Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.
We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.

Rummet är i utmärkt skick och väl utrustat med en härlig utsikt över de vackra bergen och havet. Stämningen i SKOL är vänlig och välkomnande och poolområdet mycket välskött. Vår hund blev mycket väl mottagen 😀. Boendet är beläget på bästa tänkbara ställe i Marbella.

We stayed for 8 nights, me and my baby, while visiting family in Marbella. The apartment is comfy, fresh and feels spacious for a studio. It seemed like some of the furniture was brand new, like coffee table, wardrobe) and the overall feeling was modern and clean (in a building that is indeed charmingly old!). The shower was better than at home and bathroom spotless. I loved the big balcony with both chairs and a lounger. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was wonderful and at least during our stay it wasn't noisy in the streets, just the regular sounds of a lively city 😊 The apartment was equipped with a good "starter pack" of paper, towels, soap, trash bags etc. and even two sets of bed linen for the baby which was very appreciated. It also has a good washing machine. The hosts seem very nice and attentive, but I didn't even need to bother them for anything. The only negative thing about my stay was moving out and I will seriously miss this place!

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
