The apartment is large and very well furnished. Everything was clean. The balcony is just amazing, super well furnished, the sea view is just wow. The residence has 2 super clean and well-maintained swimming pools. I recommend everyone to choose this accommodation, which is a gem.

Great location and very modern compared to what is normally found on the coast. And the coffee with a sea view, just 5 mins walking from the flat made our stay. We felt safe, everything was clean and we enjoyed the great view from the balcony with a 360 panoramic perspective over the Mediteranean.

The lovely apartment with a spectacular view was our home away from home for almost 3 weeks. The location is very nice, safe, quiet and close to everything one could want to do, especially if you rent a car. The communication was quick and helpful, especially when we forgot the keys inside 😬 and every minor problem or question we had was quickly responded to. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious, our daughter loved the pool area and she enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood in the evening. The price is quite high but worth it. We loved the area and Benalmadena remains in our hearts. Hope to be back soon ❤️

Modern and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, big balcony with sea view and comfortable furnitures. Easy access on 1st floor with elevator, lots of available parking lots inside the property. There is a small beach and a restaurant nearby, just a few minutes by walk. Location is good to make daily trips to towns around and to visit attractions in Benalmádena. We enjoyed our stay in general. Only issue was that host forgot to leave the keys for the main gate, so we couldn’t drive in, had to wait for a neighbour who would drive in or out. But worse was that no response until next day and we couldn’t reach any of the phone numbers they shared, even the one to reach 7/24. Host provided us the gate key after 2 days so until then it was stressful to drive in and out, especially with a toddler. Cot was already in the listing but we were informed to pay extra fee just a few days before check in. Also pool was closed, it could have been mentioned in the listing as well.

View from balcony was beautiful. One bedroom is a bit small. The living room and kitchen are very good. The host should provide more dishes to prevent running the dishwasher so frequently. If the guests have car, getting through the gate into the parking area without a remote gate opener is inconvenient.

Lar Bay is our heart near. We always enjoy the area with proximity to e.g. Fuengirola, Benalmadéna Marina and Benalmadéna Pueblo. A short drive to Malaga. Perfect for walks, golf games, great restaurants and beach life. The apartment is super nice. It's very clean, everything works as it should. Especially the well-equipped kitchen we enjoy a lot. The sun and the sea can be enjoyed from the terrace. We can highly recommend the place. One benefit for us is that we know both apartments and the complex in advance. It means a lot that it is a private locked off area. Such a lovely holiday.

Our stay at this Airbnb listing was very pleasant overall. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired. Particularly impressive was the great pool, which was an absolute highlight. Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects that we would not want to mention. During our stay, important questions were not answered sufficiently, which led to confusion and slightly affected our stay. We would have liked better communication from the host. In addition, we must note that the price per night is minimally excessive, as some structural deficiencies were present. We noticed loose screws in the dowels, construction room scraps on the floor and a wobbly toilet. These deficiencies should be fixed to improve the overall impression. We were satisfied and recommend the place despite small compromises. Better communication and rectification of deficiencies would be desirable.

Great place to stay, beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and always sunny! Apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was clean when we arrived. Lots of parking spaces available and two great swimming pools. Overal great experience!

A super nice apartment, I have rarely felt so good in an apartment. Super sunny location overlooking the sea and the coast. We also felt very safe because it is a closed-off facility. One downside should be mentioned, however, it leads past a busy road and yet I rate the apartment with 5 stars, as it is worth it.

Lovely accommodation,quiet even though it was on main road .A well stocked Mercadona 15 minute walk from there uphill and other stores on walk down to Benalmadena.We used local buses ( remember a mask as they are mandatory) to get from Malaga to Marbella and up to Mjas and Arroyo de la Miel.Pool wasn't open when we stayed .

What an amazing apartment and location! Spacious and nicely decorated, looks just like in the pictures. The apartment had everything you would need for the whole week. The best thing was spending time outside on the nice balcony with the lovely view. The apartment block was very nice as well, clean and had a lovely pool (unfortunately a bit too cold as it wasn't heated). Check-in and check-out was very smooth. We will for sure return to this apartment as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean apartment. However, the pillows were really bad. There was a smell of sewage in one bathroom up to the bedroom. They said they would sort this out after we left.

The apartment is great. Fantastic sea view, great location. Immaculately clean and tidy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Looks exactly as pictured. A swimming pool right beside the house. 5-7 mins to the beach and supermarket, 2-3 mins to the bus stop. Away from noisy bars and restaurants which is important if you have children. Great communication and additional options available if needed (taxi, pool towels, a cot with a high chair etc). Highly recommend.

Thanks to Thiago for a warm welcome and nice trip recommendations. Thanks for the nice communication during the whole vacation days. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment a lot. It was perfect for 4. Also the location was great for us - many nice restaurants we could reach by just walking or by car - it is just some mins to drive. Supermarket is also nearby. A very nice view from the terrace - we miss it already a lot. Will be happy to come back again 🤗
