Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in exclusive El Higueron and just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the noise of Fuengirola. Here you come looking for a luxury home with gym and pool near the beach.
Further from the kitchen there is a large dining group for 6 people and a comfortable sofa group with a Smart TV. From here you come out to the large terrace facing south with sea views and sunrise. Here you have a nice lounge group and a dining group for dining and hanging out outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom have a double bed and wardrobe space and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and its own access to the large terrace.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with central A / C, WIFI, Dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, free access to gym and year-round pool.
There is also a garage space belonging to the apartment.
One set of bed linen and towels is included per person.
Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

When you step in through the door, you are greeted directly by the open floor plan and the wonderful view of the Mediterranean from the terrace. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Micro, Coffee maker, toaster and much more.Further from the kitchen there is a large dining group for 6 people and a comfortable sofa group with a Smart TV. Due to the ongoing drought in Andalusia, swimming pools are not allowed to be filled with water and in some of our locations they remain closed.
