we loved our stay in benalmadena.the apartment had everything we needed for our stay and there is lots to do see and do. it's in a great location - central enough to access places to eat and the sea by foot, but not in the hustle of the main town so nice and quiet. we walked up the mountain behind the town from the door. it's very close to be train station for those arriving from Málaga airport and 30 mins to get to Málaga by train. the only issue we had was getting into the front gate, there is a technique and some patience needed to get the key to turn the lock. thankfully we received a quick response from the team when we had issues trying to get in initially and they contacted us later to make sure all was ok. would recommend this place to other travellers. thanks for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. .

Good accommodation, but for the price I paid, I expected more. Clean community and very quiet area to rest. Well-equipped. Proper cleaning. Smooth communication. The worst thing was the sofa bed. If children sleep, it's okay. If an adult sleeps there, it is uncomfortable, it does not support the weight. The terrace is very nice but it has no awning, which makes it useless in the hours when the sun shines, such as breakfast. The fridge vibrated strongly at times, so at night it was uncomfortable because of the noise. It needs to be improved.

Beautiful apartment, you can park very well on the street, very comfortable, nice and quiet area, very nice terrace with nice views, very comfortable bed, very comfortable shower, very spacious bathroom, very comfortable sofa and everything very clean, tidy and organized.

The apartment met our expectations and is excellently located . The cozy Arroyo de la miel as well as the train station with the c1 connection, among other things, to the center of Malaga is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is definitely recommended. Willy

We stayed for 6 days ,2nd week of October. The apartment was very well equipped especially the kitchen. The pool area is very well maintained. Shops, restaurants and public transport all within 10 mins walk and the beach within 15mins . I would recommend this place.

Everything matches the proposed announcement! Close to all amenities. Shops...restaurants.... Very quick response from franck and sofia. I recommend it!

We had a great stay in this apartment - the whole residential area, the building and also the apartment are calm and nice. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the wifi fast. The train station and also some bigger supermarkets are within walking distance (10-15 mins), while parking is easy and free on the streets nearby. The only issue we faced was that it was quite hot on the enclosed balcony even though it was only May and not that hot outside - some kind of sunblind would serve a good purpose. Also, be prepared that there are almost no bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) available.

lovely apartment for two people. very comfortable with big balcony and chairs. very clean, with all amenities, washing machine and dish washer. close to railway station and supermarket. pool is lovely! we took the train to Los Alamos with its quiet beaches. would stay again!!

A big thank you to Magnus, Niki and Frank for a great, ultra clean and well equipped apartment. We had 10 great days of enjoyment. It was close to all amenities, communication was excellent. The pool was lovely and the complex was quiet and in a good area. Couldn’t be better!!

Everything was perfect! 100% recommended. The apartment is such and as described in the listing, and the photos are as the apartment is, the apartment is in a very quiet area about a kilometer from the beach and from a restaurant and supermarket area, the pool area is also very good in another block but you just have to cross the street from the same development, the house is equipped with everything you need, we don't miss anything, and the start with the owner is quick, I would definitely come back.

The apartment is very clean, functional and the neighborhood/residence is very quiet. All the necessary amenities are there and we had a great holiday. The temperature heated, clean and quiet pool is barely a 2-min walk even if it is not in the same block.

Great stay at Franck's! Super clean apartment, and very good communication. I highly recommend this apartment where you feel very comfortable. Benalmádena is a very beautiful town, the beach is 10 minutes away and there are small restaurants to prokimity. Malaga is a 30 minute drive away and Marbella is about 40 minutes away. Can't hesitate to book your stay with Franck.
