First of all, I would like to say that the intermediary, Audrey, tried to fix what she could. According to her, the owner of the apartment refuses to allow things to be purchased. Communication with Costa Marbella is terrible. Below all criticism. They don't respond at all. If you send questions or want to change the booking date, you get no answers. Instead, two days later, an auto-generated response came about something completely different. The apartment is not luxurious; on the contrary, it is incredibly worn out, with a dirty patio and barbecue, stained mattresses and pillows, a torn headboard, and there were 2 plates in an apartment for 6 people. Hardly any glasses, sparse equipment. The sun awnings on the upper terrace were torn apart, and there was a blockage in the drain. There were so many things that were bad. In addition, there was neither a sofa nor a parasol on the terrace, so there was no opportunity to chill or get some shade. Apparently, the sofa was destroyed in the last rain and has not been replaced with a new one. According to the security guard, that was 3 months ago, and yet the apartment has been rented out and money has been collected without the apartment matching the pictures.

After booking the apartment, we saw that it was not up to the high price we paid. The house had a smell of pipes (we had to buy an air freshener), it was very dirty with dust and hair (the first thing I had to do as soon as I arrived was to sweep, on my holidays, for a house for which I pay €200 cleaning). They came to clean again and left it better but still dirty. There were many things to improve in the house and the high price they ask is not at all worth it (it was disappointing to arrive at the house, far from feeling like you are on holiday in a place that is worth it). We will not repeat in the same apartment or with the same agency. Airbnb, on the other hand, had a spectacular response, always in a timely manner, and making us feel accompanied at all times in this unpleasant situation and proposing solutions that suited us.

Terrible value for money. Respected by the carelessness of the floor: General dirt/dirty pool and broken tiles/broken dishwasher and not anchored to the furniture/partially broken crockery/damaged light bulbs/air conditioning by home automation does not work/master bed head in poor condition/secondary room beds were not prepared upon our arrival/curtains in the broken upper room/bugs in the kitchen/set of keys incomplete (keys are missing to enter the gate that faces the beach and to enter the property from the road):we had to justify our rent with the neighbors or safety so that they will let us in the development. The property was only limited to sending the second day a cleaning service and preparing the secondary room with sheets, but completely unattended the other issues, especially the one on the keys. We are disappointed and for the high price paid we felt scammed. We don't recommend it.

The sea view is very beautiful and quite clear. However, the buildings are quite large. The pool is quite true to the photos. The apartment is large. The master bedroom as well as the bathroom are spacious even if the bathroom is dark. The kitchen is very dark. There is a lot of lack of basic amenities such as a salad or scissor dryer. The terrace for eating is not very large but it lacks an umbrella to be able to have lunch outside, impossible without umbrella! The room shutters are not in good condition. The curtains are dirty. The second independent bedroom of the apartment is upstairs from the pool with the bathroom. But be careful of your bed you have seen on the very busy national road so a lot of noise all night and even if there are blinds it is very bright. Overall the location is very good, the environment with 2 pools and the sea very good but the apartment needs renovation!

Unfortunately, during our stay there was construction work on the house facade with scaffolding directly on the apartment terrace, noise, daily new dirt, construction workers practically on the apartment terraces. Thus, both terraces and private pool would not have been usable during our stay. There was also a very strong smell in the upper bedroom and associated bathroom, which along with other reasons of living from the 2nd level to suffer. We were not informed in advance of any construction work mentioned at any point. Only at our request was offered an alternative apartment that was nice, quiet and apart from a few little quirks and where we moved. Representing the lessor's question was quick and satisfactory to our questions. Unfortunately, new apartment was far from the sea compared to the first (originally booked). A reimbursement or anything else was never suggested to us by the landlord
