Perfect apartment and true to photos. The apartment not only had everything we needed, it also had extras such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and had just enough adornments to feel just like home but no clutter. It is spacious and the terrace was a lovely place to sit especially during the evening with your gorgeous solar lights all around the balcony. Comfortable beds and great to have a proper sofa and armchair in the lounge as many apartments skimp on these details with uncomfortable cheap furniture. A very peaceful neighbourhood with no traffic or noise from the public. I am returning and January and would have booked you again but I see you are already booked for the dates I want. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is ideally located a few minutes from the sea and the residence's pool is very quiet and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

It is a great accommodation with all the amenities you could wish for including extras such as beach chairs and parasol. Furthermore, the garden with swimming pool is very beautiful and well maintained. The accommodation is very quiet but the parking is limited in the street. In addition, one must take into account the steep slopes if you want to walk to the beach or to the shops that are about 10/ 15 min. away. Furthermore, a fantastic accommodation and definitely recommended!

My stay at stunning Rivera was wonderful, the place was really clean and comfortable. The pool was really clean and quite big. I have nothing to complain about this stay because it was outstanding. I really do recommend staying here.

we had a lovely week staying here, the Apartment had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. The pool area was very nice and was also quiet. The area was nice and peaceful and felt very safe. The only negatives were, the check in situation, we arrived early at 13:30 and couldn't check in till 16:00. There was nowhere to leave our suitcases and didn't want to walk them up and down the hill in a 30 degree heat, along with two children. we had to pay 29 Euro for an early check-in, even though the Apartment had been cleaned, as we had to get in as the children needed the toilet. The children, knowing the pool was just around the corner were getting down as they really wanted to start their holiday, so we paid the 29 Euro. One other negative was the smaller bathroom had an awful smell so we didn't use during our stay. Other than that, we had a great holiday

Very cozy place, feels like at home. There is all you need inside. About 10 min. walking to nearest beach, restaurants, shop, etc. We were only 6 days there and it was a big mistake. In a such beautiful place, need to stay at least weeks or better months:). It was definitely perfect vacation!

The host is always very helpful both before and during the stay! Nice house and in a good location, a pity for the cleanliness where we found utensils in the kitchen not well cleaned and the two bathrooms (blind and therefore without windows) where you could occasionally smell unpleasant smells, I imagine due to the pipes. On the first day of our stay, we also had problems with the water, so we couldn't take a shower, but at least they were responsive and available when we reported the problem and from the next day everything was fine.

We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the same area to others! The only downside was that there were no sun loungers by the pool, and that the two sun loungers that were in the apartment were more or less destroyed.

A very nice apartment with a great balcony and pool in the garden:) It was super equipped and very clean, so you could quickly feel comfortable. A rental car is recommended for excursions.

We have been visiting this area for the last couple of years as we love the relaxed, chilled atmosphere. Within 10 mins walking distance of the apartment are 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and the beach. There is also a taxi rank and bus stops making it easy to visit neighbouring resorts. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The sun is on the balcony all afternoon and evening and it is a lovely space to sit and chill out. Gardens and pool area are lovely. Frank and his team were responsive and always quick to come back when we had any queries. Would definitely book with them again and stay at this apartment again.

I would recommend to others. Location well connected by bus to Fuengirola and Marbella so its remoteness from lots of restaurants ( although there are a few) was no problem. The residential neighbourhood is well maintained and safe

Absolutely beautiful apartment and grounds. The area is amazing. Exceptional in all aspects. Perfect location. Beautiful gardens and pool. Beautiful apartment and the balcony is perfect and over looks the pool but very private. Squeaky clean. Perfectly laid out. Beds were amazing. Air con. Spare quilts etc. Everything you needed there. Frank and his team are amazing. Communication was ten out of ten. The area of the villa is beautiful. Twenty mins from Marbella and surrounding areas. Beautiful beach. Great restaurants and bars. So much to do. Will definitely be back. We have looked at franks other places already and not home yet ! Was the best week. 100% recommendation in every aspect. You will not be disappointed. Thank you frank and team for the most amazing stay. Apartment is exactly as it looks on the photos only better. Fairy lights around the balcony were amazing. Thank you so much. Perfect stay. We had a wonderful week with lots to do in the area. Car hire recommended. The apartment was clean and everything we hoped for. Very comfortable beds. A problem with the washing machine was quickly sorted out. Would highly recommend. Just needed another week!!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Pool area was lovely but no sun loungers, could maybe store some at the apartment for guests to take down. A couple of things were broken on arrival which I made them aware of and they were very quick to offer to get the issues sorted. A more flexible check in/out and ability to store luggage somewhere and use the pool would’ve been amazing (we struggled with two children, no car and not much to do in the area). If you want to explore nice beaches, authentic Spanish restaurants and shops then I would recommend getting a car as there is not much within walking distance from the apartment except a few essential supermarkets and basic restaurants.

