Advertised as stunning!! Great location, public areas were clean and tidy. The pool was well maintained. However the apartment was in need of a lot of TLC, very tired and dated.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great patio with direct access to a lovely pool. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and to La Cala and a Lidl supermarket just down the road. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay within easy reach of beach, bars and restaurants!

The Wi-Fi in the Airbnb didn't work even though it was connected – no idea why that is, but otherwise everything was great.

Location is perfect, close to La Cala town and right beside a supermarket. Apartment block is gated and good for families. Pool is great too. Apartment has two good sized bedrooms and lots of space on terrace.

Good morning, the house is phenomenal and the stay was perfect. However, I don't think it's a good check-in time ( 4:00 pm too late) and check out time ( at 10:00 am too early) . They practically miss those two days and you're paying them. I also didn't want the host to leave the treatment of the property. It indicated that it was called Fran , in the app he indicated that you were talking to Niki. But I think we finally talked to Sophie's guy. In addition, we had to move around loaded with the luggage for the keys to the real estate, which is not known until two days before since it is communicated to you by mail. In addition , the real estate agent sends you an email to fill out a welcome questionnaire. Where if you want something in the fridge, they'll give you some details in the fridge, but you have to pay for it. I've never experienced it on Airbnb before, and I've been using the app for my travels for quite some time now. Sweet-sweet flavour summary.

This was a great apartment and perfect for our family of four. The apartment was very clean and modern. The patio in particular was very big. The hosts were very responsive to questions and communications before and during the stay. It is a ground floor apartment in a very quiet and well maintained complex. The pool was excellent (there isn't a children's pool) and right by the apartment. All of the apartments are private and in the evening it is quiet. The complex is very near a large LIDL supermarket. It is a walk down to the town in Cala de Mijas and you have to cross a busy road with a ramp walkway to get to the town. This didn't bother us but it would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Cala de Mijas has plenty of good food options and a range to suit different budgets. The bus to Fuengirola and Marbella are very convenient for the apartment as well - just down at the end of the road by the LIDL. It was a lovely, hassle-free place to stay in a great location and is very highly recommended.

Lovely spacious apartment with a large private terrace. Outside space catered well for dining, lounging and sunbathing! The communal pool was fabulous. Excellent assortment of kitchen utensils and lots of crockery and glasses. Very comfortable mattress in main bedroom. Location was great, near Lidl so not too far for carrying water and wine etc A lovely stroll away from the beach and delicious restaurants in the centre. Communication regarding the property, access or any queries was extremely prompt. Highly recommend.

Great apartment … with everything you need for an enjoyable self catering holiday . The apartment is spacious inside and also has a great terrace to socialise. Beds are Comfortable,, and all was clean and well looked after.

We didn't actually stay in the apartment because there was a problem with it but the host had another apartment available the same day which was fine. The location was good and close to supermarket and town.

A great apartment, spacious and clean. Communication with the hosts before/ during were fast and helpful. A short walk into La Cala (10-15 mins) and Lidl on your doorstep. We will return in the future

The apartment has a very good location, it is located in a quiet development; and all the features correspond with the listing. On the downside: The AC didn't work out in the 7 days we were there, and we didn't get any solutions after letting the manager know.

Excellent location, the complex where the apartment is located is very nice. The apartment has a terrace and is in front of the swimming pool. The perfect location, 15 minutes walking from the beach where there are very good beach bars and with good prices, 3 minutes walking from a supermarket and very good restaurants in the area. It is 10 mins driving from Marbella We had an issue with the key upon arrival but Frank and his team were so nice and quickly resolved. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the facilities, we worked 4 people remotely for 1 week and the internet worked perfectly. The only thing I would add is that the A/C did not cool much but at night when making good weather if you open the window a little cools quite a bit. In short, an excellent stay! I would repeat 100%.

Very nice and well equipped apartment with just everything one needs for a longer stay! Perfect location with proximity to big grocery store, poolside patio and 10-15min walk to the beach. Contact and communication with host worked clockwise both before and during our stay!

Lovely apartment in great location, only 10-15 min walk from the beach and lovely town of La Cala Mijas. Outside space is fantastic. Benefit of two bathrooms. Amenities and facilities are all of good standard. Lovely touch was bottle of Cava left in fridge for us. The only negative point was the communal pool was closed for half of our stay and we were not informed prior to our arrival.

Both Nikki & Frank respond to queries promptly and helpfully. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk from the center of La Cala so is ideally placed even if you don't have a car. There is a Lidl less than 300 yards from the apartment . The apartment is bright, clean and modern and as described with everything you would need for a stay. It overlooks the pool which was reasonably busy given it was October. We would happily stay here again

Good sized for a family of 4 - 2 bathrooms is much better than 1. The outside space is probably the best part of this, v close to the pool but private behind screening. I would recomend this with the caveat that folk around hinted we overpaid somewhat.

very nice place, clean, easy contact. pool is fantastic. apartment very well organised with all necessary equipment and works well. when arriving we discovered some beverages and food in the fridge for us, very nice from the host! great area to discover, very cute beaches 10' from the apartment, good restaurants and shops. thank you Frank
