It is a nice flat and it is in a good location with a 20 minute walk to the port or old town. The property is on a hill and whilst the walk is ok for older children it would be a struggle with a pram or buggy. The property was clean and well presented however the draws in the bedrooms were flimsy basic furniture and needed repair. It was not the quality we expected for a luxury flat. It is on a development and building works started every weekday morning from 8am. There are a lot of building sites around the property. The pool was a concern with it not being cleaned, with my son refusing to use it. Availability of loungers was difficult at times with persons reserving them with towels and not utilising them. The grounds are not maintained to a high level and are in desperate need for some tlc . The bin area is several minutes away. Whilst it is a nice flat in a good location there is certainly room for improvement considering the luxury rental price .

This flat was so spotless clean, lovely little touches like a coffee machine, clothes horse. Facilites on site excellent, the gym, washing machine and dishwasher., the pool and the car park were amazing. We loved the fact that the pool has a lifeguard it allows parents to relax. The pool was never very busy and everyone kept the place very quiet. The flat inside with great air con and the code for the front door allowed our children to come and go as they pleased. The site is super secure with specific keys and we loved the view! Many supermarkets nearby but we tended to use the Spanish one in a pretty straight line from apartment (300m) this really is a place to relax and chill. The old town (maybe 20 mins walk) has the better restaurants than the harbour. The recommendation to download the pide app was incredible as taxis are hard to find. Bolt also offer a good service but not Uber. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Lovely apartment in a very peaceful area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The balcony is Fabian’s the furniture was really comfortable. The location really suited us, it’s about a 15-20 minutes walk in to the beautiful Old Town Estepona but there are lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. A really lovely place to stay and the inside pool and gym were an added bonus.

Very nice apartment. Luxury look and really equipped with all the comforts. Located in quiet area, close to beach, port, city center. Multiple large supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Fantastic views over the sea. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we already had construction noise at breakfast. The quality of the furniture is disproportion to the beautiful apartment: ledges are loose, drawers fall apart. That doesn't have to be...

Swimming pool didn't work at first, was still dirty after they filled water on so we couldn't use it for the entire holiday, which was crucial to our choice. A heated pool is advertised, which is false marketing when the pool is not working, found that others had also complained before us! So a refund of an amount would be appropriate. The apartment itself is amazing and keeps what it promises with a great view, but bathrooms need a deep cleaning. The apartment is centrally located so we would recommend renting a car.

The apartment is nice, feels very big, the view is amazing (from all rooms!), nice bathrooms and kitchen as well. It is walkable to the beach, however, wouldn't recommend with small kids as it's uphill road and the kids get tired at the beach so after a couple of tries we were going to the beach by car. On the other side we booked this place primarily because of the indoor pool however we were informed only two days in advance that this pool is not available to be used (and at that time we couldn't change the reservation) although the closage and the reason was known for several months. Check the drought conditions! Overall the experience was good, everything went smooth and we enjoyed or stay in Estepona. Thank you Frank.

Lovely apartment and very spacious, views are lovely and had all amenities for a young family. Modern building and nice gym. The pool is large and the setting is lovely, unfortunately with the Spanish drought we were unable to use the pool on this occasion due to government enforcement but this was due to be lifted soon. On arrival we had some issues entering the building and apartment but Audrey was one call away and super helpful checking us in. Her instructions were great we just had t read them well- our bad :-) Overall lovely place and great for a relaxing week away.

We stayed as a family of four. The apartment was a perfect layout. A modern building with an underground parking space. Unfortunately while we were there the pools were closed, due to the local drought and water reserve. We would return to Frank's apartment. The view from the balcony is lovely, There is no direct sunshine blasting onto you, I think in the summer this would be a big bonus. The rental agency was kind and responsive when we had a silly issue with the lock! It is a new development area, a small playground across the road. We found it far to walk anywhere but we had a car. Thank you Frank and team.

The apartment was lovely and for us who are fit and healthy the location was very good but to walk to the marina or to the shop it is up hill on the way back and took 10-15 minutes. If you have an early flight you need to see if you can get in earlier as your unable to leave cases anywhere or enter the complex without keys. The apartment and complex I would give 10/10 I just feel the above comments are important to note as older people may struggle if they have no transport. Audrey and Frank were excellent

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in Estepona. The property was very clean with a nice modern layout and quite perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). The apartment was very well equipped with cutlery, table and glass ware, kitchen equipment and a large TV set. There is also a stunning (large) balcony, superb aircon (essential for mid-August), private underground car parking and a great swimming pool which we used regularly. The location was good but the walk back home from the old town or port areas was difficult for our two young kids (4 and 6) and I think older guests may find it a bit much even though it was fine for my wife and I. Nevertheless, we had a car for long trips and shopping and when we wanted a night out Uber's were easy to book and only 6 euros to the town centre. All in all a fantastic property, throughly recommended.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and beautiful! Great view of the ocean and pool area. It had all the amenities we needed, even a washing machine and iron. The beds were comfortable. We also had access to the garage with a parking spot. We would rent this again.

We had a great stay at the appartment. Very quiet, good location (10 mins walking to the beach), very clean and spatious. The indoor pool was a great asset for the kids.