Quiet residence, clean, well equipped with appliances, with very pleasant pool, very few people, my 6-year-old daughter loved it. The only place I've had so far that is equipped with everything (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave). Beautiful and large terrace very clean, pleasant and the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom is a real joy. Lots of stairs outside. Beware of small children not suitable for strollers. The only negative points: bedding master bedroom not comfortable mattresses and pillows, bathroom with bathtub smells of sewage quite unpleasant, washing machine door hard enough to close, you have to slam very hard for it to work, dishwasher does not wash well and smell of cigarettes in the kitchen, a little dark. To park there is space on the street but in August you have to look a little if you come home late there are many cars parked. I still recommend a car.

Really lovely apartment, modern, clean and photos give a good representaion of the property. Kitchen well equiped with everything you could need, Living room/dining area spacious comfortable and decorated well. Comfy clean beds and spotless bathrooms. The pool was lovely and clean, no sunbeds - so towels on the grass, might be a good idea to supply some at the apartment!?! Short Walk to the amenities - reasonable priced and fresh food at R11 for brunch and further on local supermarket, couple of eateries, pharmacy and bars. From the apartment La Calle beach approx 10/15 min walk We had the same problem of drain smell coming from the both bathrooms which was unpleasant - however communication was good and was resolved in the end. We would definetly stay here again, thank you for having us :)

Beautiful and spacious apartment with stunning views and nice pool. Everything was neat and clean (only glasses and crockery not). Two bathrooms is very nice, but often dirty sewer air, a pity. Beach and supermarket are within easy reach. Had a wonderful time and can definitely recommend the apartment!

Great place and wonderful location. Felt very secure in the area and at the house. Wonderful view of the sea and the pool. Very comfortable. Although we did not use the air conditioning much, it worked very well and very quiet. Highly recommended. Walking distance to a few bars and eating places and a great supermarket.

Everything was perfect. The apartment had nice location. Everything was exactly like in the picture. Apartment was cozy and clean, terrace was big enough and it was situated in nice neighborhood. Parking was easy.I t was close to market and restaurants. The communication was easy and fast. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was as described and also pictured in the photos:) the kitchen has a lot to offer in terms of amenities. Unfortunately, the dishes were not very clean. The location was perfect for a family vacation :)

I’ve been there with my 3 of my friends. It was very clean and looked just like in the pictures. We loved that place and the pool. Felt so luxurious. I’ll definitely come back! Everything worked as well. 3 air conditioning was perfect. Just a small walk to super market. We had perfect stay!

I recommend Franck's accommodation, very clean , well located (10 minutes from the beach ) close to shops , supermarket ... The apartment is very comfortable and well supplied . The pool is large and pleasant too . Franck was available and very friendly . We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay, impressed by the amount of equipment available, there is everything and even more, cleaner than clean apartment, super nice and quiet pool even in high season, super equipped kitchen, super nice terrace, even better than in photos, parking spaces always available on the street, perfect stay from scratch, advice manual and everything is well explained! Very nice clean comfortable apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped and had absolutely everything. Loved the terrace overlooking the beautiful pool area. Beds were spotless and very comfortable, it was great to have good AC at night as it was very warm. Would return in a heartbeat.

Frank's apartment was just as pictured and matched description. Immaculate and roomy with lovely terrace over looking pool area/ gardens plus a glimpse of sea. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants albeit the hills which give the apartment such nice views does require some climbing on the way back from coastal outings. Highly recommend!

it is a very well located apartment on the coast of Mijas, very cozy, clean and spacious. It has a terrace where you have to be a little careful with children or animals. It is very nice, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped! The truth is that we were very comfortable! Recommended!

Very nice spacious and clean apartment! Very well equipped and beautiful decoration. In the kitchen there is everything you need and much more to make a good meal at home or take it to the beach…. I would recommend this place 100 times. I had a real crush. ♥️ Too bad we couldn't extend our stay because the apartment was already rented to new guests…
