The apartment was clean and quite comfortable. However, for the price range, it lacked a few small touches that make a stay much more pleasant—like a bath mat, enough toilet paper and shampoo for two, and some coffee for the first morning. While these amenities aren't mandatory, they make a big difference. I highly recommend improving these details to enhance the guest experience!

Unfortunately, there was no bedding for a second person in the apartment, there was no hairdryer, and the locks on the patio doors didn't work, so we slept in an open apartment the first night, not feeling safe. It took the host over 20 hours to solve the problems!!! In addition, after asking about checking out a little later, the host replied that it would cost €39 due to the cleaning service. It turned out that, even though we didn't pay, no cleaning service showed up for over an hour after the check-out time, so we would have lost €39, and it wasn't necessary to leave the apartment later. Overall, the apartment is nice and clean, but for treating guests like this, they don't deserve to be recommended.

The complex and flat are beautiful! The location is great however, the host was unresponsive to questions before arrival and the apartment was lacking an instruction manual, as well as a few basic necessities.

Amazing apartment! Very spacious and bright, and our terrace was simply wonderful — we had meals there and enjoyed the sun. The complex has a pool, and there are shops nearby, with just a 15–20 minute walk to the promenade. We loved it — it felt less like an apartment and more like our own little cottage.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, only a short walk into Puerto Banus. We loved the communal swimming pool which also had a shallow part for our son (1 year old). The apartment was clean, spacious and just what we wanted. We will definitely be returning! Thank you very much.

A lovely apartment with a peaceful terrace looking out over attractive well maintained grounds. There is a large swimming pool in the grounds. Just a pity that the peace of the pool area is sometimes interrupted by loud music from the neighbouring pool club.

Lovely stay and apartment , 15/20 minute walk downhill to puerto Banús, quite a steep hill back up and unfortunately as the cut through road was closed to traffic it was costing us 10 euros a time to get back - if the road was open I expect it would be half the price! Besides this had a lovely break away from uk :)

Tidy and beautifully decorated apartment. The parking garage on the ground floor of the house is really convenient. Good and fast internet connection. Beautiful decks and furnishings on them, but the aroma doesn't shine all day on the terraces. It would be nice to sit in the sun in November. The view from the apartment is directly to the hedge.

First of all , thank you to Frank and Audrey for their responsiveness in answering all our questions , our expectations . They're available at almost any time. The place is a real oasis of peace. The environment on the idyllic garden side and very well maintained at all times, the security agents are very nice . The very upscale apartment, well equipped . Everything is done for a pleasant stay. A stone's throw from the center of Puerto Banus festivities where you can easily walk. Charles and Muriel.

Lovely spacious apartment, exactly as described. Location was secure, well tended & quiet. Walk to the port & seafront was about 15 minutes & 20 minutes back as mostly uphill. Taxis are plentiful if you don’t fancy the walk back.

Lovely clean apartment, in a great area. Walkable to all restaurants and bars. The whole complex was clean and tidy, pool area was lovely. We had a great stay, we would come back and definitely would recommend!

The property was as shown in the pictures. The free garage was very convenient. Parking your own car was easy, and you could quickly get to the apartment from the garage by lift. Special thanks for the parking. The overall appearance was neat and clean. The apartment was cosy and as shown in the pictures. There is plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen equipment could be improved. There could have been more plates and cutlery. After each meal, the dishes had to be washed so that there would be clean dishes for the next meal. Some of the pots were worn. The property representative answered questions and was ready to help. He was flexible in delivering a new kettle to replace the old one. He asked about our wishes and fulfilled them. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not in use due to the drought in the area. The property representative informed us of this in advance, so we were aware of it at the time of booking. The sun loungers on the lawn next to the terrace are directly monitored by a surveillance camera. The area was well monitored, and one camera happened to be in this backyard.
