Lovely apartment and location...once we had gained access to the grounds! This was due to a poor description of the location of a keybox needed to gain access to the complex. I had to phone Frank and with his help and our very helpful taxi driver, we located the keybox attached to a chainlink fence c. 47 metres from the entrance! We had arrived c. 10 pm and the dimmed lighting in the grounds added to a difficulty in finding our apartment among the many seemingly identical apartments with little or no signage. Luckily we were assisted in this by a resident who happened to come by. The WiFi wasn't working initially but phone calls to AirBnB and Costarentals resolved this. Also the security safe wouldn't open but we weren't too concerned as the whole complex appeared to be very secure and well managed. It's a c. 15 minutes walk to the beach including c. 7 minutes uphill when returning. The bus stops are also on this walk. In summary, an excellent apartment and we would go back.
