The apartment matches the photos and location shown. It could have been a pleasant stay, had it not been for the incidents that occurred. We were a group of 6, a 2-year-old baby and a dog. We asked to check in a little earlier because of the baby, but not only were we denied, but the apartment was supposedly being cleaned when we arrived. We ended up checking in almost an hour later. The cleaning was very poorly done and we even found broken glass when we moved the sofa to turn it into a bed. One of the showers was broken and the other was damaged but usable. It took 2 days to fix it. At the end of the stay, they still tried to charge us an extra fee for taking the dog, which we rejected given the poor cleaning of the apartment upon our arrival. A car is required to go to the area's beaches. The pool is good and calm, as is the area. It wasn't always possible to find parking nearby. A good area to spend a few vacation days.

Catastrophic stay since the first day . Lack of cleanliness and maintenance as well as amenities in the apartment and swimming pool. Problems that require maintenance several times so time wasted from our glass vacation from the kitchen and balcony table broken leak at the neighbor who comes to bother us every time we take the TV shower that picks up no access to the pool impossible since the owner is not up to date in these payments of water outage charges.... And the list and very long. Uncomfortable bedding and unpleasant sewage smells problem parking every day and shops away unfortunately we were very disappointed with this stay. The only good thing is a magnificent view of the balcony

There was a bit of confusion as we were given incorrect instructions regrading getting the key to the building but Frank was super responsive (even though it was 11pm)! And it got sorted really quick. Overall this place is beautiful, we went as a couple but would definately go back as a family. The views from the balcony were fantastic. It felt really private as its a corner apartment. The pool was lovely and clean. All the facilities you could want. Honestly a fantastic deal - worth every penny and more.

We’ve had a nice stay. View from the balcony is amazing. Kitchen equipment very basic, so if you are with a family and plan to cook your meals - you may not like it and may need to be creative. Also if you stay longer, you would need at least to mop the floor few times, but there is no suitable equipment. Otherwise all was really good.

The two single beds were very bad. You felt the contents of the mattresses come through your back. The beds were also old-fashioned of steel. The double bed was perfect

we had a brilliant holiday, the apartment was great value for money and the views were spectacular. waking up with that view everyday makes it very special. we relied on taxis alot because my elderly parents struggled walking up the hill, however it wasn't that bad for us and the location is still really good. we would come back 😁👍 its also a good part of mijas to visit with the beach nearby and not overly touristy.

Lovely apartment with stunning views from the balcony. Perfect for a family holiday. Swimming pool is great for children but unfortunately no sun beds are provided. Parking is an issue as there are a lack of spaces but the location means a hire car isn’t essential. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15min walking distance. Apartment was clean and tidy. Communication and help from the host and letting agent was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent view from the balcony. Nice and peacefull neighbourhood. Good location. Apartment location is uphill but you can allways take a (cheap) taxi! Kitchen tableware could update, for example some drinking glass increase would do fine.

Lovely stay, good location even though it’s up a steep hill, lovely view from the balcony, enough going on near by , few local bars, supermarket , chemist etc, Max Beach bar at the end of the road which is really nice and excellent food, taxi rank also at the end of the road and only 5-10 mins drive into la Cala, we come to this area all the time and always love are stay.

A nice cosy appartement with beautiful sea-view. Parking space around the building is available, yet very busy. When we contacted the agency about the broken stove and doorhandle, they immediately took care of it.

Really nice location and beautiful view If you’re staying more than a week. You might need to expect buying a few things like toilet paper and hand soap. Cleaners for your floors Kitchen basics like sugars, etc and laundry soaps

The agency is very responsive and answers our questions and requests very quickly. The location of the apartment is top and is in a quiet area. Nevertheless, we were disappointed when we arrived because we found the apartment which I thought was not cleaned. In addition, several objects are in poor condition or broken. Wires protrude from the wall where a lamp is supposed to be. The dishes were really dirty, so we opted for more restaurants. The shutter is in poor condition and the bedding is not the best. Despite this, we managed to have a pleasant stay because the residence itself is very pleasant.

To start with, we chose our arrival from 3 possible choices and as if by magic we were forced to come and collect the keys at the agency where it is very difficult to park after 1600 km, not great at all (since we had to meet up there). So no inventory of fixtures on entry and the shower curtains were damaged, sheets and other things were dirty, it was impossible to slide the French windows and there was no shutter because it was broken. Finally, after our disagreement, the very nice handyman did him what he could to calm the storm. After a request for reimbursement for a commercial gesture from the agency and there no response the big class in the genre we don't understand.. I absolutely do not recommend it because the apartment is well located and pleasant but very poor management.

We were a family of 4 who enjoyed 14 days in this apartment. We will definitely borrow this again. It has a very beautiful view from a fantastic terrace. You can go to the supermarket in 12-15 minutes. And close by is a Gin bar, with an attached restaurant where you can eat at a reasonable price. It's a quiet area. With not too much noise. We enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment can be seen to have been used. But it works fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The comnunication with the host was easy and fast. Altgough the check in is stated after 16:00, we agreed that we can move in already at 13:00, and it was great as we travelled with an infant. The location is great, stores, farmacy and restaurants are in 10 minutes’ walk. The beach is a bit further (some 15 min), but we enjoyed the walks too. The view from the balcony is amazing! The swimming pool was also great - one small for childrem and the other bigger for everybody. There is also a guy all the time the pool is open who is supervising what is going on. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We stayed at this villa for ten days and we loved it, very clean and well looked after. Lovely pool area, quiet area. There is about a ten minute walk to the restaurants and the super market but there is not a lot, we were there for ten days and got a little bored, ideal if you don’t mind staying in cooking but otherwise a bit of an effect and not much to chose from. The supermarket was ideal and we were able to get most things we needed but there was a ten minute walk uphill to take it back. The apartment itself was lovely, WiFi and English television. Clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as well as check out. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment consistent with the description, very nice view from the terrace. Everything you need is in the apartment. Quiet and well maintained residence, swimming pool that opens at 11 am but for us no worries because beautiful beach next door. Mijas and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We will be back. 2 golfers spent a great week in this well-located apartment. the must: the sea view. and swimming pool in an ultra-maintained setting.. Thanks to the wind, we were not hot. very good for 4 people. 5-8 minutes drive from the beach, a good quarter of an hour walk. Also close to small shops (be careful, it comes back up after) a car seems essential to us. Franck found us a French-speaking correspondent. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment. You have everything you need. The location is lovely you are 1km down hill to supermarket, pubs and restaurants. There are quite a few steps from the road up to the apartment. The pool on the complex is ‘private’ and there are no sun loungers to relax by the pool. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk by the sea. All in all we had a great holiday and could not complain about the apartment very relaxing, spacious and comfortable.

We would have no hesitations recommending this lovely apartment. We stayed for a week at the end of April and despite a few days of bad weather we had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and has been stylishly decorated. Nikki & Frank were very helpful and easily contacted. They arranged a friend to assist with an early check in since we were travelling with small children which we really appreciated. The area the apartment is set in is very clean and well maintained and although a bit cold in April the pool is great!

It has a lot of details, like toiletries, down to a hair dryer! The kitchen had some products to start the day. The terrace has great views and has great sofas! We would like to repeat in the future

Roomy apartment, lots of light, great views. Big 49" TV loads of channels in popular languages. Fast reliable internet. parking fine in the road. Little niggle no duvet covers. Not so good if steps are an issue. Would stop again great value
