They entered our apartment with another key WITHOUT ANY KIND OF PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION from us for at least 1 time we found out, (we have evidence), we have asked for explanations and there is no kind of response; yes; you get shot at mails that you leave everything as you find it, clean tidy check everything mandatory you complete a questionnaire with an external link that they send you before check-in if you don't go in, another questionnaire you will have to fill in mandatory before check-out, and everything outside of the Airbnb platform, because if you tell them that you only talk through Airbnb they are not worth it…., but when it comes to giving total silence, I regret not having gone to report the raid that same night because knowing what they have done and how many times they have done it…..; they kept our holidays leaving us every time we left the apartment……

We spent a dream week in this apartment equipped with all amenities. We felt like home and the host was in direct contact with us at all times. I was repeating the stay again because it was perfect!! Thank you so much for everything !!
