NEVER EVER BEEN SO BAD IN COSTA DEL SOL. FIRST - They missed left keys in box. Yes i understand sometimes - it happens. But they ignore us, and we just stand with 3 years old baby in the night. He writes that he can come at any time, 24 hours a day. But they unable to resolve the situation that has arisen. They ignores us and doesn’t respond. On any issue. Not just to me—but also to Airbnb Support, which I had to contact. The apartment is old and full of dust. The cabinets and drawers are dirty There’s no washing machine, and there aren’t enough towels. The apartment is full of ants. In area - Most of the facilities don’t work, such as the children’s playground. We found a frog in the children’s pool. The grounds are neglected and smell bad because there’s feces on the ground. It's a total waste of money—it ruined our family vacation because I've never been so disappointed.

Our stay went well. The lagoon is beautiful, the setting is peaceful, and the accommodation is identical to the photos. It is very bright and spacious enough for 4. However, it was not clean and some equipment broke down, such as the toilet flush, the living room blind, and the blocked sink in the bathroom. Some repairs were made during our stay after we reported them. Despite everything, we had a great week in this place.

The accommodation is as described and generally meets expectations. The leisure facilities provided (swimming pool, padel court, kayaks and pedal boats) are a real asset. They are easily accessible and we didn't have to wait to enjoy them, which is particularly appreciated. On the other hand, the accommodation would benefit from being better equipped for maintenance. The vacuum cleaner was out of order and the only broom available was very worn, making cleaning inconvenient during the stay. Additional attention could also be paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the seals, which were dirty. Despite these few points for improvement, our experience remains very positive. We had a pleasant stay and recommend this place

Audrey was the host who came back to our questions- normally she would take a day to respond but that was fine as were not any serious dramas were we needed a quick response. The code for the lock to access the swimming pool did not work so we couldnt get in to the pool. I would say this place is wonderful in peak summer when the lagoon is warm enough to swim in. The apartment is great -spacious and well laid out, and though we were warned they had delays with cleaning, when we arrived it had been well cleaned.

There were some issues with cleanliness. By mistake, we had to wait. Even so, the flat is very spacious and comfortable. The beautiful and quiet development. The communal facilities, swimming pools, lagoon, sauna and hot tub were NOT open.

First of all, we were attended by Audrey, we don‘t know Frank. She was wonderful: proactive, friendly always trying to make us feel at home. She deserves a clear „5“. The Appartment itself is very nice with sun from early morning until sunset, as it is exposed to East-South-West. The location is a dream: a peaceful paradise. So why not a clear „5“ for the stay? The Appartment appeared „used up“. Parts of the furniture was really (!) old, some other furniture appeared „Stuffed together“. The curtains in the closed terrace were shameful, actually: heavily stained at the bottom and not fitting. Doors and roller shutters partially broke down (repaired). The kitchen: cutlery was very old. Only two small pots and badly scratched. Three ancient coffee cups, and a few water glasses. No useable glasses for beer or wine. The laundry hanger was broken, it would not stand anymore. In sum: a beautiful Appartment lacking love in furnishing. Audrey rescued the host company’s shortcomings.

Excellent stay in this perfect setting, the residential area is quiet and conducive to family holidays. Private access to the unlimited lagoon is a real pleasure, the children don't get tired of it, paddle, canoe kayak, pedal boats, unlimited availability. Very good stay, the lagoon restaurant is also very good and very affordable. The apartment is clean and functional. The only downside was the very noisy neighbours but this is not the fault of the owner.

I had a great time, wonderful quiet and relaxing place. Beautiful communal pool and restaurant in the super friendly residence with beautiful views of the lagoon pool. Impeccable accommodation I recommend.

We visited with 2 young kids and loved how there was so much for them to do at the lagoon. Also the 2 on site restaurants were great. Good fresh food. Supermarket only 5 mins drive away too. The apartment is spacious with more than enough room for the 4 of us. I would highly recommend this place.

Place is safe,silent for people whose want to escape from busy beaches. Plants around house are very nice . Appartment is comfortable for family needs ,you can find everything what you need.

We loved the property, the pool and lagoon were both great. The water sports at the lagoon was great. There could be more sheets provided on the beds but we managed. The smaller room could use acurtains in that room so when you are changing you dont have to put the shutters down and because their is no ceiling light just a small lamp table its not ideal to get ready in. My children managed but got fed up with this. We settled in well and had access to the garage which was useful when we arrived back with our shopping. We would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay and thought this place was really good value for money. The apartment has everything you need to allow you to have a great self catered holiday. We found the place great for our young children and had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend you give this place a try!

The ultimate in perfect accommodation! The check-in went really well. Everything you need was available in the rooms. It's in a quiet location, and the conservatory is a real treat, where you can have a great breakfast. The lagoon is easily accessible on foot. We highly recommend this venue. Everything went well, and the lagoon, with everything it offered, was perfect for us as a family at that time of year. However, the accommodation is only child-friendly or cosy to a limited extent. There are no pictures or anything similar to create a homely atmosphere.

We got a different apartment than booked and were not informed about it. A window was broken in the actual apartment. The apartment we received was poorly equipped and dirty. There is a large construction site on the premises. Fortunately, Air BnB intervened and refunded our money after 2 nights.
