Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set right on the beachfront in central Marbella, with all services and amenities at the doorstep and only 10 minutes’ walk from the charming Old Town. The property offers a wide range of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and is family and pet friendly. Guests can enjoy 24/7 reception and attention on the ground floor, as well as tropical gardens with direct access to Marbella promenade. The property has swimming pools in the gardens, including a children’s shallow area. Please note there is a small charge, currently €3.00 per day, for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools. Nearby underground parking is available on request.

The building has a lift and a 24/7 reception on the ground floor, with staff on site from 8am to 8pm and 24-hour reception for emergencies. Guests have direct access to the pools, the tropical gardens, and Marbella's Paseo Marítimo promenade. Parking is available nearby from €15/day.During your stay
We're on site Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and reachable throughout guests' stay for restaurant recommendations, beach tips, taxi help, or anything needed. There is also a 24 hours reception for any emergency, and the whole point of staying with us is the personal touch so guests can actually enjoy Marbella, not just sleep here. Always very friendly guests at the Skol apartments, with a mix of owners, frequent guests and first timers.Other things to note
Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at ~21°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on the beach 23 June, and Starlite festival running at the old marble quarry from 19 June. Quieter than August, but the town is already in summer mode. The Skol Apartments are always very friendly and they are there to assist guests with anything; if you would like to know more about the area surroundings and the complex, please ask.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
