The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

We politely ask that the garden not be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.

The twin bedroom is the old maid's room, and is accessed via steps up from the kitchen. This bedroom is only suitable for children as the beds are small singles.

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor.

Nearby local shops offer convenient access to essential amenities. Further, Edinburgh Fringe Festival's New Town locations on rose Street and George Street are a beautiful 30 minute walk from the property, or a quick bus or taxi ride. For corporate guests, business locations such as the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and many office spaces are a 30 minute walk via Edinburgh's picture-perfect Dean Village area, or a quick taxi drive away. The Townhouse is also the perfect location for Edinburgh University, Napier University, Edinburgh College of Art, and Herriot Watt University, for parents visiting their adult children, attending graduations, and helping with the move. This is the perfect city centre location for all guests.

Other things to note
1. The use of candles and smoking in the apartment and the apartment building is strictly prohibited.
2. The wood burning stove is decorative only
3. The garage will not fit a large SUV / Range Rover
4. Please refrain from using the garden after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours
5. We ask our guests to not wear outdoor shoes in the house as we do have light carpets upstairs. We have provided slippers for you and there is a boot and shoe rack in the hallway.
6. We would also appreciate if suitcases are lifted across the carpets, we have luggage stands in each room and also plenty of storage space for your things.
7. There is a security system to protect the house. This will not be activated when guests are staying. The system has a panel in the small bedroom off the kitchen. Please can we ask you to inform anyone staying in that room NOT to touch this.
8. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially while coming and going. We also ask that noise is kept to a minimum within the property between 10pm and 8am.
9. Please take care of your keys and return all sets provided. If a set is lost or not returned, for security purposes we will need to replace all the locks. A charge of £150 might be charged to your damage deposit for any lost set of keys or unreturned keys
10. Strictly no parties, or stag or hen dos.
11. No pets allowed.

This place is beautiful! Gorgeous, spotless house and easily walkable to the pubs and coffee shops in Stockbridge. I had a great weekend there and would definitely go back.
