I had the MOST wonderful month stay at Daniela's apartment in Marbella. The place was extremely cozy and homey, well stocked with basic necessities (plus more), the location was PERFECT, and I LOVED the sunrise view from the indoor/outdoor balcony! I highly recommend this place! ◡̈ The ONLY thing that was not "perfect" was the noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbours talking at times (or doing other things, lol)/ dogs barking/ there was some weird, regular banging at times throughout the day/ night. However, if you simply bring ear plugs/ have a noise app - you'll be totally fine and it won't disrupt your sleep. Would love to be back here (and plan to be)! Thank you Daniela! ♡

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location in a safe and well-maintained building. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. When we asked for extra linen and detergent, it was immediately arranged, which we really appreciated! A small point of attention: the shower could be a little better, and some extra linen on arrival would make the stay completely perfect!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
