The space
Calahonda is an area between Fuengirola and Marbella that is rich in golf, sports, and nightlife, where you can gather at one of the many restaurants and bars nearby. In the vicinity of the apartment, you have food stores such as Lidl, Mercadon,a and Supersol as well as a large selection of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Just a stone's throw from the apartment, you have the Club del Sol, where you can play tennis, padel, and work out at the gym, around the knot so you also have La Siesta Golf, which is an 9-hole course, and with green fees of only 20-30 € makes it to an affordable course.When you enter the apartment, you first go through the private patio and the small garden, where you will certainly spend most of the time and enjoy the view and the tranquility. From the terrace, you will enter the living room, which is cozily decorated with marine historical details adorning the walls. There is a Smart TV and WIFI in the living room. The kitchenett is newly renovated and open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine etc. One bedroom has a double bed (that you can separate for 2 single) and the other bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. The bathroom with a shower is also newly renovated.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, Smart TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per personon
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

Positive points: The apartment is clean, comfortable, good location for where we wanted to stay. Kitchen is reasonably new with washing machine installed, ideal for our short stay. Bathroom is new, although there was an issue with the hot water (see negative points). Bedroom with double bed has wardrobe space and drawers available although this is limited. Negative points: The biggest issue for us was the hot water issue. The shower would not stay hot for very long, which resulted in delays to showering before going out. We raised this with the owner / rental company at the beginning of our stay, but despite promises that a maintenance engineer would attend, this never happened. Bedroom with 2 single beds has limited storage available due to wardrobe being locked. Overall: For the 2 of us travelling as a couple, the apartment was ideal. However, I think if there were 4 persons travelling, then the items mentioned in the negative points above would cause a bigger issue.

Positive points: Reasonably clean apartment and comfortable beds with fresh linen and towels. Negative points: Very noisy tree felling outside for 3 days, No wardrobe space in Bed 2 and owners clothing in Bed 1, tiny kitchen, no freezer inside property, no dishwasher as advertised, only twin beds no double as advertised, hot water lasts a few minutes then goes cold, parking spaces distant and inadequate, no remote for main gates - have to get out the car to enter code in and out. Reported chain saw racket three times but were ignored. Overall, not a happy experience - Very gloomy interior- we had to leave the lights on during the day. The kitchenette is a very small - only room for one person and the wall cupboards overhang the sink and workspace. Sound insulation between apartments very poor - one could hear people using their facilities! The description in the marketing is innaccurate indeed misleading. We will be seaking a refund from the agent/owner.

The apartment is as described, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The terrace can be used as an additional room. Great for breakfast and lazy evenings. A place very close to the pool overlooking the palm trees. The only thing I missed was a good coffee machine.

Great location to drive around the beautiful surroundings of the Costa del Sol with their very characteristic villages and to visit Gibraltar. There are definitely many places and for all tastes. The restaurants are also excellent. The house is spacious and comfortable with a newly renovated bathroom and very comfortable beds. The exteriors are very well maintained and cared for. There is also a barbecue and a gas stove for anything, and the kitchen (also new) is equipped with everything you need. Fantastic pool, as it is essential in this area. I understand that the sea water is always cold, and I didn't expect that at all, but I assume it's due to the ocean currents entering the Mediterranean. Therefore, the pool is perfect. Thanks again for everything.

Started out badly was told to collect keys at the airport there was no one there was told she was in the toilet she wasn’t even at work 1 hour later told keys were at the apartment. Place is very cluttered no storage at all it all has padlocks and chains on everything apart from 1 wardrobe which was smashed. The bathroom is very nice but the apartment itself is very dated the beds are awful worn out with mattress toppers on that move around there is clutter everywhere which has dust on it. Such a shame because the location the 3 pools was stunning but the place needs updating.
