The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Torreblanca with close proximity to everything, just outside the apartment you have a well-stocked grocery store, a bunch of lovely restaurants and bars and several paddle courts nearby.
The space
When you step into the home, you're welcomed by a bright and modern atmosphere, featuring a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. The living area includes a large Smart TV with Chromecast, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining space for four people. From here, you can step out onto the cozy balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation.The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, and more. It’s perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your stay.
The apartment offers two well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large and comfortable double bed, as well as air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a peaceful spot to catch up on emails or work.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

As mentioned here, the location isn't in the same place as in the listing, but it's not bad. The building is very old and there's a general lack of maintenance. The apartment itself is fine, as shown in the photos. There's no microwave, but there are plenty of kitchen utensils. The mattresses are comfortable and the pillows are filled with duvet, which could be changed for a small fee. The towels have yellow stains. There were some ants in the bathroom and at the entrance to the door. We should have checked in at 4:00 pm and we arrived at 4:45 pm, and there was a cleaning lady in the apartment. The air conditioning is very good, there's a good TV and good internet, the kitchen is small but functional, the pool is small and the facilities are old, there's no lifeguard, the bathroom is small but the shower is large, there's a supermarket nearby and a bar nearby with a good menu. Overall, we were fine, but I wouldn't go back. I'd look for something better for a little more. These are all our personal opinions.

The accommodation itself was very good! Clean, fresh and we didn't lack anything. It was right next to a supermarket, so it was easy to get food and water. In addition, it is within walking distance of both the sea and the commuter train. Simply a perfect location! What lowered the rating slightly was that you weren't allowed to swim in the shared pool between 3 pm and 5 pm (siesta), which made the children very disappointed. The resident Spaniards were rather unpleasant and seemed very tired of constantly having tourists at their pool. We didn't feel particularly welcome there, which was disappointing as we had actively chosen accommodation with a pool to make it easier for the children. Another thing we would advise against is booking Costarental's airport transfer. We booked (and prepaid) a taxi (on Costarental's advice), but the transfer never showed up. When we thankfully managed to get a regular taxi, they were amazed at the price we had paid for Costarental's transfer (78 euros in total). We got a regular taxi for 41 euros.
