This spacious apartment can host up to 8 adults across four generously sized bedrooms, and up to 2 children on roll-out beds. The property features elegant high ceilings and modern conveniences. Just minutes walk from museums, attractions, restaurants, bars, and the University of Edinburgh.
Guests at The Gait @ Hill Square Suites can enjoy exclusive on-site amenities just a stone's throw from the property. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, indulge in a tasty lunch, or relax with bar services available throughout the day. For a duvet day, room service is also available. Additionally, guests can stay active at the on-site gym.
The Gait is the perfect base for a corporate group, as guests can make use of the hotel's facilities as well as the spacious self catered home.
The apartment is checked daily by our housekeeping team, with fresh towels and toiletries available whenever required.

Did you know.... The name of our apartment is based on a horsey theme as the Playfair Building (the college’s flagship building) was built on the site of a former riding stables.
The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.
Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

There are 4 steps up to the front door from the street level. Once in the property, there are steep stairs down to the lower ground floor level, where 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and both of the full bathrooms, are situated. This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility.Other things to note

Perfect stay for a family holiday! The place is decorated with great taste, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. And, as an added bonus, everything is nearby: shops, landmarks, restaurants... You can enjoy the comfort and independence of an apartment, with the services of a hotel. We were all delighted with our stay. Many thanks!

We were a group of 8 and we stayed at Anna’s place for a weekend to celebrate a birthday. The building is spacious, warm and sociable, it was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was made easy by the reception team across the road at the hotel assisting with everything we needed. All 4 of the bedrooms were big sizes and had comfy beds. Close to all the main attractions, bars and restaurants

Great stay. Walking distance to everything we needed. Close to supermarkets and food for convenience. Check-in at the hotel was easy. Added bonus, housekeeping was available every day as well and room service from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.
