We had a very nice time in Edinburgh. The apartment is very well located. You can easily explore the old town on foot. The apartment has a great flair. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The sheets are pleasantly soft. Only for the large bed in the large bedroom, it would be good to have a second pair of bed linen, as not everyone is used to sleeping with another person under a large blanket.

The apartment has a quiet location and nice backyard and was completely fine. The interior may not quite match the pictures. Somewhat poorly furnished in what is supposed to be the "living room/dining room". There was no hot water when we arrived, but it was taken care of immediately and after an hour everything was in order. The bathroom was good, clean and nice.

We had a great time in Anna's Marchmont appartement. It is very well furnished, comfortable, and with a few very nice touches (golf clubs for the Bruntsfields Links !). Situation is perfect to discover Edinburgh on foot, and offers plenty of shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants nearby. As a family of five, we absolutely recommend Anna's apartment for a visit to Edinburgh and soak up its authentic atmosphere.

Beautiful and comfortable main door flat close to the university and town centre. Very handy for attending Fringe shows. Lovely shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and a beautiful shared garden. Eddie was friendly and responsive, even supplying us with a laundry basket and clothespins upon request. Nice touch having golf clubs and balls available to use at nearby Bruntsfield links! Gorgeous castle view from one block over and a public swimming pool around the corner.

The flat was perfect for a couple of nights in Edinburgh. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds, but near enough to walk everywhere. The flat came with everything we needed, and was pleasant and comfortable.

It was a nice place, in a nice neighbourhood, we understood that parking was included, which wasn’t and so made the stay expensive. There was a musty smell the first day we were at apartment, seemed to go away by the next day. We did contact Eddie (property manager) who replied immediately with first query and then we never heard from him again after letting him know of some maintenance issues. Then on last morning there, our 4th guest was unable to shower as there was no hot water.

Thank you so much Daisy/Eddie - we had such a lovely stay in Edinburgh at your AirBnb. The place was very spacious and the master bedroom was extra lovely! It had everything we needed to have a great stay. The garden is lovely too and access to the building was seamless. Just off the road from a huge park, it’s a great area of Edinburgh too.

Nice apartment, beautiful environment. Meadows Park for running and strolling. The old town is easily accessible on foot as well as the walks on the Hermitage of Braid & Blackford or Holyrood Park.

Daisy’s flat is really lovely… and such a great location! Very quiet street in Marchmont but also super close to all that Bruntsfield has to offer! Three min supermarkets within a few minutes not to mention the lovely Earl of Marchmont pub as well as cafes, neighbourhood shops and salons. The meadows is just a short walk. The flat itself is generous, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is a little galley but easy to use and straight on to the very well looked after shared garden (magical). The cosy sitting room is perfect but the main bedroom is the real luxury!! There was a little hiccup on the first night but it was sorted easily and effectively. And we were more than happy with the outcome. Communications were great. We’d definitely stay again… Thank you again for a lovely stay.

I love this part of Edinburgh as away from the noise ,yet close to the city. I was nervous te place would be cold ( being an old building ) but it was lovely and cosy. Could do with a few wine glasses but everything was perfect and the kids loved it. Thanks and we will be back.

Really lovely place to stay, just be warned the kitchen can get a little chilly so keep that door closed! Truly heavenly hot shower after a freezing day out and about in Edinburgh :)

Pleasant apartment on a very quiet street. Close to the historic center and the large Marchmont park where you can practice golf thanks to the clubs made available in the apartment.

Great location, walkable to the meadows and old town. I would give it five stars but am giving only four since the place is a bit run-down and wasn't perfectly clean. I was disappointed for no complimentary coffee/tea (that's a first in my airbnb experience), no shampoo in the bathroom, and only four rolls of toilet paper left for a two-week stay for five people. I wasn't expecting to have to buy my own basic supplies for the stay. Luckily there is a corner store nearby. There was also an excessive amount of pre-arrival tasks required like listing the names of all travelers and providing a copy of an ID.

Great location, nice and clean. Very presentable appartment. However was a faff to book, once confirmed the company required furthur information that seemed unnecessary. No personal touches that you would expect from an air b&b. I would recommened still, but be aware that its not as easy to book as other accommodation places.

This is a beautiful, very comfortable apartment located in a quiet residential area. The Meadows is a short walk away as are some of the best coffee shops in Edinburgh. There is also a supermarket close by. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Very comfortable place for a stay while we had building work going on in our own house. Lovely bedrooms and ideal location. Kitchen is a little on the small side, but functional enough and much appreciated that it has a dishwasher!

We liked our this apartment very much. Stayed there as a family of 5 and enjoyed its spaciousness. It is very central and really well equipped. Stores and cafes are only down the road and it has a quite back yard. The neighborhood is very nice, residential with small shops, pubs, restaurants. Bus stop is nearby too. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property while visiting our daughter at the University. Marchmont is a lovely, quiet, residential area with a Sainsburys Local at the end of the road as well as several nice cafes, a chemist etc nearby. The Meadows are only a short walk away and are a picturesque route into town. Eddie, from the agency who run the property, let us in early, was friendly and explained everything very clearly. The flat was warm and clean and very comfortable and we would definitely go back.

An epic apartment. Warm welcome from Calum who had kept waiting for us for hours. He was responsive to our inquires at all time. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was a nice experience to cook in the kitchen.

Cozy house! Especially the large spacious light bedroom! Also the location is easily access. Therefore it's convenient for travels to go around the city tour ;)

Anna made us feel really welcome, she met us at the door and gave a thorough run through of the house, where everything was and how it all worked. She even showed us where the nearest bus stop and supermarkets were. Overall a great place to stay over Hogmanay in Edinburgh. Easy walking distance to princess st and the center of town. The house was tidy, and just like the pictures. Would definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Edinburgh.
