Great place to stay, plenty of space in rooms. Close to beach and on a bus route to Malaga / Fuengirola. Walking distance to the many amenities, restaurants and the sea.

The place is beautiful and also the house is just that you do not find the sheets upstairs and we slept on the bed only with a duvet on it...after 5 days or messages to have a towel change and they told me that they were for a fee, but I want to let you know that the cost of cleaning already paid for it apart from the price of the apartment ...I stayed x11 days and it takes another change x this or paid , x well if I wanted to wash them but they did not dry in a hurry ...then the gardener comes to knock me and tells me that the car didn't have to access it in the garage. He had to stop it out on the road then everything else was perfect, thank you a thousand good evening

the Frank family's place is great for a family stay. it is easy to access ( we know benalmádena- torrequebrada very well. the amenities are functional and allow you to live well. the pool is clean and well supervised ( even if when you are on the Costa del Sol you are more ala beach than at the pool the good news: - proximity to the beach - Residence security - size of the apartment - the neighborhood is very respectful -cleanliness - very well-equipped. not to mention the team reachable all day Two small areas for improvement: -the pillows in the large bedroom -the key for the pool Otherwise thank you so much for this lovely place

lovely place and surroundings. It's a bit awkward if you have young kids. 30 mins walk with kids into the centre of Benalmádena or a 25€ taxi it's about 45€ each way to the aqua park. 25-30€ to the marina. the pool is great with shops nearby and places to eat. the apartment itself was a bit of a letdown. The fumes from the garage below will hit your nostrils on occasions entering and existing. positives inside very spacious with everything you need nice big sofa, table and chairs big balcony for chilling in the nights with the wife. New bathroom with shower and washing machine. tidy size bedrooms. Negatives' sofa had loads of stains on it. the table and chairs had rips in the seats. dirty utensils plates, cutlery, cups, and floors dirty had not been moped. the place just needs a little bit of love and a main light in the kids' room. over all the stay was a 5/10. with sum upgrades and love, it could be a 10/10

Great stay of several weeks . A quiet neighborhood with access to both bus , Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely pool area with cozy lifeguards that looked after everyone. Clean pool area and and well equipped apartment for cooking .

Great apartment, close to everything, there is a stop nearby from where you can go both in Benalmadena and Malaga. True, the nearest beach suitable for swimming is not across the street, as I thought, but we have to walk. The apartment is large, with two balconies, clean, the entrance is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Yes and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool is only open on weekends at the end of May - it was unexpected . Therefore, we bought there only once in 8 days. But overall, we loved it!

Comfortable in several aspects: location very close to a very nice cove, bus very close to Benalmádena, Puerto Marina, Torremolinos...no need to look for parking for the car (which can be complicated) and very quiet. The pool is great and the lifeguards are very attentive to everything. Parking inside the development normally and outside nearby without problem. Regarding the apartment, many of the decorative details that appear in the photos are missing. It's very basic. We found a cushion in a cupboard, another in another corner... a vase lying around. But the cosy touch shown in the photos doesn't exist. Some of the lamps didn't work, the bulbs... all things that you can do without but that on arrival disappoints you a little, at least for me, for the reservation that kind of thing sometimes makes the difference when choosing between one apartment and another. In any case, the value for money is good and I would recommend it.

Niki and Frank always responded to questions or ambiguities. The location was perfect, you could not catch your own transport near the bus. Minus was that you could not use the cupboards as they were all full of bedding. Frank and Niki thanks!

We had a very good stay, the facilities are top and the pool is great. The terrace is spacious. The only small downside is that I found that there were a lot of cupboards but they were full and therefore the storage of our clothes was quite complicated, I think it would be necessary to add shelves in the cupboards and leave a little more space. But our stay went very well. Franck responds quickly to messages.
