This is a beachfront 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests on the top floor of the A block.

Duplex (spilt on 2 levels) East facing, with morning sun , large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice marina, beach and neighborhood views.
Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV.
2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.
Modern, light and airy, recently redecorated in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath.

They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.

Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

only location. is very good

apartment is awful, dirty, old, not renovated, super small for 3 adults, devices are out of order, washing machine and the drying machine are dirty, smelly and full of dust (dryer). Kitchen devices not working, living room size for 2 peple at the most! AND BEDROOMS - shame on you with advertisement for 3 bedrooms... these are not rooms, at the best they are submarine capsules!!! The beds are broken...

För stora och tunga möbler i litet utrymme. Sovrummet minimalt. Sovrumsbelysningen var för stark. Inga egentliga läslampor.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
