar to a shriek from an animal. Paint work very shoddy..... especially bedroom furniture. Bathroom needs updating. Noise from road. When windy there was a noise from the hall way and door to bedroom not sealed properly.

De lokatie was prima.
Bij de receptie kregen we de sleutel en moesten vervolgens zelf maar uitzoeken waar het appartement was, in een ander gebouw, met de koffers trap op, trap af. Er werd me de volgende dag verteld dat er niet werd schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, er was wel een wasmachine. Het balkon was héél erg vies, heel veel (oude) duivenpoep zowel op de tafel als op de vloer. Dat moet er al heel lang hebben gelegen. Vooral het feit dat de badkamer niet één keer werd schoongemaakt vond ik niet fijn, ook geen schone handdoeken en bedlakens. Bah!

- le personnel : l'arrivée chaotique, il n'y a pas de réceptionniste professionnel, seulement un vigil de sécurité qui nous a donné des clés difficilement, sans aucune indication.... un soir nous souhaitions rester près de la piscine avec des amis, les vigils sont arrivés et ont tenté de MATRAQUER les invités !! ils sont complètement flippant FUYEZ LES !
- l'appartement : PAS DE BALCON, attention aux photos, l'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos et n'a pas de balcon ni de terrasse. il n'y a pas de service de changement des serviettes... il y a des odeurs de remontés d'égouts dans les chambres.
- LA PISCINE EST PAYANTE, si vous voulez rester à la piscine il convient de payer sa chaise longue 2,5€/j , il n'est pas possible d'être au bord de la piscine sans louer de transat.

apartment was very low standard. almost a health hazard as patio door locked automatically when you went to balcony. cracked glass on balcony surround. I would have serious concerns if you had small children

The location is excellent on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartments are spacious.
No cleaning of the rooms and no cleaning products provided. We had to buy simple things like toilet roll and bin bags.
Check in process stressful, I had booked and paid for three apartments but was told on arrival I had one. This took some sorting out.

J'avais reservé une place de parking mais a l'arrivée pas de carte de stationnement. Ma demande n'as pas été prise en compte. La prochaine fois je prendrais le transfert plus facile.

Walked out of the hotel and the beach was there. The facilities were much better than most self catering dive been to, over, hob, full size fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer - the room literally everything.
It was really confusing to get into reception when I first arrived - the door was locked and you had to ring a bell, the reception doors should maybe be open in the day and locked in the evenings as there is reception staff there in the day anyway.

The apartment was clean and airy, the view was also really nice in the second apartment we moved to. Danielle seemed helpful and communicated with us promptly. Sitting room area and dining area were pleasant.
We were disappointed that the original apartment we booked didn’t live up to the expectations we had from pictures online. we were on the lower floor where we had a blocked view. We could only see a bit of the pool, so we requested a room with a better view and Danielle was helpful with this , but we were told it would be another 150 euro and we would need to wait until the following day because the room needed to be cleaned. We didn’t mind waiting. The concierge came across as unfriendly at reception, so we didn’t feel that we were that welcome when we arrived or when we were leaving. The pool facility was also disappointing because it was out of use for 4 days of our stay because of a sandstorm. I understand it’s not the apartment’s fault that the weather was poor, but we did feel that this was a let down and we were looking forward to using it.

Die Lage und die Aussicht!
Abgewohnte Wohnung, die mäßig sauber war und zusammengestoppeltes Mobiliar hat. Der alte Personenaufzug lief durch eine Ecke des App. und war sehr laut! Das Bett/Lattenrost aus Metall knarzte bei der kleinsten Bewegung.
Am SA wurden bis nach 22.00 Uhr Leitungsrohre im Flur der Etage aufgeräumt, was einen Höllenlärm verursachte. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

L'emplacement de l'immeuble en front de mer, la propreté de l'appartement, la qualité du wifi, les nombreuses chaines TV ( toutes les chaînes françaises), le kit d'accueil: éponge, liquide vaisselle, huile, sel et café, le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation.
L'attente de 30 mns pour obtenir les clés remises par un groupe de jeunes sans aucune explication.
L'absence de parking. Alors qu'il était mentionné à 15€/jour, nous avons du garer notre véhicule dans un parking public souterrain dans la rue à côté à 29,95€/jour !!! Il n'y a que 5 places prévues pour les 2 immeubles et elles sont occupées en permanence nous a expliqué le gardien!
La qualité de la literie: matelas en cuvette!
La vue sur mer n'est que latérale et très partielle car bouchée par un gros yucca! De plus, l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, quasiment au dessus de la piscine. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la nuisance sonore en pleine saison...

Charming apartment and excellent location. However, the apartment is very worn out, a general overhaul would be required. Handles not working, lack of kitchen equipment and very stiff beds, at least for people from Northern Europe.

We loved our stay here. Just by the beach and stunning sunrise from the balcony. Service and communication could have been better. The cleaning wasn’t the best and the dishwasher and curtain was broke when we arrived which was fixed after a few days.

Wij hebben niet het appartement gekregen wat we geboekt hebben met 3 slaapkamers! en moesten met een soort dwang(hadden al betaald, en stonden met 4 personen) een andere moeten accepteren van Daniela van Skol.
Of we konden gaan... Booking.com was na langdurig bellen steeds in gesprek op dat moment.....

The place was not worth staying at. I booked it for three nights and checked out next day. Ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and didn’t work properly it was boiling at night. Place didn’t even look like the pictures . I contacted the host for refund on remainder of days and they refused.
