Unfortunately upon check-in we were given a completely different unit (352) which looks right onto another building with no sea or pool views. The listing we booked clearly stated unit 328, pool and sea views and Wi-Fi. This new unit had no views, no Wi-Fi, and was a much lower quality than the pictures show (dirty, damaged etc.). When we contacted Daniela, she provided no solution or refund, and said her listing doesn't say which unit you will receive (even though it does say that). She even said we had to buy Wi-Fi for €10 per day, per person. Further she only provided two towels for 3 people and said she could only come the next day to give the other one.
Prior to arrival Daniela was quick at responding to questions. However upon checking-in and contacting her, there was a lack of empathy or respect, and lied to us saying it was our fault we got a different unit. I would not recommend Daniela as a host or staying here as you wont be sure which unit you will get.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
