Great location and a lovely apartment in a convenient area. Before our stay, we had originally booked a different apartment, but around a month before our arrival we were informed it was no longer available and were asked to move to a different property. While the alternative apartment was nice, it wasn’t the accommodation we had originally chosen. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a few other issues. We were only informed that we could check in early while we were already in the taxi on the way to the apartment, which wasn’t very helpful. The key collection process was also inconvenient. The keys had to be collected from a petrol station around a 25-minute walk away, and the address provided on the map was incorrect. As a result, we ended up paying an extra €18 each way in taxi fares. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water for the first three days of our stay. We contacted the host about it, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response until our final day, by wh
