There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

I stayed at this apartment from May 5 to May 13. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to access many things in the city. However, the view was not as described, lacking the promised beach view. Additionally, while the rubbish in the kitchen was removed, there was a lingering smell that made it unpleasant to be in the apartment initially. The host did send cleaners to change the rubbish holder, which fixed the problem. During my stay, the host also sent someone to pick something up from the apartment without notifying me in advance, which was inconvenient. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay. Thank you for the autumn accommodation.

Highly recommend this property for location, it’s an older property but very well maintained with 3 pools (2 adult + kids). There’s a restaurant on the property and full time reception staff 24 hours. Lots of grocery shops and restaurants steps away. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
