Point Clark is a bedroom community reminiscent of the days when families would "summer" at the cottage. The spacious and bright main floor living room invites everyone to gather, whether cuddling up by the wood fireplace or watching a movie. Spend your days on the beach, building sandcastles or taking leisurely strolls. For more adventure, we provide two kayaks for a fun race and two adult bikes and four children's bikes for exploring.
INSIDE:
The main floor living room is spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect spot for everyone to gather. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV with Grandma.
The bright, open kitchen offers plenty of space for everyone to pitch in and prepare your favorite family meals.
The eat-in dining area comfortably seats 8 and is surrounded by large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals.
OUTSIDE:
Show off your grilling skills on the propane BBQ and savor meals outdoors. Challenge your crew to yard games on the sprawling grassy area, or sneak away for a peaceful nap in the hammock under the shade of the trees.
Spend sun-soaked days on the beach with a good book, building sandcastles, or strolling along the shoreline.
As the sun sets, unwind in the hot tub, letting the bubbling warmth ease you into total relaxation. Then, gather around the fire pit under a blanket of stars, sharing stories and laughter to end a perfect summer day.
We've supplied 2 kayaks as well as 6 lifejackets - challenge the kids to a race. And there are 2 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes.

Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund.
EXPLORE POINT CLARK
There's a slice of heaven tucked away on the shores of Lake Huron. Not many know about it but those that do simply love it. Tiny roads meander through the woods and pass family cottages that are generations old.
The landscape blends into Lake Huron and the coast of silky sand plays host to the laughter of children and sandcastles. The historical lighthouse is newly restored and is the shiny diamond on Point Clark. And you can see it from your beach!

I'm Jennifer, I started CottageStays to share my own home with like-minded travelers who appreciate escaping to life at a slower pace. I've never forgotten how lucky I am to call Lake Huron home. Now more than ever, everyone is in need of the kind of peace and quiet that escaping to the lake can bring. It's my absolute privilege to be the one to provide families and friends a special place to gather and create memories while exploring an area so near and dear to me.
We keep our cleaning fees low by giving you the option to bring your own linens—or, for $20/person. you can rent ours! This includes sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, and more, all freshly laundered and ready for you. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels!)
You are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. We had a wonderful family stay at this cottage! The setting is beautiful and the property feels very private. The cottage is cozy and the common areas are quite spacious. We really liked the modern bathrooms. The host is truly kind and very responsive; communication with her was easy, clear, and pleasant. The photos match reality, but some aspects/items got a bit tired with time, nothing that some extra care or a good clean can't fix. Overall, we think this is a perfect place to create memories, relax, and enjoy the best sunsets!
