The space
We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, The Usher Hall, iconic concert hall and Fringe venue. The neighbourhood is one of the most sought after, being within minutes from The Royal Mile. With great eateries and local markets this area is bursting with great food and local shops.

This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to there being one flight of stairs up to the property.Other things to note
1. Fireplaces are decorative only2. The use of candles and smoking in the apartment and the apartment building is strictly prohibited.
3. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 8am.
4. Please take care of your keys & return all sets provided. If a set is lost or not returned, for security purposes we will need to replace all the locks. A charge of £150 might be charged to your damage deposit for any lost set of keys or unreturned keys.
5. Strictly no parties, or stag or hen dos.
6. No pets allowed.

This is a gorgeous home. It is so thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is the most well equipped that we’ve encountered. We loved cooking breakfast and making espressos every morning. The area is safe and walkable and across the street from a huge parking garage which was perfect for us. We’d love to come back someday! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The host was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location could not have been better and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The home itself was beautiful, with high end furnishings and exceptionally comfortable linens that made it feel like a luxury stay. To quote my 21 year old daughter, "Damn, this place looks like something out of Downton Abbey." Everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. It was perfect for our family of 5. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book again. 10 out of 10 and highly recommended.

This was our all time favorite Airbnb stay and the nicest. The flat is beautifully done and the location is close to everything while off to the side in a quieter area. We enjoyed the layout as all of the rooms surround a big central hall. We also very much enjoyed our first visit to Edinburgh and while the Royal Mile was a great place to spend time, there is so much more to see and do with much less people. Top notch stay.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was spotless, and had so many amenities that all worked perfectly. I slept like a rock in the soft, pillowy bedding. The shower had a rain function that was divine after a 10 hour plane ride. I cannot praise this place enough. We instantly felt at home, and everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance! This place was worth every penny. Oh and did I mention I woke up to a view of the castle every morning with a latte in hand because the kitchen even had an espresso maker and milk in the fridge.
